"The room was nice, with a view over the buildings in the back of the hotel. Location is good, around the corner from the local (stops at every stop) subway line 6. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Also shops, including Trader Joe's on 32nd Street and 3rd Ave and Whole Foods at 28th and Madison. As I read in other reviews, a 15-minute walk from Penn Station, 10-minute walk to Grand Central Station, and 20-minute walk to the 34th street ferry stop on the East River."

"I stayed at this hotel for my entire trip to New York. The location and view were perfect, and the bed configuration was perfect for three people. The breakfast menu didn't change much, but it was nice to be able to start my day with a filling meal. However, one thing I overlooked was the size of the bed. It was a double, not a queen (it was listed, but I didn't see it). I'm not sure of the exact size of the single bed, but it definitely felt smaller than my bed at home. Also, there was no electric kettle, so I requested one, but the one I received was rusty inside, making it unusable. Despite a few shortcomings, I still recommend this hotel. Besides the location and view, even though it's a high-rise building, there were no issues using the elevator. The room was spacious enough for my luggage, and the washer and dryer were very convenient."

"The front desk lady that checked us in was super nice and understanding. She allowed us to check in early which was really appreciated since we flew in from CA and with the time different and able to rest for a bit in the room before we start our day was the best ever. Thank you!!!"

"It is the nearest to the airport terminals in terms of proximity but it is not possible to get there by walking. You will have to take a shuttle which runs every 15 minutes. Overall the room was cost, clean and serves a good night rest for anyone who has an early morning flight to catch."

There was a slight musty smell in the room when we first entered it, which is acceptable in most hotels. Facilities: I have king size, but the room is not very big. But I love the interior design!
