GGuest UserWe checked out at 9:30am and only one staff was at the front desk to check someone in. We waited for 10 mins before anyone could help us even after I told a bellman that we were in a hurry and would need to check out asap. He went to find a front desk staff and came back said they were in a meeting. We finally just dropped our key and rushed to the airport without being able to talk to anyone and to know what to expect with the bill. We were kind of expecting a bit better service than this.

MMs. ShaniquaOmgosh ... hotel was really nice! Breakfast was excellent and it lasted til 11a, which is pretty awesome for those that like to sleep late. So many options (hot, cold and dry). They offer bacon, sausage, scrambled/cold boiled eggs and breakfast potatoes. Whole fruit (apples and bananas), sliced fruit (melons and pineapples). Cold and hot cereal (oatmeal). Yogurt and granola. You can make your own waffles or pancakes (such a cool machine). Make your own toast and/or select from many pastries or muffins available. So many options! You can even place an order vs. eating from the buffet. They also allow carry-out and to-go boxes. Drink options at the buffet include: coffee, O.J. and apple juice. PLEASE NOTE: There's a separate fee for breakfast if not selected when booking. Having said this, the hotel does not have microwaves in the room, just a fridge. There are microwaves located on each floor though (along w/ vending machines -both are in same location). Our room was spotless and absolutely spacious (no deviation from website)! We arrived way beyond check-in and did call once we knew we'd arrive later than expected. Spoke with front desk staff who assured everything would be OK, only to arrive and find that our room (which was already paid in full) had been given away. The hotel was only able to provide us a King and a rollaway bed. Of course we were disappointed, but the next morning the hotel Mgr. made everything right. Having said that, the rollaway bed is THE HARDEST THING EVER. We bring our own everything (e.g. bedding, cleaning supplies, etc.) so we were able to make it work and make it comfortable. So much so, we'd chosen to not to be moved to the room we'd originally booked. It rained our entire stay which is what caused us to arrive late in the first place (that's a whole 'notha story). Anyway, the hotel had a few small trash bins about the lobby catching leaks here and there, but that didn't stop anything. I barely even noticed. Had I not been recording how beautiful the hotel was inside, I would've never noticed. Parking is $30/day, it's NYC what do you expect? 🤭 There's also parking on the street if you can get spot. Careful though, NYC parking signs can cause confusion for those not familiar with the City's play on words. All in all, this was great stay for us and I'd certainly stay again. Oh, I forgot to mention -I did! Yes, I extended our stay another night because the hotel and location was exceptional! p.s. they also offer a seated bar area. Overall: 10/10✨️

YYexingyunThere's very little information available about hotels in New York City in Chinese, so I'm writing a detailed account of my stay here in the hopes that it will help others choosing hotels. The hotel is located on a corner of the Columbus Circle roundabout. I went to the Trump Tower by mistake, so be careful with the address when calling a taxi or using navigation. Central Park is just across the street, perfect for jogging or strolling. There are many restaurants, supermarkets (a huge supermarket with milk, fruit, and more) and shopping malls nearby, all within walking distance. You might be able to book a Michelin-starred French restaurant like Jean Georges through the hotel reception; I tried it and it was delicious. The hotel lobby is very small, but there is luggage service. The room is shown in the picture. I stayed in the smallest, most basic double room, which is smaller than a standard studio. Hotel rooms in the city center are generally not very large. There were two walk-in closets and a kitchen with gas, microwave, cookware, pots, a kettle, and a dishwasher. The cookware in the room was dishwasher-washed and very clean. Disposable coffee cups were provided so I could bring my own coffee in the morning. The room was very clean, the towels were clean, and the bedding was very comfortable. I wore earplugs to bed because the city center isn't quiet. The room was cleaned before bedtime each day, and a glass bottle of Evian and chocolate chip cookies were placed on the bedside table. Two bottles of water were also provided upon check-in. The room was cleaned twice a day and was very clean.

GGuest UserA lovely hotel and nice to rooms, I did feel a bit let down though with some of their functions on at the time. A very noisy pool party and cocktail function which clearly was to accommodate a certain age range. It would of been nice to be aware of such functions before we actually turned up. I could see that most of the people staying at the hotel were of my similar age and weren't overly comfortable either with noisy, loud individuals dotted all over. This was especially concerning since guests have to sign a waiver to abide by noise rules etc....but it appeared none of these were followed for people associated with the event. Shame really as the hotel itself and location was great. Appreciation for all guests seemed a bit lacking.

33750****The most satisfactory hotel in New York, although not big, but the design is enough to make up for it. The service from the front desk to the back office is very thoughtful. The service standard is very high. Because we were given a room too late. In addition to upgrading the room, they also treated us to a Michelin meal. They were all proactively proposed, and I can say that I really like it. This trip to New York is so satisfactory, and this hotel has contributed a lot.

It should be said that it is a small and beautiful boutique hotel. The location is relatively convenient. It is convenient to go down the two blocks to the South Korean city. Then walk to the 5th Avenue and Ilan Ramen. There is a parking lot next to the hotel entrance, although convenient, but expensive, $57 a night. The overall feeling is good, the front desk and lobby are small and very friendly, and luggage storage and other services are in place. There is a swimming pool on the first floor, although it is not big but it is enough. The gym is also on the first floor, but there is a BUG, that is, the sensor light is automatically extinguished in 30 minutes. If you lick the ellipsometer for more than 30 minutes, he will automatically turn off the lights, which is quite scary. The room type I booked is a bit like a service room apartment, there is a small kitchen workbench, the equipment is relatively new, good. Overall it is worth recommending!

GGuest UserMy son and I had the most incredible experience! I would recommend the William Vale to all my friends and family. The balcony views at sunset in the summer are absolutely stunning. The hotel itself offers many thoughtful amenities including a welcome message with your name on the television upon arrival. I honestly only have one small complaint and that was the cleaning service. We called about having the room cleaned and actually spoke with the individual who said she would come back at the time we requested but she never returned. Other than that one little hiccup everything went smoothly from the time we pulled up to valet to unload our luggage. There is NO better hotel to stay in Williamsburg aside from the William Vale.

JJc_travels4 nights stay at Sixty LES, in an ADA King room. The hotel is clean, easily accessible within walking distance from public transportation. The location is good, closed to many restaurants and famous institutions like Katz. The room is big, clean with bed comfortable and good shower place. Amenities includes an in room safe, ironing board and iron, coffee maker and mini fridge. The front desk, and the staff in general are quite helpful and very professional and polite. The only drawback is that the room can be a bit dark at night and also the noise from the bar on 7th floor can be particularly loud until late in the morning (3am)
