Big, clean hotel with a bar and restaurants open until late. It’s perfect for travellers, and there’s a small minimart where you can buy food and snacks. I love this hotel — highly recommended!

The room was very average, with old and outdated facilities. The towels were so stiff they could stand upright, and I have pictures to prove it. The security was very high. The hotel didn't offer breakfast, which was very disappointing. There was an older lady from Shanghai at the front desk who was very nice and made me feel very welcome! The bedside lamp in the room was broken and kept flickering, making it unusable!

Location is excellent! Just 4 min walk from the Port Authority Terminal. 2 min to the Port Authority subway and 6 min to 42nd St Times Square subway. 5 min walk to the heart of Times Square. The only setback is the hotel is over crowded and waiting for the lift required a lot of patience and response from housekeeping to replenish coffee capsules and disposables cup can take a long time. Otherwise, everything is excellent. I will not hesitate to recommend this hotel for your choice of hotel in NYC !

I was really lucky to pick such a great hotel in New York this time. It's located in Manhattan's Financial District, super close to the 9/11 Memorial – probably just a 5-minute walk. The neighborhood has convenience stores, coffee shops, and several restaurants. Plus, multiple subway lines make it super easy to get to Midtown Manhattan or Brooklyn. Although the hotel's decor looks a bit dated, it's very well-maintained. The room interiors are comfortable, and some room types offer views of the Hudson River. On sunny days, waking up to that view made my morning every time.

Great location in Manhattan, really convenient for getting around since it's close to the subway. The restaurant on the first floor is excellent for breakfast, and the rooftop bar is fantastic too! The rooms are spacious, and the staff are very welcoming!

The room was incredibly spacious, and the hotel's location is excellent. It's super close to 5th Avenue and Times Square, just a quick walk away. There's a supermarket nearby and tons of restaurants, which is really convenient. The room service was also great, very diligent and excellent!

The Hyatt Grand Central New York is perfectly located right inside Grand Central Terminal on 42nd Street in Midtown. The subway entrance is literally right outside the door, making getting around incredibly convenient. We also got a nice perk: a $15 daily voucher to spend at the Market Place shop next to the front desk for snacks. The room size was good, and we even had a city view. The staff were friendly, and the lobby was spacious and comfortable. I'd definitely stay here again.

I booked a room with a view of the Empire State Building, but I could only see it in a line, which was a bit disappointing. The room was a bit small, but the decoration was quite fashionable. The air conditioner was too noisy. Fortunately, it was not hot at night, so I just didn't turn it on. The location is great, it's close to everything. The hotel has its own restaurant, which tastes good. It's quite convenient for solo travelers

We booked a standard room with two queen beds, which was surprisingly spacious and comfortable for our small family of three. The room was impeccably clean, featuring modern decor that blends classic charm with contemporary style, hardwood floors, and large noise-canceling windows that kept the busy city sounds at bay—a lifesaver for our son, who needs a quiet space to rest after long days of sightseeing. The plush bedding ensured we all slept soundly, and the room was well-equipped with plenty of USB charging ports and free Wi-Fi, which kept our son entertained with his tablet during downtime. We also appreciated the daily housekeeping and complimentary bottled water, small touches that made our stay more convenient. What impressed us most was how family-friendly the hotel was, even in the heart of the bustling Financial District. The staff was incredibly warm, patient, and attentive—they greeted our son by name after the first day and went out of their way to make him feel welcome. The lobby had a cozy lounge area with free Wi-Fi, where we could relax with our son before heading out, and there were convenient coffee stations for a quick pick-me-up in the morning. The hotel is also pet-friendly, though we didn’t bring our furry friend, it was nice to see the welcoming vibe extended to all families. The 24-hour fitness center allowed my wife and I to squeeze in a quick workout while our son napped, and the concierge was extremely helpful—recommending family-friendly restaurants nearby and helping us plan our itinerary to avoid crowds at popular attractions like the One World Observatory, where we even got a 25% discount card through the hotel. We also loved exploring the surrounding neighborhood on foot, with cobblestone streets, historic buildings, and the charming Tin Building just a short walk away. Overall, our stay at Hotel Indigo New York Downtown Wall Street was fantastic. The hotel’s prime location, comfortable and quiet rooms, thoughtful amenities, and warm, family-focused service made our New York City trip unforgettable. It’s the perfect choice for families traveling with young children who want to be in the heart of the action while still having a peaceful place to retreat. We highly recommend it and would definitely return on our next family trip to NYC.
