GGuest UserFirst time staying here, and from the moment I stepped in, the whole hotel felt incredibly comfortable and relaxing. The room was super clean and bright, with a magnificent view directly facing the Golden Pool, and I could even see the 'Big Sphere' (The Sphere at The Venetian Resort) in the distance. Thanks to a $50 credit we received upon check-in, we enjoyed a fantastic lunch at the hotel's French restaurant on the second floor!

DD1stNoelI would like to commend the front desk staff for their exceptional friendliness and helpfulness throughout our week-long stay. Indeed, the entire staff demonstrated a consistently friendly and welcoming demeanor.
Upon entering our assigned room, we noted a musty odor. I promptly contacted the front desk and was informed that a room change could be readily accommodated. Our initial accommodation on the fifth floor presented an issue with air quality, just a foul smell! Following a room change to a newly renovated seventh-floor unit, as advised, the situation appeared resolved until the third day of our stay. The room exhibited several oversights in its preparation, including an unswept floor, an improperly made bed (where the comforter merely concealed unmade sheets and blankets), an unreplaced and unemptied ice bucket liner, and a lack of replenished toilet paper despite the extra roll being used. Furthermore, coffee stirrers and cup covers were not provided, and no laundry bag was available for service. An empty hand lotion bottle was left without a replacement, and the drinking glasses remained untouched, raising questions about their intended replacement or cleaning. While I have enumerated these specific issues, I trust that the general concern regarding housekeeping standards is clear.
Despite these housekeeping challenges, our overall experience was highly enjoyable. The breakfast buffet staff provided exceptional service, and the front desk and outdoor personnel were equally commendable.

GGuest UserThis hotel has it all! The lobby is... incredible.
**Pros:** Plenty of restaurants, including a 24-hour pizza place and a sports bar specifically for watching games. The room's design and decor are really distinctive, especially the furniture and lighting. Plus, the value for money is outstanding – around 300 a night is an absolute steal. Parking is free too!
**Cons:** It's huge, so the walk back to the room can be quite long.

The room itself was acceptable – not exceptional, but functional. Housekeeping did a solid job on the floors and bathroom, though some less-trafficked areas showed dust. The room felt a bit dated, and the closet placement inside the bathroom was an unusual design choice. We stayed on the 50th floor of the Mountain Tower, which sounds great in theory, but the street-level music from the ***** can boom all the way up and make falling asleep a challenge. One night there was an unidentified scraping/mechanical noise that persisted through the night and really disrupted our sleep. The beds were comfortable enough, and I particularly liked the pillows.
The standout feature is genuinely the location – centrally positioned on the ***** with easy walking access to the Venetian and other nearby properties. If you're using Harrah's primarily as a base for exploring the *****, it serves that purpose well.
The ****** itself is a different story. Low ceilings and what felt like poor ventilation make the smoke situation noticeably worse than other ***** ******* – non-smokers should be aware. Check-in had a fairly long wait; the self-service kiosks weren't functioning, so everyone was funneled to the desk. That said, the front desk agent who helped us was friendly and efficient.
Bottom line: Solid ***** location at a reasonable price point, but go in with modest expectations on the room quality and ****** atmosphere.

OOh See HinWe were given a room with good view of the Stripe. even the fountain display at Bellagio Hotel.
The room is very spacious and quiet with a pantry. Utensils need to be requested for usage. Bottles of water could be collected from the reception.
A free tram runs from Vdara/Cosmopolitan to Park MGM.
With the absence of in-house ******, the hotel is chaos- free and peaceful though ******* can easily be accessed through the connected walk ways/tunnels to nearby hotels.

GGuest UserI love this hotel. We stay here when visiting our daughter. Its away from the hustle and bustle of ”Vegas”. Which I love. The hotel has a large ****** that we have been pretty lucky on. They have a wonderful fine dining restaurant as well as a food court and café style restaurant. They have a regal Cinema as well as an arcade for the kids. This hotel is close to many other restaurants and other activities. Highly recommend 👌

They even gave us vouchers for the observation deck, and the view was absolutely breathtaking – a full panoramic vista of Las Vegas. It was an amazing experience!

TTriciaMy husband and I came to Hilton Lake Las Vegas to spend our 7th wedding anniversary. Check in went very smoothly. Shortly after our check in we received a complimentary bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. It was a very welcoming surprise which we genuinely appreciated. We had booked a couples massage at their spa and were very pleased with their services. It was quite relaxing and exactly what we needed! Our room was very clean and quiet. We ordered in room service for breakfast and the food was very much to our liking! We’ve stayed at this resort several times prior and have always been pleased with our stay there. We will definitely be back!
