GGuest UserPretty good! They gave me a high-floor room without any extra charge. The hotel is very new and the room is spacious. Even though the view isn't great, it's a very comfortable stay. All sorts of dining and entertainment options are available, so you don't even need to leave the hotel.

CChuck B!Very nice place, loved the apartment style rooms instead of a hotel with thin walls. Definitely felt like we had our privacy and not hearing people in hallways was great. Kitchen, full fridge, dinner table and washer/drier was awesome to have after needed to dry clothes off from the pool.
Only complaint is the airplanes going directly over the rooms at 5 in the morning. Shook the room it was so bad! A little fore-warning from the staff would have been nice. Found out ear plugs are complimentary the second night after getting barely any sleep the first night. Ear plugs didn’t really help all that much, lots of alcohol did though. Some noise canceling ear buds maybe would do the trick. All in all will stay here again with the right preparation for Airplanes landing and taking off every 5 minutes at the butt crack of dawn.

MMhel&PolWe recently stayed one night at Westgate Resort and ****** (April 4-5 2026) and overall had a pleasant experience. The staff were very accommodating and made sure our request for a room facing the Sphere was granted, which we really appreciated.
However, there was one downside during our stay. While taking a shower, we noticed mold in the shower area, which was quite concerning and took away from the otherwise comfortable experience.
We hope the management can address this issue, as the service and location were great.

Yyqzhong9Facilities: The hotel seems to have been recently renovated. The room was quite spacious, but it was the only hotel in the US during this trip that didn't have a coffee machine.
Cleanliness: I stayed for three days and no one came to clean the room. I'm not sure why.
Service: I had issues with self check-in and check-out and ended up having to go to the front desk. The staff didn't seem particularly enthusiastic.
Environment: There are plenty of places to eat downstairs and it's very convenient to get around to nearby attractions by public transport.

GGuest UserThis is the hotel I choose every time I go to Las Vegas. Although it is a bit far from the Las Vegas Strip, it takes 30-40 minutes to walk. The environment is quiet, the room is spacious and clean, and Fantasy Tower is relatively new. I will stay there again.

GGuest UserThe room extremely clean and spacious. I was happy the shower had superb water pressure. Hotel staff were all cheerful and helpful. The hotel is walking distance to Fremont Experience Canopy which is such a fun street to check out! Don’t forget to admire the charming victorian architecture of the hotel and ****** and look for the antiques and slab of the Berlin Wall!

GGuest UserThe hotel itself is fun, with plenty of things to do inside, and it’s very clean. However, check-in and check-out are self-service, with only one staff member assisting everyone. It seems rare for guests to get it right on the first try. Also, we requested for daily housekeeping, but no one ever came.

TTriciaMy husband and I came to Hilton Lake Las Vegas to spend our 7th wedding anniversary. Check in went very smoothly. Shortly after our check in we received a complimentary bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. It was a very welcoming surprise which we genuinely appreciated. We had booked a couples massage at their spa and were very pleased with their services. It was quite relaxing and exactly what we needed! Our room was very clean and quiet. We ordered in room service for breakfast and the food was very much to our liking! We’ve stayed at this resort several times prior and have always been pleased with our stay there. We will definitely be back!

SShuvo_onthegoThis hotel was so cute and quaint. It's inside of a small ******. Most of the people that are working here really care and most of the customers are locals. There was a Sbarro inside the hotel, and a 24/7 dinner, which really elevated our experience. Parking was so easy and accessible, so it was easy for us to get in and out of our car. Very close to a Starbucks and a gas station, which is very convenient. The hotel is not super modern, and some of the amenities can be upgraded, but overall the experience, location, service and the price was just right for us.

GGuest UserThe hotel’s amenity and facility are great. I don’t understand why people put low rating for this hotel. They do set up bottled water in room for you while the 4-star hotel i stayed with in Las Vegas before didn’t. They did their good job at OYO!
