I only stayed at JW Marriott Nairobi for one day, but it was more than enough to make a great impression. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and made everything feel easy and comfortable.
The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, and very well kept. My room was spacious, cozy, and thoughtfully set up, with a lovely view of the city. It felt like the perfect place to relax, even with such a short stay.
I also really enjoyed the food ā everything I tried was fresh and well prepared, and the atmosphere was calm and inviting. Overall, it was a great experience, and Iād happily stay there again, even if just for a quick visit.

This is a relatively new and luxurious hotel in Nairobi. Security is very strict, with security personnel questioning guests at the entrance, dogs checking for explosives, and even armed security personnel checking bags in the lobby. However, there's no need to worry about security; it's purely a government requirement. The staff at the hotel are very nice, from the front desk to the concierge and the restaurant. Everyone is friendly and willing to help with any questions.
The hotel has comprehensive facilities, including table tennis, darts, a gym, and an outdoor swimming pool. The restaurant offers a rich breakfast and excellent coffee.
The hotel's location isn't very central, so there are no restaurants nearby. You can either dine at the hotel or take an Uber to the nearby village market, which offers both food and shopping. It's very convenient.

ValentinĀ·LIThe room isn't small, and the hotel overall looks very clean and new, with no strange odors, making for a comfortable stay. The airport pick-up service is great; as soon as you land, they arrange a car to take you straight to the hotel. For departures, there's a shuttle to the airport every hour on the hour.

This is a real treasure of a place! The atmosphere is old world charm, the food is fabulous at TATU. The bar is excellent with service and attentiveness to you needs. The gift shop is stellar for some nice jewelry. The facilities are clean as a whistle as they say...breakfast was outstanding with so many choices. The work out facilities are just super great, and the pool is heated. Ok, lastly the ambiance of colonial Africa just fills the air, from the art, to the breezes flowing freely through this wonderful hotel!

Overall this hotel was good. The breakfast food spread was amazing and the A-la-cart items you could order at dinner were very fancy and delicious.
The staff was friendly and kind (but they often seemed overwhelmed with work). There was a huge walking path in the back of the lot. The grounds were beautiful. The hotel was clean. The gym was small; it included a rack of dumbbells, two or three treadmills, an ellipticalļæ¼ machine, and one yoga mat. The water jug in the gym was empty.
We wouldnāt stay here again because there are really nice hotels nearby for 1/3 of the cost. Maybe the food variety wouldnāt be as good as Eka, or less beautiful grounds, but Eka was not worth the extra cost. We stayed two nights and the entire time couldnāt see where the $125 a night value was coming from.
Sadly, the other Nairobi hotel ratings on Trip are lower, like 3.5. An example hotel is Maison Royale. But if youāre looking for a good hotel just a bit less fancy, go somewhere else.

JIONGThe environment is very good, if only some wild animals are raised. Breakfast is good, set breakfast and dinner, barbecue for one night to watch the show, European dinner for one night. Both are pretty good. At noon, it will be resolved next to the shopping mall. Not too many guests, suitable for vacation.

Nice hotel. More upmarket than others. Very clean and offers a good service. I would recommend they do some more maintenance however, especially with the menās steam room. Itās quite run down.

It's not my first time staying here. The hotel isn't new, but it's still decent. The main draw is its excellent location; there are many Chinese people and Chinese restaurants nearby.

Maz686We checked in after arriving in Nairobi. The staff at hotel were really polite especially at the front desk. We were able to exchange money which was great and saved us the hassle of searching for another place.
We wanted to go to the Masai Market and asked the concierge how much it would cost for them to organise a car. It was extremely overpriced at $40 for a return journey. We ended up downloading the uber app and paid around $8 dollars for a return trip! Definitely useful to download Uber!
The room was clean enough and we had a great night's sleep as we were shattered from the journey.

Guest UserThe location is convenient. It is very convenient to call Uber. You can choose to start at Boma Hospitality college, which is a hotel management college. It is a business affiliated to the hotel group. You can see many uniformed students passing through it every day.
