The place is easily accessible from Langata,town or by pass. It has a parking space and there is a pub. Due to lock down in the country. The pub and kitchen are closed by 8pm. Its price friendly. The TV is connected to Netflix so you can watch movies all through out. They offer ear plugs coz of it's proximity to the by pass. The room is run down, the toilet had cracks, there was no hot water for showering, the mosquito net was in tatters, the bathroom wasn't clean, the bed would squeak. It needs a lot of renovation.

I was worried that the hotel was far from the city center, but after I lived, I knew how correct this choice was. The city center is really too chaotic, and traffic jams are also very serious. So I feel very comfortable back to the elegant hotel. The room was a bit simplistic, but the restaurant was very family-friendly, the garden was lovely and the breakfast was good. The service is also very gentle and polite, and the overall satisfaction.

Standard double rooms are filthy & smelly. Walls, windows, beddings, floors & carpet cleanliness neglected. I presume its the same for other overnight rooms. Check out was 11am not noon as stated on app-Attendants kept knocking at the door for checkout. For amenities no ironing board, sofa & mini-refrigerator as stated. Also, Tv is the computer. Good wifi signal though & am glad there was a microwave & constant hot water/shower.
