"My 3D2N stay here was so good. The staff is very welcoming. I asked for Birthday Complimentary decorations but they did not have that and need to pay 250,000 idr if want but I choose to not do it. So kinda disappointed but since the staff is polite so I’m good. Thanks for everything. I had a pleasant stay here. Will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends."

"Overall a decent hotel. Location is on an elavated land overlooking Batam city. However, there are no convenient store or massage place within walking distance around the hotel vicinity. A vending machine is available at the hotel lobby instead. The smoking rooms at level 7 have strong cigarettes smell. Service staff helped us change room upon request which is great. However, our room is missing the sofa set in front of the TV which is different from photos advertise in hotel booking websites. The rooms are spacious. The swimming pool is nice. The highlight of this hotel would be it's rooftop fusion bar ”Full Moon” offering delicious food."

Anders NeoChecking was a breeze. Front desk is friendly. International breakfast buffet is good with good varieties.
Location of hotel is near to nagoya hill and thamrin.
As it is centrally located, taking grab to various destination is really easy..
There isn't anything bad comment on hotel. Will definitely be one of my top choice if I do visit again!

Adammail97The hotel Air-Conditioning is very bad. I have reported to the receptionist, but they refused to fixed that. I slept with sweat body and the room feel warm. The location is very strategic. The room condition is very cosy. Everything is nice but the only AC is problem. Hope hotel management can fix the problem ASAP

Amenities: Toiletries were provided, but I brought my own shampoo. The lack of a hairdryer was a bit inconvenient.
Cleanliness: The room, including the bathroom, was very clean. Staff cleaned the room daily.
Environment: The room was filled with a scent, which I personally didn't care for. The room faced the street and was extremely noisy. On the first night, I had a splitting headache and had to buy painkillers from across the street just to get some sleep. Light sleepers might find this quite challenging.
Service: The staff were very pleasant, polite, and efficient.

Next to Favehotel, just step down you may have everything you like to eat and cheap, walking distance to go Nagoyahill mall and nearby shops and restaurants
Great views from balcony can enjoy watching rooftop go-cart till late night and you still can sleep after midnight alot more quiet...a good place for travelling with families or friends, the staff at lobby is very friendly and helpful

Overall the premise is on average.
A few things that I think can be improve:
Unpleasant Smoking Smell: Unfortunately, the entire premise, including the room, was filled with a strong smoking odor. This was quite disappointing as I expected the fresh and clean scent that is typical of most hotels. Even after some time, the smell did not subside, which affected the overall experience.
Bed Sheet Cleanliness: The bed sheets were not as clean as expected, which further added to the discomfort. Cleanliness is a crucial aspect of any hotel stay, and this fell below the standard
