second time staying and we got free upgrade to deluxe room. love the breakfast spread, so many varieties of food. hotel is near grand batam mall, 3 minutes walk. there are a lot of food around so you don’t have to worry where to eat. highly recommended!

Hotel at a very strategic location beside A2 Food Court in the center area surrounded by Grand Batam mall, Batam City Square mall and Penuin wet market. Many cafes, coffee shops, restaurant, convinient stores, massage centers, spas and salons in the vicinity. It is joy to walk and explore the areas. It's nice that the hotel has a gym and swimming pool. Rooms are clean and with standard amenities. Bed and pillows including a bolster are clean and comfortable for a god night sleep. Starbuck drink vouchers for every night stay. Breakfast was excellent with a good variety of food including live cooking stations for eggs and Indomie. Staff are efficient and friendly. A great choice and highly recommended hotel for accomodation at Penuin area.

The hotel's location is excellent, right across from Batam's largest shopping mall. The facilities are comprehensive, and the environment is comfortable. The room insulation is great, the bed is very comfortable, and the curtains provide good blackout. The breakfast spread was incredibly rich, and they even offered complimentary laundry service. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Very nice hotel, aircon is on full blast. After a hot and sunny day outside, come back to hotel is like heaven and earth feeling. Room is very comfy too, staffs also very polite. Will come here again.

Literally in the heart of a bustling area near Grand Batam Mall and JC supermarket. Itsumo Tart, Gazoz, and Joyi Cafe were all walking distance from the hotel (approx 5-10mins). Suitable for family and if you would like to just stay and explore the area. Bonus: Hotel also gave us starbucks drink coupon for our stay!

We had a very satisfying stay at I Hotel Baloi. The room was clean, comfortable, and cozy, and we were very happy with our stay. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of food to choose from. We also really enjoyed the swimming pool, which was nice and spacious. The location is very convenient, with easy access to nearby shopping, food, and getting around. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely come back again. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️*
