"I love staying here with my family. Alana provides a charging station for EV, which is very helpful and the staff also standby on the charging station to help us when we had a question. The parking lot are huge so we don't have to worry about where to park our car. This hotel is near from AEON, IKEA, Ah Poong and more cafe or restaurant. It was a great experience. All the staffs are giving their best services and humble. We love the breakfast and the swimming pool. One thing that rarely we found on another hotel is photobooth near the swimming pool. It's really memorable experience that we can print out the photo and remember our stay in Alana. We'll come back to stay here again in the future!!"

YYudiePlataran was amazing. the only comment is just on the breakfast, it was quite slow on the ala carte breakfast and food sometimes is not warm.
But when they open the breakfast buffet, it's good.

GGuest UserFrom this resort, we can witness the majestic landscape of Mt. Pangrango, its expanse from peak to foot where Bogor city lies.
Unfortunately, its only swimming pool is out of service due to any leakage, so only mini water park is available for children to be enjoyed.
The amenities in our room is general standard but minus slipper and hairdryer.
The hotel staff is friendly, except for reception staff that need to be improved to keep hospitality as a resort should be.

我我芯依旧The hotel is not cheap, but the environment is very good, and there are many things to do around, including waterfalls and mountains. The small shops in the hotel are also very complete, and the prices are not high. The breakfast was very rich, and I was given two for free. I couldn't eat it, and I took it to finish it when I was climbing the mountain. The hotel is very clean, the small yurt, the bath is very convenient.

FFarah9307I’ve book the hobbit room type & my child love the concept so much & it is so near to the playground & swimming pool. It just the breakfast place is so far we have to walk from the room to Seruni 3 which is high with lots of staircase. But everything was ok & the hotel is very near to the Safari just 5 minutes driveway.

It's just that there are a lot of stairs if you stay at Seruni 2🥲 just a suggestion. At least there is a lift directly to the Eiffel Tower... poor legs work hard if you stay at Seruni 2😂

TTresa SThis hotel is arguably one of the best in the area. The staff service is friendly and makes guests feel comfortable. Plus, the hotel offers an amazing mountain view, really pleasing to the eye.
However, there is one small note: as the afternoon approaches, the air starts to feel hot around 10 am. It would be better if the hotel provides air conditioning for the day at those times. However, in the morning, afternoon, and evening, air conditioning is actually not needed because the air in the peak area is naturally cool enough.
Overall, the experience of staying here is still very satisfying, especially for enjoying the mountain atmosphere.

GGuest UserThe overall feeling is not good. The villa yard is small. The flowers and plants are messy. It feels like entering a desert house. The whole garden design is not tidy. The feeling of chaos. Plus it is raining again. The humidity is heavy. The quilt feels wet. There is no view. Deep in the mountains. If you like to live deep in the mountains, you can experience it

GGuest UserStayed at dm one for one night. In general, it is enough for 3 stars. Only the executive room has windows. It is better because it has no windows at all, the bathroom is clean, the room is good, and the TV ac is OK. Only Zhang smells bad...please improve the cleanliness of the paper
