BBiyanThe rooms are fine, clean, and offer great views of the pool, Mount Salak, and city lights from rooms 901-915. For a direct view of the middle of the pool, room 904 is ideal, but for a wider panoramic view when the hotel is full, rooms 905-912 are better.
The kids' play area currently only has a slide and a swing; it would be great if more options could be added.
For the buffet, children aged 7-10 pay 90k, while those over 10 are charged 180k, the same as adults. It's a bit disappointing that for that price, the menu variety is still quite limited.
The parking lot is spacious. This place is still new, and the service is good, friendly, and efficient.

GGuest UserThis is the most worth it Hotel in Puncak Area, even it is near from Jakarta (like you stay in Bogor City). The service is best, eventhough there were some misunderstandings, they always be responsible to give customer satisfaction. My room was also upgraded for free and it was an amazing room. The facility is perfect for family with 3 pools, games room, as well as free photoshoot. One thing that I feel not satisfied was the breakfast system, it was not buffet caused by the occupancy that low. The gap price between room with BF nd non BF is big, however if the buffet is ala carte it was not too worth it tho.

GGuest UserI love staying here with my family. Alana provides a charging station for EV, which is very helpful and the staff also standby on the charging station to help us when we had a question. The parking lot are huge so we don't have to worry about where to park our car. This hotel is near from AEON, IKEA, Ah Poong and more cafe or restaurant. It was a great experience. All the staffs are giving their best services and humble. We love the breakfast and the swimming pool. One thing that rarely we found on another hotel is photobooth near the swimming pool. It's really memorable experience that we can print out the photo and remember our stay in Alana. We'll come back to stay here again in the future!!

RRicky ZulfandiFor a staycation with my wife at De Boekit Villa Hambalang, we chose to stay in the Honeymoon Suite Villa. The location is in a fairly densely populated village area, but once you enter the resort, the atmosphere changes completely—beautiful, green, with gardens, rice paddies, orchards, and views of Bogor City and Sentul from above. Because the terrain is hilly, the resort also provides a shuttle to and from the villa to the restaurant or lobby—very convenient!
The staff service was excellent, almost everyone was friendly and helpful. We tried lunch at the restaurant—ordered pizza and coffee, which was quite good. That evening, we ordered room service Hambalang fried rice and De Boekit fried rice. Breakfast was a buffet style, with a decent selection and delicious food. However, refills were a bit slow, so when we arrived at 8:45, some of the chafing dishes were empty.
The facilities are quite good, with a shuttle, an adult pool, a children's pool, and a bird sanctuary.
The villa itself is spacious, about 35m², with a private hot tub with city views. The AC is cool, the Wi-Fi is fast, and the overall cleanliness is good. Prayer equipment is provided, along with a mini fridge and a SDB. Thank you also for the welcome chocolate with anniversary greetings. However, there are a few things that could be improved to make it more appropriate for the price of Rp1.8 million/night:
- The bed linen has quite a few stains.
- The towels smell nice but have a rough surface.
- There's no full-length mirror, only one in the bathroom.
- There needs to be a small table in front of the sofa.
- The curtains have gaps that let in sunlight, which is glaring and uncomfortable.
- The TV only has five local channels and often has signal interruptions.
- There are no tissues in the bedroom, only in the bathroom.
- The hairdryer hasn't been attached to the wall, making it a bit of a hassle.
- The shower holder in the Pangrango room was missing from the start.
- There's only one bath mat in the bathroom, even though one is needed near the hot tub.
- The bath amenities were inadequate, very basic, not suite-like—they needed to be added, such as cotton swabs, a shower cap, bubble bath, etc.
- The hot tub's hot water instructions were unclear; it turned out the faucet was in a different position, not a red knob.
Overall, this place has great potential. It's a comfortable atmosphere, a beautiful view, and the staff is responsive. But for the price, the facilities and details need to be improved to make it more recommendable. 👍

AAnonymous UserFor a budget hotel, this place is top-notch. The room was clean, and the Wi-Fi was fast. The only downside was that the TV was too small, especially considering the room size, and the picture quality wasn't great. Overall, I recommend this accommodation.
We were on the third floor, and there's no elevator, but luckily, we didn't have any heavy luggage. It felt more like a training center or university dorm that's rented out, but it was well-maintained. So, it's a better option to stay here, and the price is quite affordable.

It will be the first time. The price for one night is good. Many people rushed to the price, but the price increased tenfold the next day. It is inconvenient for you to change to a hotel. TTresa SThis hotel is arguably one of the best in the area. The staff service is friendly and makes guests feel comfortable. Plus, the hotel offers an amazing mountain view, really pleasing to the eye.
However, there is one small note: as the afternoon approaches, the air starts to feel hot around 10 am. It would be better if the hotel provides air conditioning for the day at those times. However, in the morning, afternoon, and evening, air conditioning is actually not needed because the air in the peak area is naturally cool enough.
Overall, the experience of staying here is still very satisfying, especially for enjoying the mountain atmosphere.
