Five-star rating. I was very satisfied with the hygiene, service, and environment. I only have one complaint: the breakfast selection wasn't varied enough. For this price point, perhaps it's because the hotel isn't fully open yet and there are fewer guests. Especially on Monday, the breakfast options were extremely limited. Monday's breakfast only deserves one star. I hope this can be improved soon.

This is a great hotel with excellent value for money. It was also fun being able to ride ATVs! I rode around for about an hour and really enjoyed it. The service was also very good.

We booked a deluxe premier room and requested anniversary decorations. To our surprise, upon entering the room, there were decorations and a cake, exactly as requested (not all hotels accommodate requests like this in our experience). There are many facilities for children, including kids' activities. It's perfect for a family staycation, and there are many good restaurants in the area around the hotel too. We had a wonderful family stay at Novotel Bogor! The 32m² room was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for traveling with kids. The AC was nice and cold, making the room extra cozy after a day of activities. The hotel is truly family-oriented, with plenty to keep the kids entertained—movie room, PS4 game room, playground, free horse riding, and even animal feeding. Our kids never ran out of things to do! Breakfast was excellent with a huge variety of Indonesian and Western dishes, all fresh and delicious. Highly recommended for a relaxing family getaway!

Facility is clean. Room is very clean and compliment with bottled water, etc the usual amenities. Room sleeper a little bit uncomfortable as it made with hard plastic. It is open hotel design, so the heat from daytime temperature immediate hit your face whenever you get out of room. Parking is a bit of challange as it is not enough if it is full occupancy. It is a bit far from places, such as mall, etc. The entrance to hotel also a bit chaotic as it is right on the crisscross from 2 road into 1 road. Honestly it is a bit pricey for the location and room/hotel design. Swimming pool is in the middle of hotel so privacy is non existance. Other than that, I slept soundly in my room and enjoyed my stay. Check in fast and no drama. The only small concern is everybody can access each floor through elevator as it doesnt required room key to access each floor.

Stay here because of late night ride from far away city and arrived at 00.00. The picture from Google and on this website shows a modern room. However the reality, turn out to be a gloomy room. An Old building like it is poorly maintained. It is just belom the average or not as described in picture. I couldn't sleep in this room 216, because of many Ghost disturbance and not comfortable Please take care of your place, make it like it shows in picture! Breakfast is just so so. Won't come back to this hotel. In the yard, there are also some old weird statues and religius statues. Do not like symbol of hourglass in the room.

The price of the first night is good, but there are pits, so I sincerely tell my compatriots in China that if the price is not bad when booking, you must book a few nights in advance, otherwise you will fall into the pit if you set it day by day. It will be the first time. The price for one night is good. Many people rushed to the price, but the price increased tenfold the next day. It is inconvenient for you to change to a hotel. It is difficult to find nearby. You have to drive a long distance to find it. Don’t change it. The price is the next day. This hotel is arguably one of the best in the area. The staff service is friendly and makes guests feel comfortable. Plus, the hotel offers an amazing mountain view, really pleasing to the eye. However, there is one small note: as the afternoon approaches, the air starts to feel hot around 10 am. It would be better if the hotel provides air conditioning for the day at those times. However, in the morning, afternoon, and evening, air conditioning is actually not needed because the air in the peak area is naturally cool enough. Overall, the experience of staying here is still very satisfying, especially for enjoying the mountain atmosphere.

The hotel ambience and the service was excellent, but the floor on our room was dirty when first time we came into the room, we asked the housekeeping to mob the floor then it's ok. Because of the new management took over, so some facilities were still close and being renovated. We had dinner on Fire Grill restaurant, and the food was so nice and delicious. Also the breakfast was also very good. We'll come back again to this hotel.
