The rooms are fine, clean, and offer great views of the pool, Mount Salak, and city lights from rooms 901-915. For a direct view of the middle of the pool, room 904 is ideal, but for a wider panoramic view when the hotel is full, rooms 905-912 are better. The kids' play area currently only has a slide and a swing; it would be great if more options could be added. For the buffet, children aged 7-10 pay 90k, while those over 10 are charged 180k, the same as adults. It's a bit disappointing that for that price, the menu variety is still quite limited. The parking lot is spacious. This place is still new, and the service is good, friendly, and efficient.

Nice hotel for short family staycation. Location is great and strategic. Has warm nice swimming pool and jacuzzi for relax and play water. Nice option and taste for breakfast. Nice cleanliness for public area and room, except for leaked smell from the toilet.

One of a kind experience, the road coming there was a little rough, and we had to go through a very narrow road. The parking area was a bit sketchy but well-coordinated. The environment, the overall vibe, and facilities were amazing however, I think it'd be best to have more than one staff that handle the reception. When we came there at around 6.30 pm, the receptionist was gone and we were waiting in the dark and uncertainty for 20 minutes until the 'host' helped us with our luggage and showing us to our cabin. The cabin was clean, good storage space, have hot water, beautiful smart-facilities. In the morning, we were greeted with a warm jamu service, the high canopies and green surrounding environment made an overall fun and zen environment that anyone can enjoy. All in all, I would highly recommend coming here at least once and it is a good experience if you want to escape from all the hustle and bustle of city life.

We stayed 4 nights as a family with two children. Overall: an excellent family resort with genuinely outstanding staff — the friendliness was consistent everywhere we went, from check-in to restaurants to the spa, across the entire stay. Check-in & room: Check-in was long but handled in a friendly manner. Executive Suite 7501 is very spacious with a large bathroom and a very large balcony. Ideal layout for a family of four. Pools: Very large swimming pools with separate areas for kids and adults — this separation worked well for us. Damar Restaurant: We ate here for the Saturday ”Surf & Sear Live Robata Night” and daily breakfast. The dinner buffet is the widest I have seen in a hotel — huge variety, delicious and freshly cooked, in a cozy atmosphere with very attentive staff who helped us in every way. Kids ate free at the themed night (printed on the bill), drinks were included in the buffet price (iced tea, cold brew, iced latte, ginger fizz), and the ALL Accor membership 10% F&B discount was honored. One honest caveat: the advertised live robata grilling counter was absent our night because the restaurant was hosting a wedding, so it was effectively buffet-only and busy — if you're booking specifically for the live-grill experience, confirm no private event is scheduled. Breakfast (also at Damar): wide variety, same friendly staff, but very crowded on Sunday morning — noticeably calmer on weekdays. The resort clearly runs at full capacity on weekends with the Jakarta crowd. Mad Cow (steakhouse, Level 6): Quiet, relaxed atmosphere on our Sunday visit. Steaks are grilled on an open station, staff were very friendly and helped us choose. Fresh juices were good. Note it's a premium-priced venue — imported Australian 450g cuts at steakhouse prices — and alcohol-free per local regulations (mocktails and juices only). Spa: Very clean and relaxing. We took two treatments — a 90-minute Traditional Balinese massage and a 60-minute Deep Tissue — both excellent. Padi Pool & Bar: Good mocktail selection for a pool day. Practical notes: the resort suits families exceptionally well; GrabFood delivers to the lobby if you want variety; folio can be pre-settled the evening before an early checkout, which made our 06:30 departure effortless; roughly 2 hours from CGK airport (use the Kunciran toll route to avoid Jakarta traffic). Verdict: The staff make this resort — every single venue, every single day. We'd return.

Overall, my stay at Hotel Nemuru was a memorable experience for me and my family. That said, there are a few points that may be worth considering for future improvement: Room type accuracy – Kindly ensure that the room types displayed and communicated through online travel agents (such as Trip) accurately reflect the actual room conditions. Breakfast variety – Considering the room rates ranging from IDR 800,000++ to IDR 1,500,000++, a wider selection of breakfast options would be expected, especially during long holiday periods. Front office service – Further training for front office staff would be beneficial to improve how information is communicated and how guests are assisted during their stay. Facility is clean. Room is very clean and compliment with bottled water, etc the usual amenities. Room sleeper a little bit uncomfortable as it made with hard plastic. It is open hotel design, so the heat from daytime temperature immediate hit your face whenever you get out of room. Parking is a bit of challange as it is not enough if it is full occupancy. It is a bit far from places, such as mall, etc. The entrance to hotel also a bit chaotic as it is right on the crisscross from 2 road into 1 road. Honestly it is a bit pricey for the location and room/hotel design. Swimming pool is in the middle of hotel so privacy is non existance. Other than that, I slept soundly in my room and enjoyed my stay. Check in fast and no drama. The only small concern is everybody can access each floor through elevator as it doesnt required room key to access each floor.

I had a pleasant stay at The Green Peak, ARTOTEL. The location is peaceful and surrounded by nature, which made it a great place to unwind. The room was clean, cozy, and well-organized. I especially liked the overall design and the comfortable bed. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, and the outdoor areas added a nice touch to the experience. Breakfast was simple but satisfying, with enough variety to start the day. The staff were polite, welcoming, and always willing to help. Overall, a comfortable and relaxing stay. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet escape.
