The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, making us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. There are just a couple of areas that could be improved. The cleanliness of the room could be better, as we noticed a few details that needed more attention. The TV in the room also felt a bit small compared to the room size and could be upgraded for a more comfortable viewing experience. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely consider coming back, especially because the kids had such a wonderful time."

Unfortunately, its only swimming pool is out of service due to any leakage, so only mini water park is available for children to be enjoyed. The amenities in our room is general standard but minus slipper and hairdryer. The hotel staff is friendly, except for reception staff that need to be improved to keep hospitality as a resort should be."

Breakfast variety – Considering the room rates ranging from IDR 800,000++ to IDR 1,500,000++, a wider selection of breakfast options would be expected, especially during long holiday periods. Front office service – Further training for front office staff would be beneficial to improve how information is communicated and how guests are assisted during their stay.
