AAnonymous UserThe room itself was very clean and spacious. All necessary amenities such as coffee, tea, to soap, etc are available. I had to asked housekeeping to change pillow as it was smelly as it was used by people who didnt care about his/her head hygene. It was not the pillow case for sure. Pillows were replaced, however, they still have the same problem. Another small disappointment came from leaking ceiling. Which was could have been noticed by engineering because judging from the dripping stain, it happened for a long time, but never fixes. I complained, but nothing they could do except putting rugs on the floor. Actually they could have move me to another room. View from the large sliding door to the balcone was amazing. Breakfast also very nice and prepared properly. Another downside, due to resort design, when it rains, moving from room to parking or reception area have to use golf cart, which unfortunately only 2 available so have to wait for a while when they are busy. They is a small convenient shop for essential amenities. Cellphone signal is poor, so have to use hotel wifi, which I tried to avoid for security reason. Overall, this hotel is value for money. It is fairly inexpensive for amazing view, good restaurant and large room. Will come back again next time.

RRubirubiOverall was ok, breakfast they will sent to the room, I got fried rice everyday, got water outside the room you can refill anytime, in the room you will got towel and toothbrush only, the rest remember to bring your self, room is ok as deluxe standard. The first day we stay got one student group camp there, 95% usage by them very super Noisy can't sleep at all, they have activities till Midnight, the whole two day was miserable, they owner should not open if they have big group staying OMG😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭. But if No group booking must be peaceful. You can consider to stay, makesure to ask no big group booking.
There's 24hour cafe opposite only, the other cafe also nice. Surrounded by pine trees.
The pool is used by 100 pax student and they was using it 2days and after they finish the pool super dirty and oily and the staff didn't clean it.

MMichaelI recommend this hotel if you travel with family, cause they hotel have some activities for kids like fishing, ride a boat, feeding duck, feeding Rabit, Monkey, snake, Game room for play Mini Basket, Pingpong, archer, etc.
Near hotel many good restaurant.

RrwngThis is a good resort type hotel at the foot of famous Taman Safari Indonesia (Safari Garden).
We enjoyed the fresh air of below 20°C and the foggy environment (literally the cloud was so low or the altitude is high enough (1500m).
My kids rode horse.
The breakfast was so good (international, oriental and middle eastern).

HHindarto TheThis hotel has spacious room with balcony, the pool is big, has a gym, breakfast was ok, also has green open space in the back of the hotel. Process check in and check out was easy, the warm water for shower need to improve since in our room 503 the water pressure was not to strong, thank you for the birthday cake really appreciate it. Overall it's a nice hotel for family

It's a nice hotel, good breakfast and very good coffee.
Because of Ramadan, only one restaurant is open.
But anyway, it's a nice hotel, highly recommended.

Parking is circling, even though there are still many empty ones, but covered with cones.
The receptionist is rude, and after breakfast, the room can no longer be accessed, even though it is still far from check out time, so you have to go downstairs again to ask for access, and there is no explanation or apology from the receptionist.
For the restaurant, the service is good, and the food is delicious.
