Spa Hotels in Athens

This hotel has a great location, nice rooms, excellent service, and a fantastic breakfast. I highly recommend this choice. Location: Take the X95 bus from the airport to Syntagma Square (€4.50), which is a 10-minute walk from the hotel. The hotel is also within a 20-minute walk of most attractions, including the Acropolis, the old streets, and the Olympic Stadium. Luxury shops and Greece's best shopping malls are just a 5-minute walk away. Breakfast: A set menu. You only need to specify how you want your eggs cooked. Everything else, including bread, yogurt, fruit, and a drink, is provided. We chose coffee and orange juice. The yogurt was incredibly thick and delicious with honey. Reserve at least half an hour for breakfast to start the day feeling refreshed. Room: The layout is very well-designed, easily accommodating two suitcases. The double bed is about 1.8 meters long and the bedding is comfortable, considered large for Europe. As the hotel is new, the room was also fresh and clean. A large bottle of water was provided on the first day, while smaller bottles, like milk cartons, were refilled on the second day. More is available upon request. There is also a kettle in the room.

This place is quite unusual. My room was upgraded so that I had a suite over two floors, with a small private pool on another lower level. Absolutely every convenience had been considered, some extras might verge on overkill (bog roll tied up with a ribbon for example). The room looked amazing on first inspection, but I quite quickly realised the smell of the pool was so strong it stung my eyes, and the sound of the ventilation unit was quite a roar. There was only one small openable window on the mezzanine level next to the bed and I had to sleep with that open as wide as possible. Bed was extremely comfortable, I had to turn off the pool ventilator unit in the middle of the night because it kept waking me up, but once I had done that and the smell of baking bread entered the room from a bakery down the road I slept like a log. Staff were really nice and friendly, but they are working with quite difficult circumstances and perhaps unnecessarily. The kitchen is on the bottom floor and breakfast is served on the 5th floor roof (from which you can see the Parthenon) breakfast is a little awkward as you get a huge wicker basket 🧺 full of food plus crepes, plus omelette, plus tuna sandwich, a whole baguette (some more little ribbons), and I am not sure anyone can eat as much as is provided, and the server had to keep travelling up and down in the one person elevator. Probably would be better to ask guests what they would like to have for breakfast out of the options available and have a coffee/tea station upstairs. There is the option to take lunch in your room - for which the picnic basket concept makes a lot more sense. Seems like there should be a way to make the place feel more efficient and common sensible. I did get the feeling that they might have only just opened and are finding their feet, so I hope this review will be useful - certainly was a generous accommodation and staff are working very hard to make sure guests have the best possible experience.

The biggest advantage of this apartment hotel is that it is in a good location, located in the city center, walking to the market, monuments, subway stations (40 minutes from Metro Line 3 to the airport), downstairs is full of lively restaurants, super convenient. The room is very large, a family of three and four are no problem, the facilities are complete, you can eat like a home, the hotel provides a variety of breakfasts, overall it is good. The only downside is that the surrounding area is too lively, and the restaurant bar below is noisy until two or three in the morning every day.

The room size was quite decent for Europe. Traveling with two kids, we arrived in Athens from Paris. On our first night, as we were about to go to bed around 10 PM, we discovered the AC panel in the bedroom was faulty. We contacted the front desk, and they fixed it. Unexpectedly, the same problem occurred the next day – again, the panel was unresponsive and couldn't be controlled. Later, with the help of Ctrip customer service (Xiaotian), they arranged a room change for us. The new room was even slightly larger than our original suite, and overall, we were quite satisfied. The hotel also sent chocolates as an apology. I appreciate all these resolutions. However, on the day of check-out, renovation work started around 7 AM, with hammering and banging making it impossible to sleep. So, I just decided to get up and go for breakfast. After breakfast, I returned to the hotel around 9 AM and noticed that the workers weren't even rushing; after dismantling, materials were just casually piled aside. I really don't understand why they had to start such noisy work so early in the morning.

The location was excellent, could walk easily to Acropolis in less than 5 mins. The hotel room was really clean and decent sized but felt that there could be a bit more hooks to hang face towel and clothings for bathing. The design of the city view room tried to consolidate some common area at the entrance and bathroom, making it a little odd. No rooftop restaurants or swimming pool, was caught by surprise when the staff told me in an oddly upset way that it’ll be closed permanently for 1.5 years (not sure what that meant).

Quite modern entrance hall and room (bathroom for disabled was not our choice). Reception friendly and provided good recommendation for late dinner. The first morning I woke up by very loud cleaning personnel. Walls are paper thin and door not soundproof. You hear everything. Breakfast terrace with nice view. Pool terrace too small and only available for some hours if slot pre-booked. Music, food and shisha on the rooftop club/restaurant quite okay.

Great location & good service. Unfortunately, individual room temperature adjustment isn't possible, which made the room far too warm. Even with constant ventilation, it couldn't cool down (outside temperature approx. 13-24 degrees Celsius). A kind cleaning staff member provided us with a fan, but its noise didn't contribute to better sleep quality. The 'air conditioning' (a central system, adjustable only by a dial, not by temperature) unfortunately only heats until May and couldn't be turned off. The TV only has satellite and isn't internet-enabled (no HDMI ports could be found either). The breakfast was very delicious and varied, offering everything from vegetables, salad, fish, and meat to pancakes, muesli, yogurt, and fruits. Coffee could be obtained from a machine during breakfast. However, for those who enjoy good coffee, this machine is not recommended. Additionally, the hotel has a gym & a sauna. The latter, contrary to our assumption, is not included in the hotel costs and must be paid for separately (€15 for 30 minutes). On the hotel's rooftop terrace, there are a total of 4 'Hot Tubs,' three of which were functional. These can be used free of charge and without booking (approx. 37.5-40 °C). The gym features a pull-up bar, two cable towers, dumbbells (6-30kg), a treadmill, and an elliptical trainer. There was also a stationary bike, but it was broken. Overall, the hotel offers a great location, but due to the temperature issue, the nights were unfortunately not at all restful. A shame.

We booked two rooms with family. The location was in the middle, so the price was a bit high. Breakfast was only for one person, which was a bit stingy. We would definitely book again next time, but perhaps choose the city center option. The service was very attentive, and the surrounding area was very quiet.

The hotel is near the downtown bustling downtown Acropolis attractions, the hotel facilities are relatively new, the hotel breakfast is good, the price is very high. 100 meters from the subway station, shopping and eating are very convenient, very close to the flea market, there are many shopping shops around the Internet celebrity hotel.

This hotel is said to be five-star online, but the stars abroad are actually different from those in China, which is the standard of three stars in China. The picture of the swimming pool is seriously faked. In fact, it is a very small swimming pool on the first floor and you can't see the sea at all. It's a bit of false advertising. The hotel is next to the main road, the doors and windows are not soundproofed, and the noise is quite loud. We told the front desk to check out half an hour later, and they agreed. When checking out, they insisted on 150 euros, saying that they only talked about one room and the other room would be charged. Later, after repeated communication, they waived the payment.
