"The hotel was super cute and location was perfect, super close to the centre and had many cafes, salons and restaurants right next to it. The room was a bit too small( looks bigger in the pictures). The AC took sometime to cool the room. Bed was comfortable. Overall not bad, but for the price paid was not worth jt :)"

Amazing
YYiwanwanwanmeixiangdaoAbsolutely fantastic! We stayed two nights straight. We booked a terrace room, and it was practically a party spot! It was so big! You could even see Wolf Mountain. The room was also very spacious. The location is fantastic – quiet yet a short walk from Syntagma Square, with several cafes downstairs and a food court behind. There's a Michelin-starred, excellent seafood restaurant on the first floor, and breakfast is also served there, with a set menu, not a buffet. As our first stop in Athens, this was a fantastic stay!

TtripliliMust say: a great choice! Charming Breeze made our trip to Santorini perfect. The hotel is in the quiet town of Oia. The hotel is in a great location. The rooms are clean and tidy. The breakfast is excellent. We had breakfast on the balcony facing the Aegean Sea. It was beautiful! The bed was also very comfortable. It was the most comfortable place to sleep after being out for so long. The staff was also very friendly. The person in charge was even more enthusiastic and friendly. He responded to everything. When we arrived, he waited for us on the roadside to help with the luggage. He was very thoughtful. Because we Chinese cannot download Whats up😱😓, we can only contact by email, but the person in charge responded very quickly. He was still replying to our emails late at night. I felt the sincere and responsible service attitude. This hotel is really very cost-effective and highly recommended! The balcony of the family suite is great

NNEIL-DEVONThe hotel in general was great. They did not reach out prior to arriving asking whether we are okay or need assistance to the hotel. I've encountered other 5 star hotels that do so. Upon arrival they were quite friendly and informative. A deposit for the mini bar was required of 60 euros per day of stay which they didnt inform the guests of prior to arriving. That could've been easily avoided. The room was clean, and an adequate amount of amenities provided. We had some issues with the trash can and the body wash had to be refilled after the first day but they attended to that immediately. The gym is good, well equipped. The location not bad, about 20min from the nearest metro Neos cosmos, and about 30minutes walk to Syntagma Square. The asthetics of the hotel is beautiful, there's a good bar and club within the hotel. Room service was offered and efficient daily.

GGuest UserGreat location, room is small but it got everything we need, staffs are very helpful, helped me with phone charger plug, last day they let us eat breakfast before the official opening hour because we had to leaves at 7am for the ferry. It’s one block away from the sightseeing bus stop, I mean if going to the Acropolis is your main goal, this hotel is a good choice, it is close to Prakka area and many restaurants in walking distance, 5-10 min walk to the entrance of the Acropolis And the museum. It has some road noise but it is in the city, we only stay 3 nights there, I didn’t feel like taking a taxi or Uber or metro train, we like the location of this hotel a lot. Would recommend to our friends.

GGuest UserUnfortunately this hotel was a complete nightmare, I arrived with serious eye infection and got no understanding or help from the staff. Noone helped me getting to the hospital. Then I even got a horrible room that was noisy, and NO window that could be opened. While complaining to the manager the next day I got even treated worse making up lies that I was yelling to the staff, which is NOT TRUE. I was just in pain asking for a better room or better service. Oh also they recommended the parking space for my super expensive car claiming its SAFE to leave them my car keys. I asked twice if this is really safe as my complete luggage is still in the car. When I went there to get my luggage out, the car was open!!! with the key inside. In the middle of Athens and noone there even from this parking team. like a complete fail on sooo many levels. The heating system is always on in the rooms making huge noise, also the pool downstairs has crazy machines making the whole night sounds. I am so happy I found another beautiful hotel around the corner quiet and excellent service!!!! Just dont stay there, its not good. Even the pool area is a joke and no jacuzzi in winter on the roof, they are not worth any visit!

Yyp1017The room is large and quiet. The service is very good and luggage can be stored for free. The biggest highlight is that you can see the Acropolis and the whole view of Athens from the 7th floor of the hotel. It is so shocking and so cool…

GGuest UserNice hotel with restaurant attached next-door. Staff there was very helpful but many didn’t speak English, which is OK. The address was a little confusing as it’s located in a hotel called Noma, but perhaps they didn’t take the sign down or something. The breakfast situation is kind of weird because the restaurant is a separate business from the hotel and didn’t want to acknowledge that I had a breakfast included daily. I showed them my reservation and they acknowledged it. But all in all, the place was nice and clean, room service was good, centrally located and everything worked inside the room. I would stay here again and recommend it to fellow travelers.

GGuest UserReview for NYX Esperia Palace Athens – Luxurious Stay with a Few Caveats We stayed at NYX Esperia Palace Athens for four full days – two couples, each in an Executive Suite with access to the business lounge. The welcome was warm and efficient, and we received our rooms exactly at 3:00 PM, as per hotel policy. The suites were clean, stylish, and well-equipped with amenities such as disposable toothbrushes, shaving kits, loofahs, a hairdryer, and more. One of our suites, located on the 7th floor, even had a partial view of the Acropolis, which was a lovely bonus. The room’s climate, lighting, and curtains were all operated through digital controls, designed to pamper guests — although, in practice, they were not very intuitive and required a bit of trial and error. For instance, turning off the bedside light required getting up and walking to a control panel. The TV included Israeli channels (11, 12, and 13), which we appreciated. Breakfast on the 10th floor was excellent, offering a wide variety of high-quality options, and the waiter service was above average. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional care provided by Ilia, the hotel's Public Relations Manager. She guided us almost from the moment we arrived until we left — recommending excellent tavernas, booking taxis, restaurants, and arranging a private guided tour. On our last day, we were also warmly greeted by Dionysia in the lounge — charming and attentive. That said, there were some drawbacks: Reception service was inconsistent – not all staff members were welcoming; some appeared cold or offered forced smiles. The business lounge was disappointing – small, crowded, with modest food and drink offerings and uninspiring seating. It felt more like a repurposed room than a proper lounge. The pools require advance reservation, with no room for spontaneity. Usage hours are segmented (e.g., 1–4 PM or 4–7 PM), and spots after 7 PM are very limited. The rooftop pool area is crowded, and the adjacent restaurant is also open to non-guests. Rooftop restaurant experience: One evening we returned from a night out and hoped to enjoy a drink with a view. Although two front-row tables overlooking the Acropolis were available, we were initially told they were reserved. Minutes later, we were informed we could sit there for a €25 minimum spend per person. The sudden shift from ”reserved” to ”available for a price” was off-putting — especially as hotel guests staying in suites. The guided tour recommended by the hotel involved nearly 4 hours of driving during a 5-hour trip, leaving us with very little time at each stop. We suggest skipping it. Bottom line: The hotel is modern, very clean, and the suites are luxurious. Service is mostly excellent, particularly thanks to Ilia and Dionysia. However, don't count on spontaneous access to the pool or rooftop restaurant — enjoying those requires planning ahead, much like booking a theater show. If you value well-designed suites and structured experiences, this hotel may be a great fit. If you’re looking for flexibility and full-day pampering from hotel facilities — you might find it a bit limiting.

MMazen KhamisThe staff in the hotel are extremely lovely and they try their best to make the trip as enjoyable as possible. Matina is wonderful and just brings a smile to my face everytime I enter and exit the hotel. Elina was so kind to extend my checkout time despite the hotel being fully booked. Last but not least, the breakfast staff were so patient and always polite and lovely. Otherwise of course the hotel requires maintenance and the area is too crowded as any populated city, so if you go with the right expectations you will enjoy your trip, otherwise if you have high expectations I recommend booking somewhere else.
