Koukaki Athens|0.13km from Acropolis Museum
We visited the accommodation from 13/02/2022 to 17/02/2022. The room we booked had a double bed and a single bed. Entering the room, there were 2 single beds in the lower part and another single one in the upper part. We asked them to change it for us, but no one bothered! Then the elevator didn't work on the floor we were on and when I asked the woman at the reception she answered ”go up to the third floor and then you can go down, it's just a flight of stairs”. I continue... coming back in the evening, another surprise awaited me, which was that water was running into the bathroom from the bottom of the toilet... well, totally unacceptable. The next day we leave and while I had left the towels that we took a bath in front of the toilet to collect the water, when I came back in the evening I found them left on top of the radiator, the dirty towels. Fortunately, Mr. D at the reception was very kind and successfully solved this problem for us immediately. The cleanliness of the room that was listed in the price did not exist anywhere, as the maids came and went out picking up only the bath mat, they never made the bed, nor threw away the garbage, nor did they clean the floor. TRAGIC. I also found an item in my suitcase that doesn't belong to me (I have photos) Unprofessional. The room we closed has nothing to do with the room we faced. Also, it didn't even have a bedside table to leave our things on. The only thing inside was a hanger, the beds, a fridge and the bathroom. Not at all convenient, I wouldn't go again for any reason, I'm still crying over my money, I'm still thinking how stupid I am for not getting up to leave this accommodation. The only good thing I could find in the whole situation was Mr. D who served us at the reception and the location, exactly 1 minute by foot from the Acropolis metro and of course very close to the attractions. Anyway, it was a drama, I'm sorry!

Advantages: This youth hostel has moved to a new location a few hundred meters away. The hardware conditions are much better and there is an elevator. Free breakfast is at the coffee bar downstairs, bread, cake, milk, juice, cereal, etc. There is a public computer on the first floor, which can print boarding passes for free, and comes with a chargeable shared laundry room and a luggage storage office for foreign business. There is a standard room in the optional room type, which can accommodate two people, which is a relatively cost-effective accommodation. Disadvantages: A few hundred meters away from the Acropolis subway entrance than the original site. There is no curtain; the bathroom is in the room. I don't like this the least. People in a room can't open it. The stove is also in the room. Fortunately, there are kitchen utensils, knives and forks, which can cook things. Without oil, salt, sauce and vinegar, cooking can't work. The most complaint is to insert the card to get electricity. This youth hostel should be a remodeled hotel to have the operation of inserting a card to get electricity. If it is a single room/standard room, it is no problem to insert the card to get electricity, and you will live by yourself. But in a multi-person dormitory room, inserting a card to get electricity is a bit of a pull. You insert your room card in the electricity-taking slot, and someone else goes out and takes your card away intentionally or unintentionally. You don't know who did it. One night, my card was inserted in the room, and when two people left the shop early the next morning, my card was taken away, speechless.

The room is more convenient and continued to live. If you travel alone, you must live in a safe place. The outdoor is lively and there is no lack of quiet environment. The bath water is very good and satisfying. The hotel does not have toothbrushes and slippers.

Excellent location right behind the Acropolis Museum short walk from Plaka and the Acropolis. Safe and serene oasis in a bustling neighborhood. Contemporary interiors, small elevator (for upto 4 persons), fully furnished rooms, all sorts of amenities included. Fully appointed kitchenette with fridge, stove, cookware, silverware and small appliances. Freshly baked snacks for breakfast delivered outside door every morning. Gourmet snacks (olives, nuts and crackers) and a bottle of wine made for a superior welcome. Daphne was a wonderful host available at all times via WhatsApp. She is also very knowledgeable about history and was a great tour guide for our day trip to Delphi. The managers gave us excellent recommendations for local eateries and shopping. Daily housekeeping was good to have even though these are apartments. We had a private terrace with awning which was lovely to have but for much of the day too hot to use. Washing machine and drying rack were also included in the apartment. Overall, the details were impeccable and hospitality was equivalent to that of a high end hotel. Would highly recommend.

The apartment is neat and well-equipped, the location is very convenient, and you can have meals, shopping, and supermarkets. Boss Anny was very enthusiastic and generous and helped us solve the problem. Friends are very satisfied!

The apartment is actually operated by another boutique hotel, so the room hygiene and linen are very good, and the service is also provided by the service staff of the boutique hotel. Although the apartment itself does not have a service staff, there is something to call or email. The service staff will come and solve it quickly. The location of the apartment is very good, it is very convenient to walk to the main attractions in Athens from the apartment.
