DDuyudaxixiThe room was just okay. We stayed in an overwater bungalow, but if you prefer quiet, beware—the disco music blared until 11 PM. The kids had a blast, though. There were over 10 restaurants, but most served 'white people food' which wasn't very good. The seafood restaurant cost extra. If you're here to play, don't be picky about the food and lodging.
The water games are open from 10 AM to 12 PM and again from 2 PM to 5 PM. After 7 PM, land-based mini-games and the VR arcade open up. There are also parties, so you definitely won't get bored.
The lobby building offers free ice cream and afternoon tea.
Lots of Russians, very few Chinese.

Only the lobby wifi is free, so the lobby is free to surf the Internet because we bought the data ourselves. It’s okay if there is no wifi in the room, but the signal in the room is very, very poor. I dived out to sea and there was a 4g full grid in the middle of the sea. In the room, a WeChat message was often sent out for two minutes and it was still in circles. Speaking of diving, the dive center in Hilton is a pit. We collected money for 5 dives, but only arranged 4 dives. In the end, the dive found various reasons not to take us, and when we started to pay, we must To double check, we wanted Euros at the time. We wanted to pay in US dollars. The person who collected the money pretended to help us check the exchange rate and over quoted us the price. Fortunately, the locals had been scammed by the locals before. After checking it, he told him that the price was wrong, and he said that he had calculated it wrong. And when diving on the first day of the two dives, there is still 100-120bar before the boat rises, and there is no reason. On the second day, another dive guide kept asking us to buy a photo package instead of throwing the phone on the spot. It was a very poor experience.
The hotel’s private beach is not very good, the water is muddy, there is nothing to see when snorkeling, and there is no living creatures. The water quality is not as good as the hotel’s private beach in the city center.
The only bit of food is okay. But the beer is mixed with water.
Will not book this hotel again, and will not recommend it to anyone, who is going to be stupid.

GGuest UserThis resort hotel is absolutely fantastic! Once you book, all three meals are included, which is a great perk. The hotel facilities are incredibly comprehensive; once you're checked in, there's really no need to go anywhere else. The pools are amazing, and they offer fitness classes like aerobics and yoga, plus sports activities like beach volleyball during the day. Definitely remember to bring your swimsuit! You can even snorkel right off the hotel's beach, and the little fish in the sea are absolutely beautiful.

GGuest UserI stayed at this hotel for 6 nights for my partner’s birthday. From the time I got there the hotel was very helpful with giving us a upgraded room and then going further to decorate the room/bed with heart pillows and pillow doves. They also provided a birthday cake twice on the day we arrived and on her birthday which we couldn’t be anymore thank you. I want to give a big shoutout to Mohammed the room cleaner, everyday was a surprise coming back into the bedroom he would decorate the room/bed with towels making different animals etc. Food buffet was really nice also had ice cream. ( I would say the hotel should make it so guest can get scoops for ice cream during the day not only for dinner) you get ice cream during the day but it’s ice cream lollipops etc. animation team was really good always involving everyone, want to say a shoutout to all the animation team especially mo salah, high energy and kept everyone very entertained. The beach is sandy! The photos don’t do it justice as the photos I saw online shows it to be stone beach with a bit of sand. The WiFi is good for a hotel which can be used on the beach. We was able to get a sun bed everyday by the many pools and beach. Nothing to fault this hotel was really amazing! (That’s coming from someone who only stays at high quality hotels).

MM440560****The check-in process at the front desk was incredibly slow; I waited over ten minutes, only to be given a room completely different from the sea-view room I booked—it faced a wall! I had to get angry before they finally switched me to a room with a sea view. It’s best to double-check everything at the front desk when checking in, especially since the rooms are quite a distance from the front desk, and the restaurant is across from the front desk, requiring a walk from the beach.
This hotel's pool and beach don't prohibit Muslim swimwear, but the cleanliness felt average, and the facilities are a bit old. A particular note for parents: the pool under the children's play area is very deep. Even though there are lifeguards, parents should definitely accompany their children.
The food is typical Egyptian quality, with freshly cut fruit and two dishes prepared live daily. The location is quite good, right in the middle of a lively area and very close to the city pier. However, be cautious of the small Egyptian souvenir shops to the left of the main entrance; I don't recommend them. If you really want to shop there, go with a group.
The hotel also has its own pier for direct sea excursions, but be sure to choose your boat captain carefully. The hotel's landscaping is well-maintained with many cats, and the beach water is crystal clear, perfect for spotting small fish and water birds. There's morning yoga by the sea and evening entertainment. There are many hotels in this area, so you might consider staying at a few to get a different experience.

GGuest User泄湖景完全是來搞笑的，所謂泄湖就是個小水泡，陽臺中間還隔着一段距離和樹擋着，跟其他評論一樣，存在一定的歧視，但是大部份工作人員還是挺友善的，雖然這本來就是他們應該做的。中間想加錢升級海景，帶我們去看的也還是一個稍微大一點的水泡而已，工作人員告訴我這已經是最好的海景房了，最後並沒有升級，泳池開放時間特別晚關閉時間卻很早，如果要出海這家酒店完全沒必要，吃的甚至不如國內100塊錢人民幣的自助餐，基本都靠吃麪包吃飽的，我們拿行李小費給了一美金態度還可以，同行的另一對沒有零錢了給了10埃磅態度就很差，對於一家五星級酒店這種事不應該發生，還是建議加錢選擇更好的全包酒店，或者普通的全包，想省錢或者出海沒有時間在酒店那就市區選擇一家便宜的就好了，這邊出行也並不方便，最後，我們check out的時候工作人員態度非常好，忘記問他的名字了，當看到我們自己拿行李過來了一直在向我道歉，告訴我他們應該安排擺渡車過來接我們的，海邊和泳池邊工作人員也很好，太陽下山後我們想去游泳，海邊的工作人員告訴我太陽下山後海里很危險，並且開玩笑説會有鯊魚，泳池邊的工作人員很耐心的告訴我泳池關閉了，要消毒，會傷眼睛，總的來説，真的不值這個價

GGuest UserA magnificent location, in a pedestrian-accessible old town with shops and restaurants, near the island beach Zeytona, to which they take a boat or 10 min walk, there is a restaurant on this island with a bar. Great breakfasts. Excellent service everywhere, guys are very hard, not from under the stick but from the soul. The hotel is certainly softly saying ”weary”, it is necessary to renovate, but the staff and location will compensate for it))). I will be happy to come back.

They were very enthusiastic towards Western guests but completely ignored us even after we spoke to them several times. It was also very difficult to get a table at the restaurant. I wouldn't really recommend it.

SShuimuyuerWe used this hotel as a transit stop before heading out to sea, and it was pretty good value for money. We didn't get to the beach, but there were plenty of play facilities for kids, which our little one really enjoyed. However, I do hope they can improve the food offerings; there wasn't much variety!
