The pools in the hotel are outstanding and trust me your kids our safe in these pools, we watched the life guards perform on two occasions they are always watching and keeping your kids safe, the beach is amazing and is on site, 1 minute from your sun beds again with a life guard looking on you when your swimming in the sea. The one thing that makes this hotel special is the staff, they are the engine behind this well oiled machine, there always smiling and asking if you need anything in restaurants bars and even on the beach, definitely going to return again, after all what you need on a holiday is to be Healthy to be safe and to enjoy and achieve the AMC royal gets 5 starts for matching these needs."

"There is no bathtub in the room, Ctrip has confirmed it. After entering the hotel, don't keep waiting just because someone is helping you check in and telling you that you have to wait for your room. We arrived at five o'clock and were told that the room was not ready. The hotel swimming pool closes as soon as the sun goes down, which is earlier than get off work time. The hotel has a free Italian restaurant offer, but it needs to be in advance. Therefore, if you only stay for one day, you will basically not be able to enjoy it. Of course, if you stay for two days, you may not be able to get it. The hotel provides all-inclusive meals, which are very good, and wine is also provided. The hotel is actually very big. Passing behind the swimming pool is the bluemakadi hotel, which has swimming pool performances every night. The bar at the entrance of the hotel is free before 12pm, but it says there is no ice, so I don’t order cocktails. Table tennis, tennis, and billiards are all available, so you can spend a day or two here. The hotel is a ten-minute walk to the beach, and you can walk straight across without leaving the door. There is no elevator in the hotel, so be sure to ask the waiter to help you carry your luggage, especially if it is heavy."

"The rooms were mediocre, and the buffet wasn't good at all – mostly just sweet desserts that cater to a Western palate. What's more, the staff seemed visibly annoyed when Asian guests asked for freshly made omelets or pizza, but were all smiles and chatted happily with white guests. The front desk service was ridiculous. Due to a change in my travel plans, I booked four nights in three separate reservations. I informed the front desk about this during check-in, and they acknowledged it, processing only the first booking. To my surprise, on the fourth day, before evening, I was told I needed to check out and check back in. I received this notification around 4 PM, meaning I was already past the check-out time and faced a penalty. Also, for my last night, I was leaving for the airport at midnight. When I booked, it was for a single occupancy room including breakfast, and it had two beds. However, the front desk only informed me on the last night that my 16-year-old son couldn't stay with me in the room, claiming they charge per person, not per room. I explained that he was just resting with me and we wouldn't even be having breakfast, but the front desk called a manager who insisted I pay an extra $27 (nearly 200 RMB) or my son would have to wait in the lobby. This hotel's usual room rate is just over 300. Even more absurd, they asked if I had eaten lunch today. I told them my room for last night included lunch, but the front desk said that was for the previous day. I showed them my booking, which clearly stated it was for the second day, yet they still asked if I had eaten lunch the day before, demanding a 700 EGP difference if I had, and didn't even give change when I offered 800. But when I checked in, they told me all three meals were included. You're only allowed one beach towel per day, and once you return it, you can't get another. All in all, the attitude was extremely poor."
