Great resort not far from the airport where there is plenty to do for people for kids of all ages. Thrill seeking water rides, splash parks, foam parties, stacks of pools and sundowners, fitness activities, gym and sauna plus feast of food choices and drinks on tap. Great service from the staff there and a really fantastic holiday!

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The location is ideal, and the view from the room is absolutely incredible, truly enhancing the overall experience. The breakfast was very good, varied, and enjoyable each morning, making it a great way to start the day in a pleasant setting. As for areas for improvement, some of the shower and WC facilities could benefit from a refresh. In certain places, there is visible rust and occasionally some drainage odors. This slightly contrasts with the expected standard, although these points remain minor compared to the overall quality of the stay. What truly makes the difference in this hotel is the team and their remarkable professionalism. A special thank you to Rawan Gasser at the front desk for her kindness, professionalism, and excellent command of her role. It is truly refreshing to see a woman in a position of responsibility, managing it with such confidence, elegance, and efficiency. Thank you as well to Hossam Hassan at the front desk for his warm welcome, availability, and consistent professionalism. At the restaurant, Ahmed Abd El Fattah deserves special mention for his kindness, attentiveness, and the quality of his service, which made every visit even more enjoyable. A sincere thank you also to Ali Ahmed, whose meticulous and dedicated work ensured that the rooms were always clean, well-maintained, and immaculate throughout our stay. The entire team is friendly, attentive, and highly professional, to the point that the small shortcomings mentioned above are quickly forgotten. Very nice resort in very buisy street you have almost evrithing inside ATM, aqua park, playground for kinds very nice clean beach some part of beach is rocky but definetly for this price is more than good also evry day buffet is diferent but after few days they start to reapet but the amount of dish is good and also they have few option if you want to try egyptyan cusine. During the day is a lot of activites and very nice animation team.

The hotel is clean and comfortable, and we had a lovely garden view which made the stay feel calm and relaxing. The environment is very peaceful and perfect for unwinding. The food selection offers a wide variety of choices. However, the taste was a bit below our expectations—possibly because we are not very used to the local flavors. That said, there were still options available for everyone. What we enjoyed the most was the beach. The long bridge walkway stretching out into the sea was beautiful and a highlight of our stay. Walking along it and being able to see fish and even turtles in the clear water was truly a special experience. Overall, it’s a great place to relax and enjoy nature, especially if you love the sea and a peaceful atmosphere.

Let’s start with that the team went above and beyond so that we have the best experience. We got a very clean and modern room but was on the ground floor. We asked for a room on a higher floor so they showed us different options but clarified that they weren’t renovated yet. The next day they moved us to a renovated room on a higher floor (the photos attached). The team’s response is quick. We had breadkfast and dinner included. The breakfast is a variety of cheese, turkey and chicked slices, baked goods, pancakes eggs, sausages, vegetables, fruits and drinks, etc. The dinner we had was mainly salads, rice, kufta (minced beef with spices, cooked potatoes, duck, baked goods, and deserts. Finally, the resort has access to the beach/sea, it is across the street though and a 10 min walk away. Thanks for the team for making our experience and vacation as chill and relaxing as possible.

ЕЕFor the third time at this hotel. and every time pleasantly surprise. Despite the fact that the old hotel was always cleaned, the main restaurant was cleaned. They cook deliciously ... especially delicious beef and fish. Variously. Cleaning every day. drinking water in the room. the beach is clean, clean. Nice and polite staff.
For 3 *** it’s quite worthy ... and I know what I'm writing about.
