We chose this hotel for its location and relative affordability. It was an excellent option for a vacation! We got a perfectly decent room; the only thing is that all the furniture isn't new, but the bed was comfortable. The staff were pleasant, the food was superb, and the sea was nearby. Housekeeping was done daily. We'd happily return, and even stay longer next time.

This all-inclusive hotel offers great value for money. My cultural trip through Egypt finally got better in Hurghada. Many people say the buffet is mediocre, but I personally thought it was pretty good. Maybe it's because I hadn't had a proper meal for days in Egypt, so having a buffet really felt like a blessing. There's a small convenience store right outside the hotel, which is super handy for buying things. The only downside is the internet; it's really poor and barely connects.

I checked in late at night and was given a room with a sealed connecting door. I went back to the front desk, and they said all rooms were like that... The room was in a corner, facing a swimming pool under renovation, so it was very noisy. The power went out twice during the night. I forgot to put out the 'do not disturb' sign in the morning. While I was still asleep, a housekeeper knocked. Even after I made a sound, they still swiped their card and saw me lying in bed, only saying 'sorry' afterward. After I complained on Trip.com, the front desk moved me to a different room facing the main swimming pool, and this room didn't have a connecting door. There weren't many Chinese guests. Honestly, I feel like they discriminated against me by putting me in that corner room; otherwise, it would have been all five-star reviews. Objectively, the facilities and hygiene were good. The pool looked great, and I understand the rooms were a bit old. The food was delicious with many varieties. The service, however, was just average.

Hotel’s location is good. Not far from airport, maybe 10 mins by taxi. Hotel building looks little bit old but the room was clean. There was also a safe in the room. Rooms have pool view. The hotel has its own beach, the beach has such a nice corals and colorful fishes.

The room was simple and functional. The buffet offered a basic selection of dishes, with a good variety of desserts. As the hotel is currently under construction, some aspects of the stay may not reflect its full potential. Personally, I felt the overall experience was closer to a 3-star standard than a 4-star one

Didn't have the entry to write this until months later but ****** staff, especially the reception desk. they'll fake smile at you and try to act like they're not at fault around other guests. when asked if they were ****** the guy literally said "yes i am" (we have on video) and kept chasing after us. we paid almost 100usd and was given a different colored bracelet to differentiate us from other guests. all inclusive was 90usd. we paid that and was told that only breakfast was included and they kept charging and targeting us. never saw them target ***** guests even THOSE WITHOUT a bracelet on. we only saw other purple and yellow bracelets but we were given blue dispute paying the same amount. we were nvr given a towel checkout card or a hotel sleeve card, but was asked about it when checking out saying if we don't produce the towel card they will charge us 10usd. we were given the wrong room (which was hella old and moldy btw); they reserve their corner rooms for people of our race (corroborated with many other's posts on trip and xhs). when we asked to switch they said they're fully booked and nothing they can do but told us to come back in the morning. we did and they still didn't switch us rooms. they then accused us of paying for 1 person versus 2 people BUT ITS THE SAME EXACT ROOM (we did pay for 2 people btw, showed the other guy our confirmation and the guy that accused us named AYMAN walked away, without apologies from either of them). there were a lot of haggling staff and greedy people in there. we've been to cairo, alexandria, siwa, luxor, and had never encountered such a terrible experience. they have NO WIFI btw in the rooms, and even the wifi in the hotel lobby barely works. the "beach" they have sucks and is barely a beach. to get to the better parts of the sea you have to take an uber. the only redeeming part is the guy operating the convenience store. he was nice and we liked the chocolates he sold; good gifts for others. door has a BROKEN lock btw, staff didn't care the night shift reception (the 3 guys pictured) were the worst. other staff were bad (with a few exceptions) but they were worse.

Let’s start with that the team went above and beyond so that we have the best experience. We got a very clean and modern room but was on the ground floor. We asked for a room on a higher floor so they showed us different options but clarified that they weren’t renovated yet. The next day they moved us to a renovated room on a higher floor (the photos attached). The team’s response is quick. We had breadkfast and dinner included. The breakfast is a variety of cheese, turkey and chicked slices, baked goods, pancakes eggs, sausages, vegetables, fruits and drinks, etc. The dinner we had was mainly salads, rice, kufta (minced beef with spices, cooked potatoes, duck, baked goods, and deserts. Finally, the resort has access to the beach/sea, it is across the street though and a 10 min walk away.  Thanks for the team for making our experience and vacation as chill and relaxing as possible.

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Despite booking an all-inclusive reservation, I was charged an additional $30 every single night with no reasonable explanation. It felt like a complete rip-off. The service was just as bad. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. I had to call the front desk repeatedly over the course of two days just to get two bottles of water. That level of service is unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one that advertises itself as all-inclusive. To make matters worse, the hotel did not deliver what it promised. Many of the amenities and services described were either unavailable or nothing like what was advertised. Overall, this hotel was a huge disappointment and a waste of money. Save yourself the frustration and book somewhere else.

They upgraded us to a better room for free. Everyone at reception was super friendly. It has a pool and a private beach with a beautiful coral reef teeming with life. The breakfast was very comprehensive. We also had a massage with them, highly recommend it. We got a manicure and pedicure, which was a disaster, haha. We'd definitely do the massage again, but the manicure and pedicure, never again!
