The service attitude has always been good, and the environment is cleaner than my last visit. The air conditioning was turned on in advance, and parking is convenient. I feel like the bed might have been changed as it was more comfortable than last time. Overall, it's pretty good.

Had such a comfortable stay at the Radisson Hotel! The room facilities were excellent, and the Dyson hairdryer was a delightful surprise. The breakfast spread was incredible, with a huge variety of both Western and Chinese options – I was spoiled for choice! They even had authentic Wuxi xiao long bao, which were served hot and were incredibly satisfying. The service was also exceptionally attentive, making me feel so welcome. I'll definitely be back!

The hotel is newly renovated, the facilities and equipment are all new, and there is no smell. It is very good to stay in such a hotel when traveling for more than 500 pairs during the May Day holiday. The staff is considerate and polite, and the room type is upgraded for free.

The hotel is located between Yixing and Liyang, in a slightly out-of-the-way location, but it's quite large and has a very nice environment. Guest rooms and the hot springs are in the same building, making it very convenient to get around. The dining area is on the first floor and the food is decent. The hotel also offers bamboo rafting, boating, cycling, and electric scooter rides. It wasn't crowded on weekdays, and the hot springs could be booked entirely. Our butler, Xiao Wei, provided excellent service and responded promptly.

The room was clean and hygienic. I had a buffet in the evening. The price was moderate and the variety of dishes needed to be increased. The front desk clerk Xiao Zhao worked seriously and treated guests kindly. He received good reviews.

The room was clean and comfortable, well-equipped, and offered great value for money. This is definitely my top choice for accommodation when traveling, and I'll be staying here again!

Came to Wuxi for a business trip and some relaxation, and stayed at the Snow Wave Songpin Hotel. The overall experience exceeded my expectations, definitely a five-star review! First, the environment. The hotel has a new Chinese garden style, with pavilions, waterside platforms, and beautiful scenery at every step, full of Jiangnan charm. The room was very spacious, and the courtyard view offered great privacy. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay. The most commendable aspect was our butler, Helen! From pre-check-in communication to check-out, Helen was incredibly attentive and thoughtful. She proactively arranged airport pickup and check-in before our arrival, and upon reaching the hotel, she took the initiative to introduce the hotel facilities and nearby attractions. Any requests I had during my stay were met with an almost instant response via WeChat. Her responsiveness and service awareness were exceptional. At check-out, she even thoughtfully presented a farewell gift, which was a lovely gesture. Regarding other facilities, the breakfast offered a rich variety, and the Wuxi xiaolongbao and Aozhao noodles were quite authentic. The hotel's location right next to Sunac Land made it very convenient to visit Sunac Mall for shopping and dining. In summary, I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Wuxi and will recommend it to my friends. Helen's service was truly the highlight of the entire stay. Taking advantage of the holiday, I visited Jiangyin and stayed at the Sheraton Jiangyin Hotel. Cara at the front desk was professional and incredibly warm. She quickly completed the check-in process and thoughtfully informed me about nearby attractions. Her attentive service really helped alleviate my travel fatigue, and the detailed service left a lasting impression, creating wonderful memories for this trip to Jiangyin.
