Came to Wuxi to attend a conference and stayed at Vienna, which is very close to the conference venue and very convenient; the hotel facilities are complete and the electrochromic glass is quite interesting; the front desk staff provided good service, and they were patient and enthusiastic.

The hot springs were fantastic, with a first-class environment, comfortable temperature, and good privacy. During the weekdays, it was less crowded, giving it a private feel.

The Jiangyin International Hotel is a fantastic place to stay, offering a wide range of delicious food and incredibly helpful staff at the reception. My friends and I chose to celebrate my friend's birthday here, and the hotel surprised us with a birthday cake, greeting cards, and a beautifully decorated bed. We were truly grateful for the complimentary treats and excellent service we received during our stay. The room was clean and stocked with toiletries. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again when I return to Jiangyin.

Upon arrival, I was immediately impressed by the hotel's beautiful garden landscape. Cary at the front desk was warm and courteous, making the check-in process quick and smooth. She even proactively pointed out the garden's highlights. However, the breakfast restaurant service was extremely subpar; I wouldn't even give it a 1-star rating. All 5-star service was exclusively from the front desk and housekeeping staff.
