The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. It's close to the airport, so you can sometimes hear planes, but the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even allowing for a late check-out. They also gave us a small gift when we left. The restaurant staff were also excellent. Overall, a great stay.

The room is quite large, and the side cover has a view from both sides. It uses a Dyson hair dryer with many plug configurations, dry and wet separation, and the hanging area is also very spacious. The courtyard is decorated in a Chinese-style courtyard style. The butler will contact you in advance before checking in. There are shuttle buses to take you to the scenic spots, which is very convenient (you can go climbing in the Dongpo Pavilion next to it). The attitudes of the front desk and butler service staff are very good. , our children were given motion sickness stickers because they were afraid of motion sickness. The back door of the hotel is Yada Town. It is very convenient to eat and drink. There are many check-in points. There are many performances during the Mid-Autumn Festival. I like it. The breakfast area will be perfect if it is upgraded. Will go again if I have the chance

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at Manxin Mansion in Nanchan Ancient Town during our trip to Wuxi. First off, the location is fantastic – just a short walk to Nanchan Street, yet the hotel itself is incredibly quiet. It's truly a peaceful oasis amidst the hustle and bustle. We chose a room in a two-story Huizhou-style building, and opening the door to the balcony, the fresh air was just wonderful. Every morning, we'd wake up naturally, serenaded by the charming birdsong, starting our day off on a happy note. A special thank you to the lovely ladies at the front desk; their service was exceptional. They helped us with our luggage, brought us water, and even delivered fresh fruit. We're so grateful for their warm hospitality. If we ever return to Wuxi, we'll definitely choose Manxin Mansion again!

The hotel is huge and impressive, with many young and enthusiastic staff. The room is spacious and excellent in every aspect! There are plenty of shuttle buses, and many tickets were provided, which made the kids incredibly happy! I must highly praise the hotel's outdoor swimming pool! We visited on a weekend in early September, and backstroking while looking at the blue sky and white clouds was simply amazing! The water temperature was perfect, not too cold nor too hot, and the kids absolutely loved it! You can also use the pool for free even after checking out! The weather was a bit hot during our two-day stay, but the clouds were incredibly beautiful and stunning!

This time, friends and I planned a trip to Jiangsu and Zhejiang, with Yixing as our first stop. We booked the Hampton by Hilton Yixing People's Middle Road on Trip.com. We usually book our trips on Trip.com and mostly choose Hilton-旗下 (Hilton-brand) hotels. We were very satisfied with the service and environment at this Hilton. The front desk service, in particular, was warm and meticulous. The hotel provided refreshments like tremella soup and cookies. The staff were very enthusiastic in telling us about the local area. The hotel room's cleanliness and decor were also excellent. I highly recommend Hilton hotels.

The hotel boasts unparalleled views; it's truly a benchmark in Wuxi. We stayed on the 7th floor, and the lake view was perfect, no need for a higher floor. Liyuan Garden is right downstairs, and the hotel even provides complimentary tickets. The food was excellent; we had both breakfast and dinner at the hotel. The rooms are newly renovated, featuring professional, state-of-the-art equipment that's comfortable and convenient to use, without unnecessary decorative gimmicks. The air conditioning temperature and fan speed were just right, the lighting was comfortable—everything was perfect. The rooms are spacious, and the beds are wide, ideal for families with two children. Connecting rooms are especially suitable for traveling with elderly parents. The pool was clean and not crowded, and the kids had so much fun they didn't want to eat. I particularly want to commend the housekeeping team. We stayed at 14 hotels on this trip, and the cleaning here was the most thorough and meticulous. It's not that other hotels weren't clean, but here, you could feel a deep-seated, inherent cleanliness every day. My only complaint is why the connecting room option for four beds on Trip.com only includes two breakfasts per day. I suggest the front desk consider guest psychology and add an all-inclusive breakfast option. Paying the same price upfront for an all-inclusive package feels different from having to pay extra each morning.

This is my second time staying at the Lokas Hotel Wuxi. I first came when it just opened, and the room types are fantastic. The two-bedroom suite is spacious and comes with an induction hob, microwave, fridge, and a washing machine with a dryer, perfect for a longer stay. The location is great, not far from Nanchang Street and Nanchansi Temple. If it's too hot during the day, you can swim in the hotel's pool, which has good water quality and isn't crowded. Xiao Zhang (who seemed like a manager) handled my check-in with a great attitude. He also told me where breakfast was and the quicker way to get to the serviced apartments. When I checked out, he even gave me a lovely fridge magnet. Although the breakfast selection isn't huge, everything tastes delicious. I finally tried the famous fried fish noodles, and there's a small sesame ball that's also very tasty with lots of sesame filling. The juice isn't watered down either, and the waitstaff clear tables very efficiently. All the staff I encountered had excellent attitudes, and the cleaning ladies would greet you too. I'll definitely stay at Lokas again when I come to Wuxi!

I stayed at the Nianhua Bay B&B for two nights, and my experience was excellent: 1. **Free Upgrade to Yunshuijian**: My room was upgraded to a Yunshuijian villa, which was right by the water, surrounded by lush greenery and lotus ponds. The Southeast Asian-style villas were scattered gracefully, connected by secluded paths, offering great privacy – it felt just like Bali! The interior was spacious, with a simple yet comfortable design that I really liked. 2. **Exceptional Service**: Our customer service housekeeper, Xiangxiang, and the staff at Yunshuijian were all very warm and attentive. They reminded us daily about activity times in the park, as well as details about entering/exiting the park and dining. They promptly provided a phone charger and maintained the WiFi network, making us feel very welcome and cared for. 3. **Delicious Dining**: Over the three days, the park's restaurants (Pinyuwei, Boluomi Chinese Restaurant), Luming Teahouse, and Man Kee dessert shop all offered excellent service, flavors, and quality. It truly exceeded my expectations.

My stay at 'Tan Yue Hotel' was incredibly pleasant overall. The food was thoughtfully and carefully prepared, with fresh, high-quality ingredients and great taste – truly reassuring and enjoyable to eat. The room was clean and tidy, the mattress provided excellent support, and the pillows were soft and perfectly cradled my neck. I was able to get a full night's sleep every night, resulting in high-quality rest. The service throughout my stay was meticulous and attentive; responses were prompt, and the staff were friendly. The overall value for money far exceeded my expectations – truly exceptional value. It's my top choice for accommodation when traveling, and I highly recommend it.

The room is great, renovated from a high-end apartment The service staff were also great. Manager Dai at the front desk also recommended us an itinerary in Wuxi and introduced some particularly delicious farm dishes. The Dongpo pork was amazing. Both adults and children enjoyed several bowls of rice. There is a problem with the use of the elevator. Since only one elevator was opened during the renovation, the cleaning staff had to share the passenger elevator with guests to carry trash cans. I heard several batches of different customers complain about this, after all, it is a four-star price
