清明節帶長者和孩子回爺爺的老家，選擇了江邊的温德姆，江景大床房風景的確不錯，長者住着感覺特別棒。酒店離鵝鼻嘴公園衹有15分的車程，非常方便。 特別感謝前台的Lucy，服務親切且耐心，我定的是江景房和雙床房，辦理入住的時候告知希望在同一個樓層，Lucy幫我們查詢房間情況，最終找到了合適的樓層，兩個房間離得很近，小朋友來回兩間客房很方便。 Lucy也非常細心，入住當天是我先生的生日，Lucy和同事帶着蛋糕，果籃和氣泡酒送到房間，着實讓我們感受到了酒店的貼心！ 第二天退房，酒店還贈送了馬蹄糕和飲料，屬實非常好客了！以後回來還會住這裏！

這次在這裏衹待一天，想去附近轉轉，看網上的評價訂了出差附近的這家酒店。是一家真心想給五星好評的酒店，出行方便，服務熱情，細節到位，早餐豐富，性價比很高，特別是lyla的服務態度，特別特別好！推薦！

設施：傳統的設計風格，應該開業蠻早的，但是酒店大堂非常豪華 衞生：房間還是比較乾淨，對於我這過敏鼻炎的沒有出現反應打噴嚏 環境：酒店餐飲極具本地特色，周邊距離八佰伴運河公園也非常方便 服務：還沒入住就幫我登記了車牌，詢問吸不吸煙，退房還贈送了當地特產“馬蹄酥”～ 感謝張西馳和安紅梅的温馨服務下次還會選擇温德姆！
