The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. It's close to the airport, so you can sometimes hear planes, but the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even allowing for a late check-out. They also gave us a small gift when we left. The restaurant staff were also excellent. Overall, a great stay.

I recently stayed at the Atour Hotel in Jiangyin for the first time, having visited other Atour locations multiple times. This trip was mainly for a client meeting, and I spent 3 days and 2 nights here. The hotel facilities are excellent, and the staff are friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. I’d like to highlight a few aspects of my stay: first, the warm reception and attentive service from the front desk staff made a great first impression; second, the room was spacious and well-lit, with soft bed linens and a cozy comforter that allowed me to rest well after a busy day; finally, the hotel is well-maintained, and the overall cleanliness was impressive. One point to mention is that the toilet is prone to clogging, and I hope this can be improved as it was somewhat inconvenient. Additionally, since there is a renovation project nearby, I was initially worried about potential noise disturbances. To my surprise, the hotel remained wonderfully quiet, creating a pleasant atmosphere, and they thoughtfully provided earplugs for guests, which I appreciated. Breakfast options were diverse, and I was delighted to find century eggs on the menu—such a pleasant surprise! Overall, my stay was very satisfying. The convenient location is perfect for business travelers. I look forward to returning to Atour Hotel and hope to see improvements regarding the toilet. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and hope to visit again soon!

Room was clean and has a freshly cleaned smell. Always a good sign when hotels are clean. Reception staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. She upgraded our room. The downside of the room is that some plug sockets didn’t work. There’s only a total of 3 sockets in the room. Location of the hotel is excellent. Very near the subway station and walking distance to Nanchan Street area where there’s a lot of shops. If you’re staying here, remember to come out and see the Nanchan Temple at night. The lights make the temple look magical. Best timing to see it in the evening.

Xiao Liu, the inn owner, is extremely polite, helpful, friendly, and reliable. The place is very comfortable, reasonably priced, and in a great location. All the staff were genuinely warm and welcoming. We loved the place so much and truly regretted staying for only one night. From the moment we arrived, we didn’t feel like strangers at all—it felt like being with family. Everyone treated us with sincerity and went out of their way to help. Xiao Liu patiently answered all our questions and even drove us to buy fireworks. He waited for us and later joined us to play the fireworks at night, even though we had already checked out. He kindly allowed us to leave our large luggage with him during the day, which we really appreciated. The place is exactly as shown in the photos—no overly edited pictures with disappointing reality. Everything was authentic and exceeded our expectations. We also enjoyed a hotpot dinner at the inn, and it was fresh and delicious. The food is truly a must-try, including their coffee. Everything was excellent, with no doubts about quality. I sincerely hope to have the opportunity to visit Wuxi again. I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family, as well as 德福楼, the restaurant recommended by Xiao Liu. The food there is authentic, delicious, and truly represents Wuxi cuisine. They also helped us with tickets to the Lingshan Big Buddha. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for more—the restaurant owner assisted us with the entrance tickets, and a tour guide even drove us to Lingshan Big Buddha and guided us there, all without any extra charges. Everyone was incredibly kind and generous. If you plan to buy joss sticks and candles, there’s a shop right beside the restaurant with very reasonable prices—absolutely no regrets. Thank you, Xiao Liu, for your outstanding hospitality. It’s such a pity we didn’t have enough time to visit your sister’s café, but we would love to visit again next time.

This hotel was our choice for a family trip to Wuxi. The family room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast selection was extensive. We stayed for 5 days and even received complimentary breakfast vouchers. The room was cleaned daily, and the sheets and duvet covers were changed mid-stay. It was a fantastic travel experience!

First time in Wuxi, stayed near Sanyang Plaza, right across from Henglong Plaza. It's only two subway stops from Wuxi Railway Station, so getting around and shopping was very convenient. This Atour hotel had a small room, but it was clean and tidy. The price was a bit high due to the holiday, but the front desk service was very enthusiastic. Although the breakfast selection wasn't extensive, it was still quite good.

I didn't go to crowded with people on May Day and chose Wuxi to learn to ride horses. The place to learn to ride horses is a few kilometers away from the hotel, plus the Jinjiang brand, I chose here. Overall, the service is good, the environment is quiet, and travel mainly depends on taxis and driving. It is safer to order takeaways and robots will be delivered. The only downside is that the windows of the audio-visual room we booked are semi-obstructed (but there is a prompt when booking this room, I want the audio-visual room to be like this, but watching a movie is good, and the air conditioner is not stuffy), there is one, I see that there are also children with children, But the hotel does not have toothbrushes and slippers for children, I hope to prepare a small amount. Breakfast is a bit simpler, and a little more people can't keep up. But overall it is satisfactory, I will stay here next time.

The room was clean and tidy, the mattress provided excellent support, and the pillows were soft and perfectly cradled my neck. I was able to get a full night's sleep every night, resulting in high-quality rest. The service throughout my stay was meticulous and attentive; responses were prompt, and the staff were friendly. The overall value for money far exceeded my expectations – truly exceptional value. It's my top choice for accommodation when traveling, and I highly recommend it.

It was a perfect spot to unwind in the evenings. I appreciated the option to close the curtains and enjoy the balcony while our daughter slept peacefully inside. The hotel's location was convenient, with two nearby stations providing easy access to Shanghai. The staff even provided helpful directions and recommendations, such as the address of a nearby supermarket when we needed to buy supplies. Despite being a smaller hotel, the quality of service surpassed my expectations. The staff's ability to communicate in English was a definite advantage for us as foreigners, making our stay even more comfortable. In terms of dining, the food at the hotel was satisfactory, offering a regular Chinese menu. I particularly enjoyed their noodles, and the friendly service with a smile made the dining experience even more enjoyable. Overall, I had a fantastic stay at. The combination of excellent service, cleanliness, and helpful staff made it a memorable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, reliable, and friendly place to stay.

My kids are grown up now, so I specifically booked a family room for this trip. The hotel started off great, but then I noticed the attention to detail was lacking! First, the single bed in the room was a spring bed, and the mattress was clearly old and deeply sunken in the middle, making it very uncomfortable to sleep on. My child didn't complain, but as a parent, I felt quite uneasy. Since it's a family room, why wouldn't they provide a standard single bed? Secondly, the restaurant service. The coffee machine needed cleaning, and I even told a staff member, but by the time we finished our meal, the coffee still hadn't been served. Breakfast in the restaurant goes until 10 AM, but when we went at 9:30 AM, some dishes and drinks were no longer being refilled. I don't think this is right. They don't offer a discount for eating after 9:30 AM, so shouldn't all food items be fully stocked?
