"Staying at the Wuxi Capo Hotel for a business trip was an excellent choice for business travelers. The check-in process was completely paperless and very efficient. The front desk staff proactively arranged a complimentary parking space. The room's internet speed was stable, and there was a small desk, which made working during the trip very convenient. Plus, there's a self-service laundry room and drying facilities, which is perfect for longer stays. The hotel is a quiet oasis in a bustling location; despite being in the city center's commercial district, the rooms are quiet and peaceful. The toiletries were high quality. The public areas were clean and spacious, and the staff were responsive. The transportation is very convenient, with a direct subway line to the train station. "Our family of four had an excellent stay at the Hotel Nikko Wuxi. The hotel is just a short walk from Nanchang Street, which made it super convenient to explore the old street with the kids and take a boat ride along the canal. Nanchansi Temple is also only a ten-minute walk away, with plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby, which was very handy. The hotel overlooks the Grand Canal and is the tallest building in the area, a prominent feature in any photo of Nanchang Street. The soundproofing in the rooms was excellent, and daily housekeeping was meticulous. No one pressured us for a good review, but it truly is a fantastic accommodation choice for families visiting Wuxi."

"For this price, the room was absolutely amazing! It was incredibly spacious and spotless, with a smart toilet. There were so many power outlets, which was perfect for someone like me who travels with a lot of electronics to charge. They have a washer and dryer, though not many, so you might have to wait during peak hours. The location is superb – just across the street from Nanchang Street and the pier, with tons of dining options nearby. Due to an unexpected situation, Ms. Thirty at the front desk quickly helped me resolve the issue. Thumbs up!"

"We chose this skyscraper hotel for different experience. We arrived on Saturday and it was super busy and loud everywhere, but next day it got much calmer. We asked to be moved from smoking permitted room to non smoking, because of the smell and also to higher floor (37), because you could still heat the traffic on 22nd floor. The reception was helpful with our requests. The room was spacious, clean and beds comfy. If you want different experience, go for it, but be prepared for crowds of people entering and leaving the lift all the time! Can be bit frustrating. Recommended Nanchan street is typical loud commercial walking street, but just across the water we found super nice and calm area, which we loved."

"As a foreign traveler, the last thing you want when facing issues in an unfamiliar city is miscommunication or being brushed off. But every single staff member here made me feel so welcome. Whenever we needed help, they were incredibly patient, meticulously assisting us step by step. What touched me most was when I accidentally twisted my ankle; the front desk staff was incredibly thoughtful, helping me book a high-speed train ticket and arrange traveler services. The human touch in their service truly exceeded all expectations. My only 'minor quibble': the breakfast could use some improvement, haha! 😂"

"The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient to get anywhere. Although the hotel doesn't have its own parking, they were very helpful in finding a solution for us. Since we visited on a weekend, we were able to park next to China Telecom. We originally booked a superior room, but it felt a bit dark and the lighting wasn't great. We spoke to the front desk, and they promptly moved us to a different room, which was great! The bedding at Atour is, as always, incredibly comfortable! The breakfast was also good, with all the basic offerings."

"The hotel's location is truly excellent, right next to the entrance of Wuxi North Railway Station on the left. Before coming to Wuxi, I made a mistake with another booking, which led me to arrive at the hotel lobby around 9 AM with my elderly family members, children, and luggage. I originally thought I could only store my bags and check in later in the afternoon. Luckily, I met a sweet and smiling front desk staff member, Xiao Jiang. After understanding our situation, she actively coordinated and quickly arranged rooms on an ideal floor for us, and they were adjacent, which was convenient for me to look after the elders. That day, a typhoon was predicted to make landfall directly in the Jiangsu and Zhejiang areas. She gave us great suggestions, allowing us to visit Yuantouzhu and Liyuan in time; otherwise, they would have closed half a day later. She even added me on WeChat to follow up on our stay experience, promptly reminding us of weather changes and traffic information. She was incredibly thoughtful, truly beautiful inside and out. I'm very grateful to her."

Room was clean and has a freshly cleaned smell. Always a good sign when hotels are clean. Reception staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. She upgraded our room. The downside of the room is that some plug sockets didn’t work. There’s only a total of 3 sockets in the room. Location of the hotel is excellent. Very near the subway station and walking distance to Nanchan Street area where there’s a lot of shops. If you’re staying here, remember to come out and see the Nanchan Temple at night. The lights make the temple look magical. Best timing to see it in the evening.

Xiao Liu, the inn owner, is extremely polite, helpful, friendly, and reliable. The place is very comfortable, reasonably priced, and in a great location. All the staff were genuinely warm and welcoming. We loved the place so much and truly regretted staying for only one night. From the moment we arrived, we didn’t feel like strangers at all—it felt like being with family. Everyone treated us with sincerity and went out of their way to help. Xiao Liu patiently answered all our questions and even drove us to buy fireworks. He waited for us and later joined us to play the fireworks at night, even though we had already checked out. He kindly allowed us to leave our large luggage with him during the day, which we really appreciated. The place is exactly as shown in the photos—no overly edited pictures with disappointing reality. Everything was authentic and exceeded our expectations. We also enjoyed a hotpot dinner at the inn, and it was fresh and delicious. The food is truly a must-try, including their coffee. Everything was excellent, with no doubts about quality. I sincerely hope to have the opportunity to visit Wuxi again. I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family, as well as 德福楼, the restaurant recommended by Xiao Liu. The food there is authentic, delicious, and truly represents Wuxi cuisine. They also helped us with tickets to the Lingshan Big Buddha. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for more—the restaurant owner assisted us with the entrance tickets, and a tour guide even drove us to Lingshan Big Buddha and guided us there, all without any extra charges. Everyone was incredibly kind and generous. If you plan to buy joss sticks and candles, there’s a shop right beside the restaurant with very reasonable prices—absolutely no regrets. Thank you, Xiao Liu, for your outstanding hospitality. It’s such a pity we didn’t have enough time to visit your sister’s café, but we would love to visit again next time.

The hotel's location is excellent, not far from all the major attractions. The room was clean and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, perfect for families traveling with children. It's also very car-friendly with free parking available. The MIXC shopping mall next door is a big convenience. Breakfast was decent, nothing special but enough to fill you up. The room had a bathtub and strong water pressure. The staff were warm and attentive, making for a great overall experience. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

Fantastic stay. Room was clean and very big. Location is right next to the G2 highway so a perfect place to rest after crossing the bridge. The parking was easy, safe and convenient. I've been staying at this hotel since it opened, and I've always had a fondness for it. The rooms are very well-maintained, and the front desk staff are exceptionally polite and professional – we were very satisfied. The hotel's location is right in the city center, with Kaiyuan Temple, Ah Bing's Former Residence, and the commercial street all within easy reach. You can even enjoy distant views of Taihu Lake. Breakfast is on the 65th floor, and enjoying a meal while admiring the beautiful scenery of Wuxi is simply amazing. This hotel is honest and transparent, truly the best in Wuxi, and definitely a place worth returning to!

I didn't go to crowded with people on May Day and chose Wuxi to learn to ride horses. The place to learn to ride horses is a few kilometers away from the hotel, plus the Jinjiang brand, I chose here. Overall, the service is good, the environment is quiet, and travel mainly depends on taxis and driving. It is safer to order takeaways and robots will be delivered. The only downside is that the windows of the audio-visual room we booked are semi-obstructed (but there is a prompt when booking this room, I want the audio-visual room to be like this, but watching a movie is good, and the air conditioner is not stuffy), there is one, I see that there are also children with children, But the hotel does not have toothbrushes and slippers for children, I hope to prepare a small amount. Breakfast is a bit simpler, and a little more people can't keep up. But overall it is satisfactory, I will stay here next time.

My stay at 'Tan Yue Hotel' was incredibly pleasant overall. The food was thoughtfully and carefully prepared, with fresh, high-quality ingredients and great taste – truly reassuring and enjoyable to eat. The room was clean and tidy, the mattress provided excellent support, and the pillows were soft and perfectly cradled my neck. I was able to get a full night's sleep every night, resulting in high-quality rest. The service throughout my stay was meticulous and attentive; responses were prompt, and the staff were friendly. I recently had the pleasure of staying at and I must say it was a delightful experience. The hotel staff was exceptionally kind, reliable, and accommodating. They went out of their way to assist me, even after I had checked out. Their level of service and responsiveness truly exceeded my expectations. One of the key highlights for me was the hotel's cleanliness. As a parent with a crawling baby, cleanliness is of utmost importance, and I was impressed by how well-maintained and spotless the hotel was. The rooms were tidy, and the hotel provided all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, hair dryers, toothpaste, and soap. I particularly loved the fact that our room had a balcony. It was a perfect spot to unwind in the evenings. I appreciated the option to close the curtains and enjoy the balcony while our daughter slept peacefully inside. The hotel's location was convenient, with two nearby stations providing easy access to Shanghai. The staff even provided helpful directions and recommendations, such as the address of a nearby supermarket when we needed to buy supplies. Despite being a smaller hotel, the quality of service surpassed my expectations. My kids are grown up now, so I specifically booked a family room for this trip. The hotel started off great, but then I noticed the attention to detail was lacking! First, the single bed in the room was a spring bed, and the mattress was clearly old and deeply sunken in the middle, making it very uncomfortable to sleep on. My child didn't complain, but as a parent, I felt quite uneasy. Since it's a family room, why wouldn't they provide a standard single bed? Secondly, the restaurant service. The coffee machine needed cleaning, and I even told a staff member, but by the time we finished our meal, the coffee still hadn't been served. Breakfast in the restaurant goes until 10 AM, but when we went at 9:30 AM, some dishes and drinks were no longer being refilled. I don't think this is right. They don't offer a discount for eating after 9:30 AM, so shouldn't all food items be fully stocked?
