AAWMCThe hotel is fantastically designed. It is spacious and comfortable. The staff is extremely helpful and polite making the stay very enjoyable.
I booked this hotel on the understanding there was a swimming pool as it was advertised on Trip.com with a swimming pool in their details. However, when we arrived, we were told that it was not a swimming pool that was in use. With 2 kids that was looking forward to swimming, it was a big disappointment.

AAnonymous UserThe room, as almost always, has a slight smell of cigarettes and stale smoke. The curtains smell of smoke, and the sheets have an unpleasant odor even though they appear clean. The bathroom had...The toilet seat had drops of dried yellow urine underneath. The room floor wasn't perfectly clean. The breakfast was adequate, although something was completely missing some Sweet or pastry.
Overall I wouldn't avoid it but I would hope for more attention.

GGuest UserHygiene: I am particularly dissatisfied with the hygiene. There is a damp carpet smell when you come in. This kind of carpet is very unfriendly to guests with allergies. There is even cigarette ashes left by the previous customer on the carpet.
Service: Although the hygiene is very poor, I gave feedback to the customer service department and they immediately came to vacuum the carpet. This is not bad.
Facilities: Because the room had a strong damp smell, I turned on the air conditioner all night. The air conditioner kept making strange noises and I kept being woken up. I couldn't sleep at all.
I originally wanted to change rooms because of the air conditioner, but I thought about moving to another room after vacuuming the carpet and smelling the musty smell, so I couldn’t bear it.

GGuest UserI chose this hotel specifically because the Internet celebrity recommended the 158 seafood set meal, but what was disappointing was that the restaurant was closed. Fortunately, the breakfast includes Chaoshan authentic pork rice noodles and braised meat, which is very delicious. If I want to go to Chaozhou, Sister Xiao Lu at the front desk can help me call a taxi, which saves me a lot of trouble and the service is great.

AAnonymous UserI have to give a bad review for the breakfast, which was not like breakfast and lunch was not like lunch. I seriously suspected that the fried noodles were leftovers from the day before, they were so dry and hard to chew, and I could only eat porridge and pickles. The toilet in the room kept running all night, the room was ok, and the front desk staff was quite enthusiastic
