MM253581****This time I took my parents and Xiaobao to stay at Quchanli Hotel. The original square room was upgraded to a round courtyard private soup room! Thanks to the manager Xiao Tang for his thoughtful arrangement throughout the whole process, and helped to make an appointment for travel photography and Songxu healing. My parents are particularly satisfied with taking pictures, and the healing experience is also very relaxing. The children's playground is clean and safe, and Xiaobao has a great time. The hotel environment is beautiful, the service is meticulous, very close to the Nanshan Bamboo Sea Scenic Area, the whole family lives comfortably, it is a perfect trip to Xiangyang, the hotel is really suitable for parent-child travel! The hotel has a strong sense of design, and the travel photography is also very unpoke. When leaving the store, the manager Xiao Tang also sent a small toy and a souvenir. The baby liked it very much.

GGuest UserThe hotel has a very good environment and is very big. There is a shuttle bus for transportation, which is very convenient. However, the time was too short and I didn't have enough fun. Special thanks to the housekeeper Dai Chunhong and the waiter Wang Ximei. They were kind and thoughtful. They brought us water and peaches even if we didn't have enough water. It made people feel very warm. I will definitely go again when I have time and bring my family with me.

AAnonymous UserThis is my third time staying at Hantian. Yangxin Valley is a great experience. The single-family villa is much quieter than the resort. As soon as I stepped into Yangxin Valley, I was instantly attracted by its beautiful environment. The interior decoration style adopts the new Chinese style, which is elegant and atmospheric. There is also a free travel photo. Girls should like it very much. Haha. Shan Rui at the front desk contacted me intimately the day before I checked in. Not only did she plan a travel guide for me in detail, but she also carefully arranged the itinerary according to my needs. During the entire stay, she responded to messages very quickly and took the initiative to greet me every day. This kind of meticulous service makes people feel warm. However, when dining in the Chinese restaurant, I encountered a small episode. The restaurant told me that the restaurant was reserved at night. At that time, I was full of disappointment. After all, I came to Hantian just to taste the fish head soup that I had been thinking about. Fortunately, the lobby manager Ge Pengfei showed super high professionalism. He actively helped me communicate and coordinate with the restaurant. In the end, I got the delicious fish head soup as I wished, and the fresh and fragrant taste still lingers on the tip of my tongue. I sincerely thank Shan Rui, Ge Pengfei, and the shuttle bus staff. Their attentive service made this trip full of warmth and surprises. I will choose Hantian Yangxin Valley again in the future and recommend it to my relatives and friends!

GGuest UserThe service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there.
The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it.
The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴.
So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake.
Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel.
Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place.

Although the compensation service is given, the experience is actually discounted; After the cleaning of the private soup, the room door forgot to close, this problem can be big or small. In addition, some room types are facing the road, the noise is relatively large at night, and it is best to avoid light sleep.
Overall, it is good, the hotel that has not been opened for a long time, I hope to keep it.
