The dust was shocking – the cleaning lady said it was because of the duvet, which apparently just sheds dust when you shake it. It's 2026, shouldn't duvet quality be better by now?! People with allergies and asthma should definitely steer clear… The mini-bar only had two bottles of water, which is just enough for two people, I guess?! And the hairdryer was an old model… It's supposed to be a high-end hotel, but the amenities are truly subpar!"

Auntie Zhou Yulan was so enthusiastic at breakfast, she saw we had a baby and helped us with coffee. When I was changing with the baby by myself in the hot spring area, a staff member proactively helped me hold the baby. The uncle at the infinity pool saw we had a baby and were taking photos, and didn't insist we wear swimming caps. The shuttle service was very responsive and quick whenever we wanted to go somewhere. Auntie Shi Xuemei even stopped for us near the peacocks so we could take photos with the baby. Overall, we were very satisfied!"

"The hotel is located in a remote area, in the countryside. The hotel order includes a 18% discount coupon for restaurant dishes. I called in advance on the day to ask if I could order dishes. The boss said yes. After arriving, I checked in first. There was no one at the front desk. The waiters in the restaurant were running around. There were not enough staff. If you want to order dishes, you have to wait. It’s uncertain how long to wait. Many dishes are not available. So I drove out hungry to find food. It’s better to say that this is a restaurant with a few rooms with accommodation upstairs than a B&B with a restaurant. There is also a private dining room next to our room. There is no actual partition between the toilet and the bed in the room, and the smell can easily return to the bed. There is a toilet next to the bed. It’s pure prison style. The breakfast is very simple, comparable to a more than 100-dollar express hotel. The hotel is not cheap for more than 300, but there is no service at all. It is not recommended at all"

The staff were attentive and thoughtful, very friendly, polite, and responsive. The breakfast offered a rich variety of dishes with fresh ingredients that catered to most tastes. Overall, it's incredibly good value for money and a true gem for a relaxing getaway in Tianmu Lake. We'd definitely come back again!"
