The hot springs were large with many different pools, and it wasn't too crowded. There were dry towels and hot drinks available everywhere. The only downside was the weather, so I'll definitely go back on a nicer day next time. The breakfast buffet was a bit busy, and it felt like the restaurant wasn't quite big enough. They might consider opening an additional dining area for breakfast during holidays."

The overall mountain and wilderness environment is simply divine, with ten thousand acres of bamboo forest surrounding a cliffside quarry lake. Every step offers a new scenic view, immersing you in nature. The park's pathways, cliffside hot springs, and expansive lawn are perfect for photos. It's quiet, secluded, full of negative oxygen ions, and truly ideal for a relaxing getaway from the city's hustle and bustle. I must give a special shout-out to our butler, Xiao Chen, for the entire stay! Before check-in, she proactively contacted us and sent us the park's tour routes and hot spring opening times. Upon arrival, she arranged a shuttle for luggage transfer, responding incredibly quickly – almost instantly to WeChat messages. She thoughtfully assisted us with all our inquiries, from the pet park to shuttle services, being meticulous and considerate. We didn't have to worry about a single thing throughout our stay; it truly felt like a home away from home. The facilities are excellent, and the in-room amenities are complete. The combination of the environment and Xiao Chen's service made for an exceptional experience. I'll definitely ask for Xiao Chen again next time I visit!"

The hotel is small and the area is quiet, so there wasn't much for the kids to do. After two days, I desperately wanted to go home. This is a great place for those who want to unwind, daydream, fall in love, or contemplate the meaning of life."

"🛏️About the room: Booked a twin room, but the hotel only has 3 floors?! We were arranged on the 2nd floor facing the parking lot. As soon as the window was opened, there were cars coming and going. It was stuffy when the curtains were drawn. The sense of privacy was directly reduced to zero😅I wanted to change rooms but was told that "all rooms are like this". I couldn't bring two kids with me and had to make do with it... 🎙️Late-night horror moment: I never expected to run into "classmates' reunion and team building for old uncles and aunts who graduated 20 or 30 years ago"! The uncles and aunts were still talking at 10:50 pm. The sound insulation was not good, and the experience was directly negative! 🍉Welcome gift was a big failure: I used points to exchange for "Welcome Fruit Yogurt", but I got a small tomato (one of which was rotten) + 2 cans of 100g Mengniu yogurt... Let's say that the points were exchanged for loneliness😓 💧The most confusing operation: The child needs warm water to make milk powder, and there are only 2 bottles of free mineral water in the room. I asked the housekeeper for 2 more bottles, but he said "refills are charged"? ? ? The layout is too small🤦♀️ 🍳 Big disappointment in breakfast: It is advertised as "rich buffet", but in fact, children over 120cm are charged 68 yuan, but looking at it: biscuits, twisted dough sticks, three kinds of white porridge... hot dishes are like lettuce and cauliflower, with few choices and low value for money!"

My child absolutely loved the hot springs, but I was surprised to find out that children's hot spring tickets weren't included in our package and we had to pay extra for anyone over 80cm tall. The facilities at the resort are quite spread out. The main building is close to the hot springs, but it's a three-minute walk to the shuttle bus for Songguo Park. If you're traveling with kids, staying at Songguo might be a better option. It probably would have been even better if the weather had cooperated. We didn't get to experience Songguo Park this time, so we'll have to go back again."
