"The room in Building 8 is not bad. Stayed for three nights. I would like to comment on the breakfast in particular. There are a wide variety of dishes and they are rotated every day. The taste is also good. I tried the black rice, which is soft, glutinous and sweet. The large intestine noodles are delicious. The cold dishes are different every day and are refreshing and tasty. The breakfast is very cost-effective. Many five-star hotels cannot reach this category. I hope the quality will continue to be maintained. Huang Fang in the restaurant is very warm and considerate, making me feel at home. I stayed for another night. Thank you Huang Fang. Zhao Zhuhua at the front desk answered all questions and provided enthusiastic service. Although Liyang is a niche city, it is clean and quiet and suitable for citywalk. Liyang Hotel is convenient for travel. The surrounding Gaojing Park is small and beautiful, and Yanshan Park is large and beautiful with flowers blooming in the garden. Yanhu Park is very suitable for walking. Jinling Liyang Hotel is the first choice when you come to Liyang again."

"I didn't want to go too far during the May Day holiday but wanted to avoid the crowds, so I decided to try this hotel. The service was friendly, the rooms were clean and unique, and it was very interesting to stay in the tree house tent for the first time. It also included 2 cups of American coffee, 100 yuan coupon for Tianmu Lake casserole fish head: Tickets to Tianmu Lake Landscape Park (unlimited entry during the stay) were also very interesting~"

"This was my second stay here, and checking in at the front desk was quick. The room was clean, and the bedding was comfortable. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, both Chinese and Western, and the dining area was comfortable and didn't feel crowded. Even though I only stayed for one day, this hotel meets the needs of both business travelers and those on a leisure vacation. It will definitely be my top choice again next time I'm in Liyang! "The hotel's location is excellent, nestled among green mountains and overlooking the shimmering Tianmu Lake, giving it a tranquil and comfortable ambiance. It truly is a great spot for relaxation and wellness. We booked a Deluxe Lake View Room, and the hotel even upgraded us for free to a Luxury Lake View Room. The hotel also offers a variety of fun amenities for children, making it perfect for families with kids. What's even more appealing to visitors is the Cloud Top Observation Deck, which offers panoramic views of Tianmu Lake's beautiful scenery, with lush mountains and clear waters as far as the eye can see – truly a feast for the eyes. It's worth mentioning that the breakfast restaurant is grand and situated right by Tianmu Lake. You can enjoy your breakfast while taking in the stunning lake and mountain views, which really enhances your appetite. The Chinese restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious dishes, with plenty of choices, and the prices are quite reasonable. However, there was one minor disappointment: we wanted to rent the electric scooter with a sidecar located at the entrance of the children's playground. After a series of complicated scanning procedures, the screen displayed that we were over 65 years old and denied us use. How wonderful it would have been to explore the beautiful scenery around the hotel on that electric scooter with a sidecar! We had no problems driving 260 kilometers from Shanghai to the hotel ourselves! We understand that the hotel's concern for the safety of older guests is valid, so we suggest that it would be more accommodating to allow older individuals with a valid driver's license to use it. Overall, this hotel is still very good. We will definitely choose this hotel again when we visit Tianmu Lake in the future."

"The hotel is new, the rooms are spacious, and it just opened recently. The service is attentive and the staff are friendly. Since I was running a marathon, they specially provided breakfast at 5:30 AM, which was excellent! The only downside is that the hot water system has some issues and is a bit unstable… Overall, it's great value for money!"

"A very satisfying stay! The hotel is right on the shore of Tianmu Lake. Manager Zeng kindly upgraded us to a lake-view room for free 🥳 The floor-to-ceiling windows overlook the lake, and sitting by the window, we could enjoy the view – very pleasant! While the hotel facilities are consistent with renovations from 10 years ago, they were clean and tidy. The room included a 100 RMB voucher for authentic Tianmu Lake fish head hot pot, which we ordered a day in advance from Manager Zeng. The soup was indeed delicious, and the fish was tender – clearly made with fresh fish. It was great value after the discount! We also ordered celery and pork ribs, which came to about 100 RMB per person. Lunch at the hotel ends at 1 PM, so it's recommended to book in advance with the manager. The hotel package includes a complimentary bicycle for one hour of riding. We actually rode for about 3 hours, starting around 10:30 AM and returning around 1:30 PM. The hotel provided Giant mountain bikes, which were excellent and comfortable to ride! At Tianmu Lake scenic area, only electric bikes are available for rent; bicycles are almost nonexistent, and family bicycles are even less common! The hotel's (actually free) bicycle rental service was fantastic! Our route was hotel-Shahe Bridge-hotel, and the return trip on Highway 1 was almost entirely downhill with beautiful scenery – a truly wonderful experience! The hotel's hot spring is outdoor; you need to bring your swimsuit if you want to use it. Guests can use the outdoor hot spring for free. We didn't bring our swimsuits, and it felt a bit chilly outside, so we skipped it. Our manager recommended an indoor hot spring in Liyang city called Jinsha Hot Spring, about a 25-minute drive from the scenic area. We took our child there; it cost 80 RMB per person, including one meal, and allowed 12 hours of use – also quite good!"

"I had a great experience staying at Yishe Homestay in Liyang this time, and I'd like to share my honest impressions. The room facilities were very practical, with an air purifier, projector, and hairdryer. Disposable towels, face towels, and toiletries were all provided, and the slippers were comfortable. There was even a welcome fruit upon check-in – very thoughtful details. The homestay offered many recreational activities. Free go-karts could take you to the lakeside and the mountaintop, with beautiful scenery along the way – clear waters and lush mountains, a very relaxing drive. There was also a chess and card room, a pool table, and fishing/crayfish catching options, suitable for both groups of friends and individual relaxation. The surrounding environment was also lovely, surrounded by mountains and a lake, with very fresh air. You could see greenery right from the window, and an evening stroll along the lake was very pleasant. The owner's service was also very attentive, making for a very worry-free stay. If you're visiting Liyang, I highly recommend this homestay."

"Our initial room wasn't great, but the staff helped us pick a room with a beautiful view, which was fantastic! 👍 The hotel breakfast had a good variety, but the Chinese restaurant's set meal wasn't worth the price. We barely touched the tofu and black rice, and the plate of four pan-fried buns had a pickled vegetable filling 😓. The only good thing was the fish head soup, which was very fresh and delicious 😋. The hot springs ♨️ are conveniently located right next to the hotel. It was so relaxing to soak there and wash away the fatigue, and it wasn't crowded at all, which was a bonus. The Bamboo Sea wasn't crowded either, and we didn't have to wait in line for the mini-train 🚄 or the cable car 🚡. The only downside was the slightly overcast weather; it would have been perfect if it had been sunny!"

"The hotel's location near the high-speed train station is incredibly convenient. The front desk staff were professional and enthusiastic, making the check-in process very quick. As an InterContinental member, my room was upgraded to a super spacious one with floor-to-ceiling windows – it was fantastic! The desk and free high-speed Wi-Fi met all my basic work needs. Breakfast was definitely a highlight! While the variety wasn't as extensive as a five-star hotel, the quality and taste were both excellent. Plus, they had Liyang's local specialty, black rice, which I absolutely loved! If I come for a business trip again, I'll definitely stay here."
