"The staff at Songguo Hotel weren't very welcoming. We were dropped off at the hotel entrance by the trampoline park shuttle, and on a weekday, the lobby was completely empty. Three front desk staff just pointed and said ”out this door,” but the individual cabins were impossible to find. I had to ask the front desk three times! When I asked them to help show me the way, they pushed back, saying they had reports to do at the front desk?? The surroundings of the swimming pool were also messy and disorderly, completely inconsistent with the positioning and level of the hotel itself, so I didn't dare to go into the water, and the children went back to the room after playing in the swimming pool for about ten minutes.
