I recently stayed at the Wyndham Grand Hot Spring Resort in Liyang, and I had high expectations given its excellent rating on Ctrip. Upon arriving at the hotel parking lot, a butler promptly met us with a shuttle to take us to check-in. The service was fantastic and very thoughtful, with every staff member greeting us with a smile. Since the hotel is relatively new, the facilities are great, and I was impressed to find Guerlain toiletries provided. While the hotel features an alpaca farm and Dinosaur Valley, which are perfect for younger children, the kids' club was a bit small and underwhelming, which was a slight letdown. My favorite part was definitely the infinity pool and hot springs located on the cliff top. They offer a fantastic ambiance during 'blue hour' and the views are stunning. It was incredibly comfortable, even on a summer evening, as it wasn't too hot. The breakfast was also excellent. I'd definitely consider a second stay here, especially if checking in on a Friday when it's less crowded for an even better experience. [Proud R]

From the moment we arrived, Song went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of our stay was perfect. Their warm and professional demeanor made us feel welcome and valued throughout our visit. Song's attention to detail was remarkable, as they anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Whether it was arranging special requests or providing insightful recommendations, Song's dedication to guest satisfaction was unparalleled. What stood out the most was their genuine hospitality and the personal touches they added to our experience. It’s rare to encounter someone who takes such pride in their role, and Song is truly a credit to their team. We wholeheartedly recommend staying here and will certainly return, thanks in large part to the exceptional service from Song Likun.

We booked a private family room, and the housekeeper, Ms. Zhou, checked us in and took us to the guest room. The room has a large bed and a small bed. The bathing pool is in the yard. If you need to soak in the hot spring, just tell Ms. Zhou and she will happily come over and help fill the hot spring water. She is a very nice person. I really like her. No. I had to go to the public hot springs to soak with others, it was very comfortable. I also went to Nanshan Bamboo Sea. The air was very good. I had a very good accommodation experience this time. I will go there often in the future!

Although my family is ”big friends”, the design and layout of the room are great. I highly recommend it with children and have already recommended it to friends! I have to praise the breakfast. It has a good environment, many varieties, and the taste is great. I highly recommend the Umi Siomai, wontons, and noodles! The service attitude of the aunts is also very good. The Pinecone Hotel is relatively new, so there aren't many guests, making it ideal for families with children. Our little one absolutely loved the HAPE mini-kitchen themed room and kept talking about the kitchen toys even after we left the next day. The complimentary travel photoshoot was also great, and the hotel's trampoline and cat petting were a lot of fun! Our butler, Ding Wenlong, was very kind and provided excellent service. We'd definitely consider staying here again~

This hotel is centrally located, very close to Shanghecheng, and has a dedicated parking lot in the back. Shared bikes are available right outside the front door, making transportation very convenient. The hotel environment is excellent, and it even has a laundry room. The breakfast selection, in particular, is rich and varied. Highly recommend staying here.

The decoration style of the hotel is very comfortable, the details are very distinctive, and the lawn in the public area is also good. Very close to Nanshan Bamboo Sea. I had a meal in the Chinese restaurant and it tasted good. There may be too many people on the Dragon Boat Festival. I also sent handmade yogurt and dumplings. The private soup in the room is also very good, so I didn't go to the public hot spring. You can order takeaways from milk tea and coffee When I left, I was too late to take a taxi. The front desk staff offered to send the station. Thank you very much 🙏 I almost couldn't catch up with the high-speed rail back to Shanghai.

I drove by Xiangyang on Saturday and stayed at a very satisfactory hotel. There is a parking lot. When I check in, the front desk will remind me that the parking lot is free. The front desk can receive a free parking ticket for 24 hours. I will also tell me where the hotel's laundry room is and how to use the washing machine dryer. We booked a 2-day, 1-night trip around the area during the Qingming Festival. We were really drawn to the loft family room and booked it through a promotion. The experience was fantastic! ദ്ദി（˵ •̀ ᴗ - ˵ ） ✧ The guesthouse is quite spacious, and apparently, the Liyang Cultural Tourism Bureau borrowed the space to hold their ”Straw Festival” event there – it was packed and very lively! There's a parking lot, which is very convenient for those driving. The room has a rocking horse, plush toys, Lego toys, and children's books. There's also a swing in the courtyard. It was incredibly sunny those two days, so we could stay in the room without going outside. The package included riding miniature horses and feeding fish, but we didn't do those activities because of the crowd and the lack of motorized facilities. The food at the guesthouse was a bit heavy on the flavors, but the breakfast, while simple, was sufficient. Overall, it was a great experience. The kids were very happy, and the manager responded promptly to any issues. We'll definitely choose this place again next time!

Service: Willa's service was excellent! I was very happy with the room. The lobby was clean, and they even upgraded my room and gave me some fruit. I'll definitely stay here again next time! Facilities: The overall color scheme is very pleasant, and the room felt fresh and dry, unlike other hotels where you sometimes get a musty smell. At first, I thought the pillows wouldn't be comfortable, but they were surprisingly good and didn't cause any neck or shoulder discomfort. Oh, and the soundproofing was excellent. The self-service breakfast had a limited selection of stir-fried dishes, but they did have basic congee, drinks, fruit, and sushi. The beef congee was delicious! Service: The staff were very friendly. My only suggestion would be for them to implement a self-service app. Overall, I'm very satisfied and will choose to stay here again.
