Fantastic room with private hot spring tub and fantastic service to go along with it with our main point of contact being 王诗雨. She was attentive and always helped us out immediately and professionally, could not have asked for more! While we did not have dinner there, the breakfast was amazing and by far the best breakfast buffet I've had. The room was massive and excellently furnished, and everything we could need was provided. No complaints at all with our stay here, and would definitely recommend this place to anyone. To top it off the view was fantastic from the balcony with good views of the New Year fireworks.

I stayed for three consecutive days. When the boss learned that I was not driving, he provided a pick-up service and upgraded the room type for free. The hotel is in the mountains, surrounded by bamboo and tea fields. It feels isolated from the world and is very suitable for vacation and relaxation. I live alone, but there is a housekeeper who also lives in the hotel and the safety facilities are complete, so there is no need to worry about safety. There is a hill in the hotel where you can fish, dig bamboo shoots, pick tea, and there are free bicycles to ride, so you won’t be bored. When I left, the boss gave me freshly dug bamboo shoots and fresh peanuts. It was a very happy journey! Special thanks to the cook, Granny, who saw that I didn’t order soup one day and wanted to make a bowl of soup for me. It feels like my grandma, very heartwarming🥰

The whole family was very satisfied with our stay at this B&B during the Spring Festival. The courtyard has a lot of space and a nice view. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the smart facilities are very convenient. Each room has a balcony. The food and beverages at the B&B are also very good. We drank local white tea, which was very fragrant, and tasted fish heads from Tianmu Lake, which were very fresh, and there were also fresh strawberries presented by the boss. In addition, there is a parking lot in the courtyard, which is very convenient, and there are free charging piles. Very considerate and enthusiastic service.

During the Spring Festival of the Year of the Dragon, Hoti found a very private and small hotel to vacation in. I didn’t want to be disturbed and just wanted to enjoy the scenery quietly. The hotel is located in beautiful Liyang, surrounded by mountains and rivers. It has a unique artistic conception, which I like. When I first arrived, the hotel staff greeted me very warmly and even upgraded me to a room type! The housekeepers Shi Feng and Xiao Ping were very considerate and provided attentive and meticulous service, making me feel at home~ Since the hotel is still in a relatively new stage, there is still room for improvement - looking forward to better development!

GGuest UserFood: Breakfast was varied, with western，asian and local. We had Dinner at the main buiding using Meituan set menu and it was a good deal, as the 2 person deal is enough to feed 4 and tasted quite delicious. Location: it is a resort so you are going to spend most of the time on the resort ground. We booked 3 day 2 night and the time was enough to explore everything. Nice scenery. Amenities: only a few activities were covered in our package so it will depend on your package. The package was confusing and we didnt know exactly all the activities that were free or cost extra. The reception on check in should have explained all of this upon check in, but maybe they are not trained, or maybe because our accomadation at pinecone is considered 4 star so they used lower quality staff. All the free stuff are a bit lame and service was poor except for the craft lady who actually showed us a wechat app for the hotel where free activity voucher can be found. They outsourced the activity area so that is really poor decision as it hurts the brand image due to service levels. For hotel staff, thumbs up to the shuttle ladies, who you call to get from one place to another. They are prompt and speedy. Service: check in staff was professional but not warm. As mentioned, the activity area is outsourced so most staff are cold and seemed rude, except for the craft lady who was actually decent. But considering this resort and the type of guest, i would consider this really bad. Cleaniness: the room is very clean, a bit worn (see pics of wall), but it feels quite clean.

Although my family is ”big friends”, the design and layout of the room are great. I highly recommend it with children and have already recommended it to friends! I have to praise the breakfast. It has a good environment, many varieties, and the taste is great. I highly recommend the Umi Siomai, wontons, and noodles! The service attitude of the aunts is also very good. When the time comes, there is no rush, it is very warm! Butler Xing~ The service is also very good and he always gives timely tips❤️

Our stay at Quchan Inner hotel was a wonderful experience, everything was top notch, staff were very friendly and helpful, room was amazing, hot springs super relaxing. The environment was beautiful, we enjoyed our stay so much, and would definitely recommend it! Special thanks to general manager Michael, he always made sure we have everything we need, and recommended visiting the gorgeous Fo Guang Shan Great Enlightenment Temple! We'd definitely come back here!
