With our own private pool and in-house hot spring tub, we were enjoying a wonderful off-season quiet stay at this beautiful resort. The location is superb. Our villa is surrounded by lush vegetation, trees and bamboo forest. The villa has a large sitting room with tea table, oversized sofas and a crystal sharp TV. The bedroom is also very large with soft duvet cover. A huge bathroom with shower and toilet separated. Amenities are luxuries and in good sizes. The best of all was the service. We were pampered by ever detailed attention from the resort staff. The breakfast was also rich in local highlight's and delicious. We heard the resort will be snow capped during the winter time. We cannot wait coming back to see the different sight.

My boyfriend and I celebrated our 10th anniversary together. We wanted to find a quiet place where we could spend the day alone. We compared many hotels on Ctrip and finally chose Hegu Village. After arriving at the B&B, I can only say that it completely met my initial expectations. It is located in a valley and has a kind of hidden beauty. Sitting under the eaves of the room and daydreaming, I felt like I could relax for the whole day and say goodbye to the hustle and bustle of the city. This feeling of returning to nature is great. The B&B service is also very considerate. The housekeeper will contact us in advance, set up a group, introduce the facilities of the B&B, and reserve meals. The one further inside is equipped with charging piles and can also park gas trucks. The uncle in the parking lot is very nice. He watched us park and took us into the hotel gate, where the waiters inside continued to guide us. ~ Checked in at the front desk and got an upgrade. The big bed room facing the water is great. It has the same layout. I prefer this bright water-facing room. It is brighter than Zhujiajiao Anlu. I don’t know the relationship between Anyue and Anlu Amansa. [Silly laugh] They are all from generation An~ You can drink freely from the minibar, and you can refill it the next day~ The toilet comes with a washlet, and the hair dryer is from Dyson, and it comes with 5 heads, wow! The location of the bathtub is good. You can watch TV while soaking in the bath. The TV can be projected [strong] After we arrived at the room, we also had floor housekeeper Anna. She responded quickly to whatever we needed, and also introduced places to eat nearby. We tried 3 nearby farms and they were all good. The breakfast day is a weekend, so it is a buffet. The homemade yogurt is good, and the noodle stall is good, but the steamed food is not hot enough. Wonton noodles, etc., you can also drink coffee and milk for yourself. If you need a set meal delivered to the room, you can do it~ Since we didn’t know what time we would wake up, we didn’t bother the housekeeper~ Before leaving, I was given drinks on the way and a complete minibar. The new hotel is really hard work~ It’s really a great value this time. I wonder if there are other friends who have stocked up on Ctrip room coupons. Go use it quickly. It’s worth a try. This time, I traveled with my dog, and the hotel provided a small gift, a bed, and a bowl for him. Pet-related facilities were also readily available throughout the hotel, which was really great. The only downside was that the dog bed was a bit small; my dog ​​couldn't sleep in it properly, haha. The hotel environment is superb. Just like its name suggests, it's situated by a lake and nestled in the woods. The treehouses are all individual villas, very quiet, and perfect for those who enjoy peaceful scenery. From the receptionist to the security guard and the restaurant staff, everyone was incredibly friendly. Thumbs up! ^_^ The hotel is very close to the entrance to Tianmu Lake, allowing for multiple entries and exits during my stay. If I ever visit Liyang again, I'll definitely book this hotel again!

Food: Breakfast was varied, with western，asian and local. We had Dinner at the main buiding using ******* set menu and it was a good deal, as the 2 person deal is enough to feed 4 and tasted quite delicious. Location: it is a resort so you are going to spend most of the time on the resort ground. We booked 3 day 2 night and the time was enough to explore everything. Nice scenery. Amenities: only a few activities were covered in our package so it will depend on your package. The package was confusing and we didnt know exactly all the activities that were free or cost extra. The reception on check in should have explained all of this upon check in, but maybe they are not trained, or maybe because our accomadation at pinecone is considered 4 star so they used lower quality staff. All the free stuff are a bit lame and service was poor except for the craft lady who actually showed us a wechat app for the hotel where free activity voucher can be found. They outsourced the activity area so that is really poor decision as it hurts the brand image due to service levels. For hotel staff, thumbs up to the shuttle ladies, who you call to get from one place to another. They are prompt and speedy. Service: check in staff was professional but not warm. As mentioned, the activity area is outsourced so most staff are cold and seemed rude, except for the craft lady who was actually decent. But considering this resort and the type of guest, i would consider this really bad. Cleaniness: the room is very clean, a bit worn (see pics of wall), but it feels quite clean.

The decoration style of the hotel is very comfortable, the details are very distinctive, and the lawn in the public area is also good. Very close to Nanshan Bamboo Sea. I had a meal in the Chinese restaurant and it tasted good. There may be too many people on the Dragon Boat Festival. I also sent handmade yogurt and dumplings. The private soup in the room is also very good, so I didn't go to the public hot spring. You can order takeaways from milk tea and coffee When I left, I was too late to take a taxi. The front desk staff offered to send the station. Thank you very much 🙏 I almost couldn't catch up with the high-speed rail back to Shanghai.

The room is large, the facilities are new, the Kohler bathroom, not only has a large balcony but also an L-shaped sofa. 2 big and 1 small make up for the breakfast and attraction tickets for the 7-year-old child. The location is very good. It is at the entrance of the Shanshuiyuan. Although there is no swimming facilities, you can go to the Tianmu Lake Hotel across the road for 60 yuan per person. The child fell and the hotel sent iodophor cotton swabs and ice buckets. Microwave heating is also available, and the dinner that was not finished the night before is served for lunch the next day.

Traveling with pets, this hotel's pet-friendly policy is very popular with me. From the room environment to the service, there is nothing to say, and it is the consistent standard of Hantian. It is worth mentioning the outdoor environment. The resort is built on a mountain, with a large green space and complete supporting facilities. The Hong Kong-style open-air restaurant tastes great. I didn't have time to check in at the Chinese restaurant because I didn't see any set meals. It is recommended that the restaurant set up more set meals so that everyone can try each restaurant. The only bad thing about the stay experience is that the room sound insulation is average, but since you are staying in a pet-friendly hotel, it is normal to hear dogs barking, and I completely understand.

Let’s talk about the advantages first: the Chinese style of the B&B is very design-friendly, and the facilities newly opened last year are also very new. The breakfast was rich and delicious, and the butler's service was attentive and considerate. The flower and tree decorations in the yard downstairs are very beautiful and artistic, and you can take pictures everywhere. Before leaving, I was given a souvenir. Disadvantages: The children's paradise and the cute pet paradise were being renovated when I checked in. It was a bit regretful that the baby came because there was a children's paradise. Also, I feel that the planning idea is very good. There are small tents and a swimming pool, but it may lack maintenance due to insufficient manpower. The pool was filled with dust, and the small tent was filled with debris. Overall, the flaws outweigh the flaws. If I have the chance to come to Liyang next time, I will still take my children to stay in this B&B.
