"Cleanliness: Fairly average, but there were a few stains on the pillow.
Location: About a 17-minute drive from the airport (free pick-up available).
Located on a main road within walking distance, it's easy to reach convenience stores, supermarkets, museums, and the beach.
Service: All the staff were very friendly.
However, when I made an additional taxi reservation, I was told it would cost $40. While I thought that was expensive, when I went to pay, I found out that the reservation itself hadn't been communicated to them and they had to rebook it for $25, which left me feeling a little unsure.
Furthermore, the time for my return airport transfer was incorrect, so I had to confirm it multiple times, which was a hassle.
Amenities: Toothbrushes, hand soap, etc. were provided (the hand soap pump was broken), and a hair dryer was also available. The shower water was lukewarm, almost cold."

"I met many people in Saipan and they were all kind, but the most fun and kind person was the owner of Saipan Shining Star Hotel! He answered my questions and requests right away, recommended Korean taxis, and told me about good restaurants!!
Also, the hotel offers pick-up/drop-off service, and most importantly, the view from the room was so good, and the ocean was right behind me, so I could go see the ocean whenever I wanted!!!
Plus, there was a market right next door, so I could buy what I needed right away, and it only took 10 minutes to get to Garapan, so there was no reason not to choose this hotel~
And the interior of the room was clean, the air conditioning worked well, and the bathroom was comfortable!
It was an environment that I just wanted to stay in Saipan, so I was sad to go back to Korea!!
This is a hotel that I would definitely recommend to my friends if they go to Saipan!!"
