"Compared to the Crown next door, this one is much inferior. The hotel was renovated in 1989 and the facilities are very old. An old-fashioned artificial lake takes up most of the backyard, so there is only a small swimming pool. There is no children's playground. Nothing to attract children. The network is very poor. There is no signal in rooms slightly far away from the elevator."

"We had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Crowne Plaza Resort! Highly recommend it for anybody going to Saipan. Here are a few highlights! Fostered culture: From the moment we walked in to check in after our red eye flight, we were greeted with smiles and a warm welcome. Throughout our stay, staff throughout the entire hotel were welcoming, helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Having had multiple touch points between staff and ourselves be such a positive and genuine experience needs to be attributed to fostered culture and environment built by the staff. Cleanliness: The entire hotel is kept very clean and tidy. The attention to detail was noticeable from the hotel room to the public spaces. Still, the hotel balanced this will a friendly environment welcoming guests to enjoy all the public spaces. I enjoyed working in the early hours in these public spaces while my family slept in. Pools were clean, beach well kept, chairs were comfortable and accessible. Value for money: It is clear that everything needs to be imported. Literally, everything! Considering all of the amenities available, staff to guest ratio, quality of goods and pristine condition of the hotel-- it was an incredible value for money. Thank you for welcoming our family! We greatly enjoyed our stay and have already recommended it to friends."

"The B&B is located in the city center, close to duty-free shops, coffee shops and restaurants. There is a supermarket run by a Chinese-speaking proprietress less than 100 meters away from the B&B, where you can buy some common items. There is a Korean restaurant about 100 meters to the right at the left crossroads outside the B&B. The food is delicious, not expensive and the portions are large. The lady boss of the B&B is very loving. There are many lucky cats and a very big golden toad that only eats cat food. It is super big, maybe you can't see it in the photos. Summary: Saipan is very nice and comfortable, because the people here are very warm, not as indifferent as Americans, at least there is no language barrier."

"Good location! The hotel is opposite I LOVE SAIPAN and there is a parking lot on the first floor. A lot of food nearby, the famous Bubba Gump Shirmp. Hard Rock, etc... "I highly recommend this B&B to those who come to Saipan for the first time! The boss is Chinese. After booking, the boss told us that we need to write an ETA, and we only know that we need to prepare an ETA 5 days in advance starting from December! Otherwise we may be deported! In the subsequent process of writing the ETA, the boss also kept telling us how to write it. Then the projects we want to play, basically he has the best price in Saipan! It is really the best price-better than the price we get from any channel. And what I want to say is that the terminal service providers are actually the same (people added from various channels, and finally found that the service providers are the same person) The price given by the boss is really awesome. Three days of fun: Blue Hole diving + Gunkanjima snorkeling fishing + car rental self-driving tour are all booked by the boss here, and it is clear that we don’t need to book in advance, giving us two people a very free choice. I thought there was only airport pick-up, but basically there are various pick-ups for any itinerary we want to leave the hotel. Anyway, I really didn’t worry about transportation problems. The room overlooks the sea, which is the beach of Kensington Hotel. The Korean who I met in the hotel stayed here for two weeks and went to the beach of Kensington Hotel to swim at 4 pm every day. The price-performance ratio is full. Cleaning is done every day, towels and toiletries are replaced very diligently, purified water for brushing teeth is prepared, and there is a refrigerator to store some daily food. Saipan is very small, and the experience is full throughout the trip. I give full marks to the hotel for this trip. "The view was the best hotel I've ever been to. I really can't forget the beautiful view. Also, I felt that the distance from the airport was close, and when I got off the early morning flight, an employee came to pick me up by car, so I checked in so comfortably. I think it was a great place to go sightseeing in Saipan. The hotel was so clean and I was so grateful for the amenities and water that they took care of. All the staff are so kind and the boss takes care of me so well that I only make a lot of good memories for my trip. 😭☺️😊 It was the best hotel I've ever been to, with only good memories. "The room is very clean. The sea view room can really see the sea at a glance. The most important thing is the location is super good. There is a fruit and vegetable supermarket opposite with a lot of fruits and not expensive. McDonald's and a Chinese supermarket are a 100-meter walk away. The second stop of bus No. 1 is opposite the hotel downstairs🚌. The sea is downstairs of the hotel and it is a holy place to watch the sunset. "I moved here from the city center, and initially, it took a little getting used to. However, after just one night, I found myself loving it. The rooms were a step above other hotels – nicer and more appealing – and the facilities were excellent. The staff were incredibly accommodating, always fulfilling my requests, and all our interactions were very pleasant. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and it's easy to get a taxi or ride-share to the city center. This location was perfect for me as I had a busy schedule packed with activities during the day."
