"Pictures 1 and 2 show the hotel's view, which is absolutely stunning. Pictures 3 and 4 feature the lucky cats at the hotel – so cute and relaxing! The hotel is located in the mountains in northern Saipan, so transportation isn't the most convenient. However, the owner offers daily round-trip transfers to and from the city center at noon and in the evening, so meals are never an issue. If you need a ride at other times, just let the owner know, and they'll usually accommodate you if their schedule permits. For activities, tour operators will pick you up directly, and booking through the owner often gets you a better deal than with other local agencies! Our room type was very spacious, and the room itself was simple and clean. There were some bugs in the first-floor lobby, but not on the second floor, making our stay quite comfortable. Overall, this place is definitely excellent value for money!"

"Hotel staff big brother Hope is really nice, though it took 2 hours for CBP to release me after I arrived at the airport, he picked me up at 4 in the morning anyway. I told him I need a quiet room, so he upgraded my rooms to the best one the hotel could offer, which is really spacious and quiet. I also bought IT&E sim cards from the hotel, and he showed me how to activate and use. Over all, the coverage is good on the island. The trip to Isleta Mañagaha was exciting, Hope contacted a local driver/guide to take me there and take me back. I'm pleased with the 2 days’ stay in the hotel."

"I used this hotel because it was open right after the typhoon. The location is near the main shopping area, but slightly off the beaten path. The water wasn't working, so I had to change rooms. I think it was a condominium, as the smell from the air conditioner was noticeable. The front desk staff were very friendly, which was a plus."

"The location is a little far from downtown Garafan, but the room is clean and the facilities are good. There are many supermarkets nearby, so you can buy what you need and you can reach downtown Garapan within 20 minutes by car. There is also a children's program, so it is an accommodation optimized for family travel."

"Not only is it not a 24-hour desk, they didn't even provide room cleaning or towels. In the picture, it looks like there's a swimming pool, but in reality, there isn't one. And in Korea, many people come on early morning flights, but there's no one at the desk after 11 p.m., so if you can't stay, it's your responsibility as the person who made the reservation. They don't give refunds either. I got a refund through Trip.com, but overall, if you're going to stay here, I recommend going somewhere else."
