A special thanks to James, the kayak attendant. My daughter injured her leg on the shallows, and I needed to borrow a kayak to get her. It was my first time using one, and James was incredibly enthusiastic and helpful in teaching me. The front desk staff were also excellent, with seamless communication in both English and Chinese!"

"Arrived in Saipan late at night, chose Oasis to spend the night. The proprietress was very easy to communicate with and helped recommend a reliable and enthusiastic airport pick-up lady. When I woke up in the morning, I found that the proprietress's courtyard was very beautiful, with cats, sea breeze, and bougainvillea of various colors. It took less than five minutes from the courtyard to the beach. The sea view was super beautiful, the white sand beach, and there were not many people. Highly recommended."

"I recently stayed at the Surf Rider Hotel in Saipan and wanted to share my experience. Overall, I was very pleased with the location, facilities, and the comfort of my stay. The Great Harvest Café was excellent, and I truly appreciated the outstanding service from Tessie (Housekeeping) and Necy (Front Desk). However, I was surprised and somewhat disappointed when I inquired about using the laundry facility and was told that if hotel linens were in the washer or dryer, I could move them myself. As a guest, I would expect hotel linens to be managed by staff, both for hygiene reasons and to maintain a professional standard. That said, I truly appreciate the professionalism of the team at Surf Rider and would gladly stay again, as well as recommend them to travelers heading to Saipan. If you haven’t been to Saipan, I encourage you to visit—it’s a wonderful place and so are its people."

The caretaker is very helpful and generally accompanies reasonable requests. 3. Regarding facilities and cleanliness, the facilities are a bit old, but the caretaker cleans them very well every day."

"Our Saipan trip was 5 nights, and we were looking for a family-friendly hotel at a reasonable price, and this hotel was perfect. The room was 45 square meters, very spacious. We had a view of the ocean from the balcony, and the room was quiet and comfortable. We slept soundly at night. Paupau Beach is nearby. Since we had a rental car, getting around was convenient. The atmosphere was homey, and the owner was very kind and helpful, giving us appropriate advice whenever we had questions about our trip. We were able to have an efficient family trip in a short period of time."

"I stayed at the Saipan Beach Hotel for 3 weeks on a recent work trip. The beach is on your doorstep and its close to shops and restaurants. It's very clean and secure, the bed was comfortable and there is excellent wifi. The staff were all very helpful and friendly, and the owners were particularly caring and have thought of lots of little things to make the stay more comfortable. They were very welcoming and really made it a home away from home. I would definitely recommend it to people on business or holiday."

"The hotel, GT Guesthouse, is located in Garapan and offers excellent value for money; even local friends say it's very cheap. My room had bunk beds with springy mattresses, good Wi-Fi, a hairdryer, a multi-socket power strip, a small coffee table, a floor-standing clothes rack, shelving, towels of various sizes, and shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom. The owner is very attentive and friendly, and there are also two cats there :)"
