Water Bay Hotel Saipan

Pros: Excellent location, friendly owner. Cons: Shower water pools and doesn't drain; towels aren't changed. The owner isn't always there (he lives in the hotel, so he's always inside, but not at the reception), but he responds quickly via Trip.com's messaging feature. He speaks only Chinese and doesn't speak English, but he was very helpful. The location is also great, close to Micro Beach. However, since it's a typical American hotel, the walls are thin, and the karaoke from the surrounding establishments echoed throughout the night. If you don't mind, you should be able to sleep. Perhaps due to the floor structure of the shower, water tends to pool, so I had to make sure to drain it down the drain every time. The hotel itself appears to have been renovated from an old massage parlor, so the entrance is narrow and a bit unsettling, but the inside was clean. Overall rating: 6/10

Arrived at midnight. I liked the airport pick-up service. Thanks to the boss. The price is very cheap. It is suitable for a few days of traveling as a transitional stay. I will definitely come again after moving to a better resort.

I booked a group dive tour! The accommodations were spacious, and for Saipan, this price isn't cheap, so I had a great time. I was really grateful for the free airport pickup and drop-off. We arrived early and left late, so we stayed for five nights. The room wasn't cleaned the entire time. We had to ask for towels to be changed, but there was no one at reception, so we had to find them ourselves. Haha. However, I think it's a great value hotel, and I'd definitely stay there again.

There was no one at the front desk, they took a long time to come even when I called, and although the room was very nice, they did some construction work on a nearby room in the middle of the night, so I couldn't sleep. It's a hotel, so I wish they would do that during the day.

I was confused because it was still under construction. It was not easy to ask questions because it was non-face-to-face. The facility was remodeled so it was clean. There is no elevator.
