Aqua Resort Club Saipan

I booked the hotel in two separate bookings. The facilities were old, and the location was rather remote. Almost all the restaurants were closed. The bars were also closed. The only one that was open had very good food. The staff were very friendly.

The experience was 100 times better than the Kensington Hotel next door. Although the facilities were older, the service was excellent. The receptionist helped with my luggage to the room. The smart toilet was great. Everything was very clean. The backyard leads directly to the pool. The Wi-Fi was fantastic. Dinner was delicious, the entertainment was great, and the environment was beautiful. I especially loved the 4-meter deep pool.

When I woke up on the first day, there were dead ants in the bathroom. I think the ants died from the pesticide spray, but it's not recommended for those who are afraid of bugs. I booked a place far from the city center hoping for a private beach, but the ocean swimming was amazing. The 4.8-meter deep pool was great for diving practice. Next time, I think I'll just stay in a hotel downtown.

The hotel service was excellent, but it's a bit far from the city center. However, they offer local transportation services. If you prefer a quiet environment, don't miss this hotel.

Although everyone says that the location of this hotel is average, I just like this quiet place. The decoration style is also very warm. The room is large. The swimming pool is not crowded. The hotel can play kayak standup paddle. The staff are very friendly.

I've been here for 17 years, and it's not as good as it was before. The breakfast doesn't match the price at all. The room facilities are not modern enough, and there is no charging station at the bedside.

The flight back to Hong Kong took off at 3am local time, and they took the initiative to give us a free delay check out until 12am that day when checking out. If I go again, I will definitely stay again

The hotel is really good, and the facilities inside are just as described. When my wife and I arrived, it was already late at night in the local area. We took the room card but could not open the door. The hotel attendant found out that the door lock battery was exhausted, so we could only enter with the key and rest for a while. At night, when we entered the toilet, we were greeted by the dead body of a little boy next to the tissue box next to the wash basin. We had no choice but to wrap it in tissue and throw it into the toilet. When we went to bed at night, we heard the noise of water leaking from the air conditioner. We had no choice but to use earplugs. The next day, my wife found double eyelid tape stuck to the toilet mirror and notified the front desk. Fortunately, the problem was cleared up in one go. In addition to the above problems, the breakfast in the hotel is good. The restaurant has a pleasant view facing the sea. The hotel staff are polite and friendly. Except for the lack of attention to detail, everything else is worthy of praise.
