Good location! The hotel is opposite I LOVE SAIPAN and there is a parking lot on the first floor. A lot of food nearby, the famous Bubba Gump Shirmp. Hard Rock, etc... There is a DFS duty-free shop diagonally opposite. In short, it is very convenient and the price is quite reasonable. It is recommended to stay.

I booked to go to the airport after resting before the last morning flight. Honestly, the price was so cheap that I didn't expect anything, but it was so neat and comfortable than expected. The boss doesn't speak English, but he is very kind. If you have a lot of tours and have a short stay at the hotel, and you are not interested in vacation, I highly recommend it here. When you go with a couple or a friend, not a family unit! I regret staying at the crown for four times the price.

Great place with fantastic view. Very helpful with kitchen privileges along with driving us and picking us up, as we didn't have a car. The location is such that you really cannot walk to anything. Beach is 40minutes walk downhill but it is almost empty at all times with very clear water (the far left end is best). The town has very few ok restaurants along with two very good coffee shops that we found. There may be other good restaurants but you would have to ask a local.

Cleanliness: Fairly average, but there were a few stains on the pillow. Location: About a 17-minute drive from the airport (free pick-up available). Located on a main road within walking distance, it's easy to reach convenience stores, supermarkets, museums, and the beach. Service: All the staff were very friendly. However, when I made an additional taxi reservation, I was told it would cost $40. While I thought that was expensive, when I went to pay, I found out that the reservation itself hadn't been communicated to them and they had to rebook it for $25, which left me feeling a little unsure. Furthermore, the time for my return airport transfer was incorrect, so I had to confirm it multiple times, which was a hassle. Amenities: Toothbrushes, hand soap, etc. were provided (the hand soap pump was broken), and a hair dryer was also available. The shower water was lukewarm, almost cold.

I stayed at the Kensington Hotel for 6 days. Because I didn't know they offered late check-out, I booked an extra night. My flight was in the early morning, and after failing to reach an agreement, they said my reservation was non-refundable. Truly loved staying here! The landlady waited to greet me until my 330am delayed flight arrival at her accommodation. Although only Chinese speaking we were able to communicate via google translate. Hotel was simple, clean, newly renovated, quiet, completely safe, main entrance door locked at all times. Room was clean, modern/updated, comfortable, safe. I had a bit of a sea view too! Tea kettle in room, aircon worked great, WiFi was strong and refill water station in the lobby. Nice seating areas by the pool, and the pool was sparkling clean. I had the entire hotel to myself when I visited my two nights. Walkable to several grocery markets and a limited number of restaurants. I would recommend hiring a car as the beach across the street is beautiful but was not for sunbathing and being a small island, a car isn’t necessary but helpful to go out and explore. There’s a perfect beach walkway along the main road steps away from the hotel. She was able to call a taxi for me to my next hotel in Saipan and her hospitality was lovely! Very cost effective hotel, I would absolutely recommend and stay here again!

I booked a total of three hotels for this trip, Crownne Plaza, Kingsington and Discovery Hotel. It seems that only Discovery is a B&B but it can be said that the service is the best. I feel the best hotel. The owner, a Chengdu family, is very hospitable and enthusiastic about picking up and dropping off. He helped us contact us for airplane experience, enthusiastically helped us contact us for shooting experience, etc. In the evening, he enthusiastically provided wiskey for us to experience in his courtyard. I really can't describe this kind of warm and considerate service. Of course, the hotel has just been renovated and the hardware facilities are absolutely comfortable. The decoration is very tasteful. The room is 80 square meters, which is absolutely large in the local area. Especially suitable for family accommodation. As advertised, this is a two-star hotel with a great location. Check-in was easy and friendly. The room was accurately described and pictured. The room was quiet, but the curtains did not block the sunlight. If the bathroom door is kept closed, the air conditioner cools the room extremely well. Next time, I would bring slippers for the wet bathroom. Parking was difficult because the roads are under construction, but that is not controlled by the owners. There's a common area with a fridge, TV, and water cooler—a pleasant surprise. I would stay here again. It was a great location and very safe.
