"It's a bit of a walk up a rocky slope from the train station, but it's close, about 10 to 12 minutes away. If the carrier is heavy, it may be a bit difficult. It's about 5 to 10 minutes away from major hot spots, and it's small and clean. The wooden floor in the room and the tile floor in the bathroom were clean and nice to the touch, so I walked around barefoot. I was very tired at the end of the trip, but I quickly felt relieved after three warm showers. The welcome drink and homemade crepes for breakfast were also fun. The friendly female staff member gave me some recipes and gave my son a thumbs up, saying he looked like a professional chef. The bright smiles and greetings of the counter and restaurant staff are also impressive. It was a double room, and there was an extra bed similar to a sofa near the entrance, so I used it as both a bed and a sofa. I'm not sensitive to sound, so I think I could hear the sound of wheels rolling on the stone floor and the sound of rain all night long. I found this place in a hurry while traveling, and it was the cheapest with breakfast included, so I was most satisfied with the accommodations I stayed for 13 days. I've never written a review before, so I'm writing this review~"

"Everything was good there accept cleanliness when i checked in the room everthibg was good but when i turned off the light there was ant on my bes and it was really difficult for me to sleep and when i woke up i see the floor it was full of ants and when i opened the door there was a vase and there were alot of ants it was a worst experience for me they have to take care of these things"

"Amazing hotel located away from the centre but near the Metro. Beautiful decor and furnishings. Rooms were luxurious, and well equipped. The staff at reception were super helpful and courteous. One of the advantages is that the hotel provide a free airport shuttle. Mine was in a Tesla X with white leather seats. Just email your flight details to the hotel prior to arrival. Although away from the centre I preferred the location as it had more local restaurants nearby. Try the Francesinha Cafe which is a 5 minute walk away The nearest Metro is Marques which is a 5 minute walk. Would definitely return."

"It was a somewhat unsatisfactory stay. At night, a strong sewer smell came up from the bathroom, which was very uncomfortable. There were also several small maintenance issues throughout the room. For example, the wardrobe hinge was detached, the toilet paper holder wasn’t properly fixed and kept hanging down, the soap holder in the shower wasn’t secure so anything placed on it would fall, and the towel rack was loose, causing the towels to slip off constantly. The hair dryer was broken, so I requested a repair in the morning, but it still wasn’t fixed by the evening. They said it would be repaired the next day, but I declined and asked for a replacement instead. However, the replacement hair dryer was the type that should be mounted on a wall bracket, and because the bracket wasn’t fixed in place, I had to lift the entire unit, including the mount, while drying my hair. This was very inconvenient."

"Generally, it is a good hotel for living but you may need to climb a little bit to get to there from the metro station. Anyway, it is close to the city centre with a fair price. Besides, we have faced the issue with our room card for several times, but the good thing is the staff is friendly and helped us for fixing the problem."

"The concept of this hotel is actually quite practical. You don't necessarily need staff in the lobby - but it's much more pleasant. Since there are several houses in the town, you should pay close attention to the correct address when arriving. When we arrived at the wrong house, a friendly video advisor directed us to the right house. Unfortunately, the room codes were not available to us in advance, which we were only able to clarify on a hotline due to a broken video advisor display. Achieving this was not easy. But as soon as someone was there, we were helped very quickly. The house was fine. The beds were very good. What was strange, however, was a spot of dirt on my bedsheet at head height. All in all - quite okay... more intensive preparation is recommended."
