"The hotel is a 15-minute taxi ride from the high-speed train station, and it's just a short drive to the nearby Intime commercial street. From my room, I had a clear view of the surrounding office buildings. The workspace in the room was excellent, with a well-designed small desk and chair. The front desk staff, Elsa and Naomi, were incredibly warm and attentive. They even offer multi-port chargers and umbrellas for loan. The Wi-Fi was stable, and I had no issues with video conferences. In the evening, I explored the 'Tianjie Xiaoxiang' area recommended by the hotel, which had a wonderful local vibe. Breakfast starts at 6:30 AM, so it's convenient for those catching early flights as they can pack it to go. This hotel perfectly balances efficiency and a sense of local life. Highly recommend for business travelers. I'll definitely be back!"

"Hands down, this is the best five-star hotel in Hefei! Especially the food quality, it's top-notch! 1. **Service**: They contacted me via WeChat a day in advance to confirm my needs. Upon arrival, everything was perfectly arranged, and my room was upgraded. I also received welcome fruits and drinks. From the moment I stepped out of the car to the lobby and then to the front desk, multiple staff members proactively offered to help with my luggage. Every staff member I encountered, from the entrance to my room, greeted me with a smile. When checking out, the doorman actively assisted with my luggage. 2. **Facilities**: The room facilities were all standard and complete, including an air purifier. The AC had low noise, and hot water was instant (within 3 seconds). I didn't find any damaged facilities or noticeable hygiene issues. The toiletries were InterContinental's standard, and they were decent. The toilet paper and tissue paper were comfortable to use. The toothbrush quality was acceptable, but the brush head was small and a bit hard on the gums; I suggest the hotel consider changing them. 3. **Dining (see pictures)**: The variety and taste of the food at the Executive Lounge's Happy Hour were the best I've ever experienced at a hotel – truly excellent value for money! The breakfast quality was also remarkably high, rarely seen even in standard five-star hotels; it was simply stunning. 4. **Location**: It's in the government district, with all amenities nearby and convenient transportation. It's also right next to Swan Lake, offering excellent views. I rarely bother to write reviews, but this time, I genuinely enjoyed my stay and had to give it a thumbs-up! I hope to visit again."

"It was pretty good. I was a bit worried because of reviews mentioning poor hygiene, but the room I stayed in was clean. The pillows were more comfortable than typical hotel pillows. The soundproofing isn't great though; I could hear a child making noise in one of the rooms from the hallway. Overall, it's decent and offers good value for the price."

Three families traveling together booked a three-bedroom apartment, and the front desk was incredibly thoughtful, giving us a free upgrade to a deluxe three-bedroom suite. The 108 sqm space was spacious and airy, with 3 bedrooms, a separate living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. It easily accommodated 6 people without feeling cramped, offering both privacy and a comfortable space for gathering. The room was spotless and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and fresh. The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils, a refrigerator, microwave, and washing machine. This was a lifesaver when traveling with kids, allowing us to heat up food and do laundry – it really felt like a home away from home. The location is absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of the Government Affairs District. Swan Lake is just across the road, perfect for walks, taking the kids out, and enjoying the scenery. Major shopping malls like Wanda, Intime, and MixC are all within walking distance, making dining, shopping, and leisurely strolls incredibly convenient. Getting around was a breeze. The service was warm and attentive. The front desk was responsive and had a great attitude. With 24-hour reception and secure access control, we felt very safe and secure. The apartment also offers amenities like an indoor pool, a children's play area, and a gym, ensuring everyone in the family found something enjoyable to do. This is definitely our top choice for family trips or friends traveling together. The space, service, and location are all excellent, and the value for money is outstanding. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Hefei!"

I would like to give you some suggestions. 1. Can we not be so serious about breakfast? Just have a smaller portion and be more refined. Looking at the breakfast for one person on the table, I feel confused. 2. Please replace the paper towel box on the sink with paper towels. Rolling paper is not suitable. 3. Wearing room slippers, when walking from the room to the bathroom area, it is easy to slip on the terrazzo floor. I personally tested the slip twice to see if I can take some measures. It will be troublesome if I slip."

There's also an indoor heated pool, sauna, and a usable gym. 5. **Great Value for Money:** During peak season, lake-view rooms are priced at 600–800 RMB per night, which is more reasonable compared to new hotels of a similar caliber."

"The room layout is great, it's exactly the style I wanted, it's really great. The spacious space allows residents to move freely without feeling cramped. The large floor-to-ceiling windows are a highlight of the room, which not only bring plenty of natural light into the room, but also provide a panoramic view of the bustling city. Lying on the bed, you can enjoy the busy traffic and flashing neon lights outside the window, as if you are in the embrace of the city. The breakfast offers a wide variety and is delicious, making for a pleasant start to the day. What's most thoughtful is the butler service; I didn't have to worry about a thing throughout my stay. "This time, I was on a self-driving trip and found a hotel that just opened this year, a renovated old property. The facilities are great, and the service is excellent. Even though it was newly renovated, there was no smell. **Environment:** The parking is free and has two levels. It feels like a resort. Getting around is easy by just calling a taxi. You can drive directly to the lobby entrance. **Service:** They upgraded us for free to a higher floor. The soundproofing was great, and we even received a complimentary fruit platter. Deliveries are brought up to the room by staff or the delivery driver. If you have any issues, just call. **Facilities:** The room has a mini-fridge and a safe. **Hygiene:** I stayed for two consecutive days, and on the second day, the hair in the bathroom wasn't cleaned, which I think is unacceptable."
