Pet Friendly Hotels in Hefei

There is no shower cabin. It is hard to take shower and impossible to use toilet after the shower. And the place is brand new! The cleanless is not great. There were hairs on the toilet ground, I had to remove them myself… Also the room cleaning is not 10/10.

The old Yangtze River Hotel before the Yi Hotel, I was very satisfied with my stay. The check-in procedure at the front desk was very fast and the service was enthusiastic. Because we came to Hefei with our one-year-old granddaughter and there were a lot of things. There was a little staff member who helped us carry our luggage. , I really feel at home! The room is clean and tidy, the breakfast is rich and tastes good!

The hotel is good, clean, nicely located near the metro and shopping street. The staff is very friendly and did its best to provide a good service even without speaking any English. The room is cozy and clean, quiet and well ventilated. As a fellow hospitality professional I’d like to suggest some little fixes that could be easily done (please look at the pictures). The bedsheets should retire already, the door lock doesn’t work, the wallpaper should be glued back, the bed head has a nail sticking out, the AC works well, but near the bed drops water from the round patch above. Do not take these as a negative feedback, I’d just want to help you to do the best what you doing.

1. Location: The hotel is located near Baishuiba Station of Metro Line 5, with convenient transportation and close to shopping centers. It includes chain stores such as Hema Fresh, KFC, McDonald's, Tustin, Zhanji Taoyuan, Liu Yishou Hot Pot and other restaurants. 2. Services: Overall, the service level is fully in line with the four-star standard. The reception is professional and welcoming, the check-in and check-out process is smooth, the business is skilled, and the room needs are responsive. For example, due to the inconvenience of transportation near the New Year's Eve pedestrian street, and the rain and low temperature on the day, Yoshinoya beef rice was completely cold when it was delivered to the hotel. After I asked for help from the front desk using the bedside landline, the restaurant staff on the second floor helped me heat a total of five boxes in turn in the microwave. Looking at a leaf, I think the level of hotel service is often reflected in this daily triviality. 3. Facilities: The room is spacious and bright, with bright windows. The bedding is comfortable and equipped with a Jin Keer mattress, which has a moderate rebound effect. The air conditioning effect is more powerful, can meet the heating needs. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, with toiletries with aromatic smell. In addition: During the New Year's Day, I told my friends about my feelings and determined the love affair, which was partly due to the comfortable living experience of the hotel 😇

The quilt is a little small for two people to sleep in. The faucet in the toilet is fixed and installed too high, which is not friendly to girls. The most important thing is that they do not provide drinking water. You have to buy it from the convenience store downstairs and bring it up every day. The landlord's service attitude was very good and enthusiastic. He picked us up at the door and took us to the parking lot (because the parking lot was like a maze)

Our two-night stay in the courtyard room was quite relaxing and enjoyable. The environment was lovely, the restaurant served delicious food, and there's a spot for fishing. Although the courtyard was small, it was very cozy to sit in and perfect for taking photos. The butler service was excellent; they were always responsive and answered all our questions. During the holiday season, it was evident that the staff were working very hard. My family had a good rest, and the children had a great time, so overall, I gave it a positive rating. However! Compared to other guesthouses of similar or even lower price points, when fully booked, their capacity to handle guests clearly fell short. For example, our room was still being cleaned close to the 3 PM check-in time. During check-in, the staff were so busy they couldn't even offer water. There was also a lack of staff guidance from parking to check-in and luggage assistance. At 9 PM, the hot water ran out halfway through my shower, forcing a cold one, and there was no prior warning that this could be an issue (I reported it to the butler, but received no follow-up beyond an apology). At dinner, many guests at the restaurant were kept waiting for their dishes. The layout of the courtyard room wasn't very practical; one side of the electric screen curtain was broken, and there were quite a few mosquitoes. Although I asked the butler for insect repellent, it really should have been provided proactively. It was also a bit disappointing that the complimentary 'goodnight sweet soup' had to be picked up from the restaurant. Information about activities at the activity center was only available upon direct inquiry. The painted fan activity advertised was no longer available, yet it was still listed on the blackboard and promoted online. In reality, there weren't many activities to do. If service quality cannot be guaranteed, why not open fewer rooms and focus more on service quality? I hope the hotel management considers improvements for the future. Overall, I found it acceptable, but it didn't quite live up to the hype, especially considering the value for money during the holiday season.

The room was clean and odor-free, with complete amenities. The surrounding area was quiet, away from commercial streets. There were plenty of takeout options available, making it suitable for business travelers. The owner was also very welcoming.

The reception was very good, there is free parking which is quite convenient, and the bus station is opposite, which is very convenient. I recommend it to everyone.

A lovely opportunity to experience Chinese hospitality. I stayed with my cat and we felt very welcome. The owner is very attentive and looks well after his guests. It is good to know that the reception is in the 3rd floor. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. A quiet area and house, just perfect if you need a good rest or travel with an anxious pet.

1. The hotel didn't match the pictures at all; the difference was huge. Just look at the photos. The hygiene was also poor. The wall was actually glass, covered with paper, so light streamed in during the day. 2. The most frustrating thing was that no matter how late you checked in, they made you swipe your card, claiming it was for the security deposit. You decide for yourselves whether that's acceptable.
