At 9 PM, the hot water ran out halfway through my shower, forcing a cold one, and there was no prior warning that this could be an issue (I reported it to the butler, but received no follow-up beyond an apology). At dinner, many guests at the restaurant were kept waiting for their dishes. The layout of the courtyard room wasn't very practical; one side of the electric screen curtain was broken, and there were quite a few mosquitoes. Although I asked the butler for insect repellent, it really should have been provided proactively. It was also a bit disappointing that the complimentary 'goodnight sweet soup' had to be picked up from the restaurant. Information about activities at the activity center was only available upon direct inquiry. The painted fan activity advertised was no longer available, yet it was still listed on the blackboard and promoted online. In reality, there weren't many activities to do. If service quality cannot be guaranteed, why not open fewer rooms and focus more on service quality? I hope the hotel management considers improvements for the future. Overall, I found it acceptable, but it didn't quite live up to the hype, especially considering the value for money during the holiday season.
