Guest UserMy parents, my partner, and I came from Hefei city to Lujiang for a weekend staycation. Our top priority was finding a place that met everyone's needs.
[Facility and Service Needs]
- Accommodation 🏠
My husband and I work hard, so for our vacation, we just wanted a place with good air, excellent service, and convenient facilities where we could relax. We chose the Guanshanfang, which has floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking green hills and a pond. When we opened the windows, the sounds of birds and insects, along with a gentle breeze, filled the room – it was incredibly soothing.
- Dining 🍽️
The hotel has an in-house restaurant that serves three meals a day. Breakfast is complimentary, while other meals are self-paid, costing around 100+ RMB per person. The menu offers a good variety, and considering we didn't have to leave the hotel, the food quality and price were acceptable.
- Service
The staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Anything we needed could be delivered to our room, and they patiently answered our questions and offered guidance regarding travel advice and everyday queries. On busy weekends, things occasionally felt a bit rushed, likely because the hotel is relatively new and still finding its rhythm.
- Getting Around
For those who enjoy hiking and sightseeing, there's a mountain about 500m from the hotel suitable for trekking, with a temple at the summit. Additionally, about 10 kilometers away, you can access the Lunan Chuanzang Scenic Route for a scenic drive up to Zhaiji Mountain for some breathtaking views. My parents thoroughly enjoyed it. If you plan on exploring, driving is recommended.
- Other Amenities
The hotel features a swimming pool, gym, and laundry room. They also offer sound healing and handmade sachet workshops. Even if you don't venture out, there's enough to keep you occupied and entertained for at least a day within the hotel. I hope they'll add sports facilities like a badminton court in the future, which would surely attract even more guests.
Overall, we were very happy we chose Daiaoshanju for this trip; it's definitely worth a visit.

Anonymous User✨We decided to go on the 3rd at the last minute, booked a room online, and set off on the 4th. We arrived at our destination, the Guangyuan International Conference Center at Zifeng Mountain, in about 50 minutes. The surrounding scenery was quite nice. We climbed Zifeng Mountain, ate some local Feixi farm-style food, and the roasted free-range chicken was especially delicious, haha! The hotel service was pretty good; thank you to the handsome receptionist, Mr. Wang, for helping us take our order!
✨In the afternoon, we played ball. The children's playground, though small, had everything we needed, and our two kids had a great time.
✨In short, it's a great place to take the kids out for a weekend getaway!

BaihunshabaobaoArriving late at night in Hefei, the city lights were already dim. As I walked into the lobby of Howard Johnson Hotel High-tech Zone with my luggage, the front desk attendant looked up and smiled. Though there was a hint of fatigue from working late in her eyes, her voice remained clear and gentle, saying, 'Hello, thank you for checking in so late.' It was very heartwarming. Check-in was quick and efficient, and the staff thoughtfully informed me about breakfast times and the gym location. When the smart curtains in the room slowly opened, the panoramic night view was absolutely captivating. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom amenities were high quality. A hot bath before bed washed away all the travel fatigue. When I checked out, they even helped me load my luggage into the ride-hailing car. As the car started, I suddenly understood the true meaning of 'Howard Johnson' – it’s not about ostentatious luxury, but about making every guest feel temporarily cherished, like a child. The hotel's location is convenient for getting around, close to commercial areas. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again for my next business trip to Hefei. If I ever pass through Hefei again, I'll surely stop for this touch of human warmth!

This hotel has a good location near Chaohu Lake, providing beautiful views while still close to the city. The breakfast selection is decent, though the breakfast area got crowded during peak times. The staff is friendly and always willing to assist. However, the rooms can be a bit noisy, and some of the outdoor facilities are in need of maintenance, which slightly detracts from the overall experience. Ideal for a short stay, but a few improvements would enhance comfort.
Taller travelers will feel the beds are too short.

It is simply a paradise. It is worth checking in many times. The children stayed for two days and were not willing to go.
Guests staying can experience the playground for free: swings, ziplines, tents, boating, fishing, feeding small animals, study, yoga, etc.; charges: archery, picking, horse riding, various handmade, etc.; Dining is a variety of self-grown green food, healthy and delicious. Beautiful experience, in short, will come again in the future!

Guest UserI am not the person who travel and review a lot, but this is one of the places I called Gem in Chaohu.
The rooms is clean and well considered. My daughter enjoyed the views of mountains and balcony. And for kids, this place has a lot of amenities for them: swimming pool, game room, etc.
So I would recommend this place in the area if you have no idea what to do with your kids!
BTW: it has hot spring too, but we don’t have chance to try, will leave it for next trip

Guest UserDuring the holiday, I invited several elderly people from my family to play. From the moment I checked in, I was treated with attentive and thoughtful service. Outdoor activities were not allowed on rainy days, but the chess and card table in the suite allowed everyone to find different fun. After the rain stopped, the green trees and flowers became more colorful. The housekeeper service handled each call in a timely manner, which was different from the troubles of other services that took half a day to reply and waited for a long time to handle. What is more worthy of praise is that the elderly found that they had lost their mobile phone after half a day. After contacting the housekeeper, he carefully found it and sent it back. Worth recommending...
