Unbeatable Location The absolute highlight of this hotel is its location. Situated on Beach Road (Soi 9), it sits right in the heart of the action. Central Festival Mall is just a 2-minute walk away, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. Despite being so close to the vibrant nightlife and bustling streets, the hotel remains surprisingly peaceful once you step inside. Rooms & Amenities The rooms are spacious, clean, and modern with a touch of local Thai decor. I stayed in a Superior Room which featured: • A very comfortable king-sized bed. • Reliable, high-speed Wi-Fi (essential for my remote work). • A private balcony with a partial view of the ocean. The swimming pool is another standout feature. It’s large, well-maintained, and surrounded by lush greenery, providing a perfect tropical escape from the afternoon heat. Service & Hospitality The staff deserves a special mention. From check-in to check-out, the service was seamless. The front desk team was professional and helped me arrange local transport with ease. The housekeeping was diligent, ensuring the room was spotless every single day. Whether you are a solo traveler looking to explore the city or a couple seeking a central base, I highly recommend this hotel. "Stepping into the hotel lobby, I was immediately struck by its grand and comfortable ambiance – truly elegant and tasteful. Then, a visit to the room revealed an unbeatable sea view that captivated me completely. With such great transport links, this stunning view, and this price, it's truly a steal! I also checked out their restaurant, which boasts an impressive 40-foot ceiling, creating a comfortable and spacious atmosphere. They even have a dedicated counter for Chinese guests, offering congee, stir-fried noodles, noodle soups, and, most appealing to Cantonese palates, roasted meats. You can grab a bowl of char siu rice, wonton noodles, roasted pork rice, or even roasted goose with rice – plus, all the dim sum a Cantonese person could desire, enough to eat your fill. Heading up to the rooftop to see their infinity pool, you can take in the entire beautiful panorama of Pattaya Beach. As I said before, for this price, staying in such a high-end hotel is absolutely incredible value for money."

"Picture one is the hotel pool, picture two is the hotel gym, and picture three is a surprise birthday treat the hotel prepared for my partner during our stay. Picture four shows the breakfast spread. The bathroom had a bathtub and excellent water pressure. Try to avoid rooms facing the street as they can be quite noisy. There are many massage parlors and restaurants near the hotel, and a 7-Eleven right across the street. Breakfast had a wide variety, though Chinese guests might find the Western-style dishes less familiar. The savory preserved meat congee was decent. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful; they even helped us switch rooms. This place offers great value for money. I really didn't want to leave, it was tear-inducing!"

The main asset is its beachfront location and a fantastic pool. Swimming in it is a pure delight; the water is clean, and there are plenty of sun loungers. The location is absolutely ideal: direct access to the sea just across the road, and surrounded by numerous supermarkets (Family Mart, 7-Eleven) and excellent street food stalls with delicious and affordable meals. If you enjoy active walks and good food, the location definitely won't disappoint you. **Cons:** However, there's a nuance that slightly spoils the impression. Jomtien Palm Beach reminds me of a used premium business-class car from 10-15 years ago. Once upon a time, it was top-notch; you can feel the expensive concept, good layout, and ambition. But now, the car is quite 'worn out': buttons are faded, the dashboard is scratched, and plastic creaks somewhere. The same story applies here. The hotel is crying out for a major renovation. This is especially true for the bathrooms – they look tired and clearly need an update. Generally, it's clean, but it's evident that signs of wear and tear are very noticeable, and age is taking its toll. **Bottom Line:** For a vacation where the main focus is the beach, sea, and food, the hotel is an excellent fit. For its price, considering the location and pool, I give it a solid four stars. But if you're particular about interiors and a fresh room renovation, it's worth looking for newer options. I would only return here for the pool and sea view, not for the rooms."

"This hotel is really beautiful. Although the price is a bit high for a non-five-star hotel, the decor and design are stunning and unique compared to other hotels in Central/North Pattaya. The breakfast is delicious with a huge variety of options, totally worth the price. The hotel also gives out welcome drinks, and the glass was bigger than at any other hotel I've stayed at – absolutely fantastic!"

Special thanks to Cindy from the staff — she was very friendly and helpful during our stay. The hotel location is quiet but still close to Walking Street and other attractions, which made traveling easy. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable experience.
