"I booked this hotel for a one-night layover because I had an early morning flight to Kuantan the next day. The hotel was quite comfortable; the room size was comparable to chain hotels back home. There's a pretty large swimming pool, and we enjoyed a nice swim there in the evening. We left early in the morning as it's very close to the airport. The shuttle bus takes about 10 minutes and runs every two hours. We took the 5:20 PM shuttle, which departs from a white bus parked near (but not exactly at) Gate 3 on the ground floor of Terminal 1. You can look for it around that time. When checking in, just arrange your shuttle time for the next day with the hotel staff."

"I was a bit apprehensive when booking, but the hotel turned out to be decent upon arrival. Kuala Lumpur hotels are generally like that – not terrible, but not amazing either. This one is indeed quite close to the airport, and they do offer airport transfers, though we didn't use them. There aren't many dining options; it's mostly Muslim restaurants and Malay eateries. After quite a search, we finally found a laksa place in a mall."

"The location is quite suitable for a quick weekend gateway as it’s around 1 and a half hours from city centre, and pretty close to airport. Check in was fast, staffs were friendly, but the distance between lobby and room was quite far (walkable distance) thus need to wait for buggy cart to send us to the room. Room we’re staying was spacious but slightly rundown, and the view are decent enough, unfortunately it’s facing beachside instead of facing towards sea so not much of a view. Not much choices of food near the resort, there’s some local eateries nearby, and resort restaurants were substandard. Breakfast buffet was fine. Probably can get more local food if you’re willing to drive 15 minutes into the town."
