"We enjoyed every moment of our stay at Noa Resort Aranya. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. The staff were consistently kind and helpful, with special thanks to Tian Meng Ting, who assisted us with check-in and kindly helped us set up the Aranya app, making everything smooth and effortless. The hotel and rooms are beautifully designed with great attention to aesthetics. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. We were also pleasantly surprised by the evening delivery of a fresh fruit platter, which was a lovely touch. Overall, this is the best hotel we have stayed at in China during our two years living here. We highly recommend this superb resort for its outstanding hospitality and truly five-star service."

"The room was generally clean. The bathroom had a 'caution hot water' sign, but the white font wasn't very noticeable; I'd suggest changing the font color. From the room to the kitchen and then to the balcony, the entire place felt just like home. What I loved most was the incredibly comfortable bed and the delicious breakfast. The front desk staff was very welcoming, and the kitchen auntie and other staff members were also incredibly friendly. Since I was the last one to have breakfast, I felt quite pampered. "The room is right inside the scenic area, which is incredibly convenient. The high ceilings make it feel very spacious. Downstairs, there's a commercial street with everything you need for dining, entertainment, and shopping, making getting around super easy. There are shuttle buses within the park that you can flag down anywhere. After check-in, a butler adds you on WeChat to help with any questions you might have. The breakfast is also excellent, covering pretty much every category. The park itself is perfect for a leisurely stroll. You can plan your time according to the performance schedule to catch shows and see animals like giraffes and zebras. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay! 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾"

"Overall, how was it? The hotel's environment and surrounding amenities are great; you could easily spend two days here without leaving. The overall service is hard to rate because with so many people, some services were excellent, while others weren't. But what I absolutely couldn't stand was the windowless room... It was unbelievable. My rhinitis flared up; there was a strange smell when I walked in. Turning on the air conditioning helped a bit... But every time I went out and got some fresh air... then came back into the room... it was pure torture. Good thing I only stayed one night... I suggest the hotel removes this room type. The experience was truly awful. Everything else was good, and I'd go back again, but I definitely wouldn't book that room type again; it was just too much....."

"Overall, it was unexpectedly good. Before booking, I read some reviews and was a bit hesitant, as some mentioned outdated facilities or a new renovation smell. However, after reading all the hotel reviews in Aranya, almost all had some negative comments. So, considering the value for money and location, I chose the Anlan Hotel. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised. The doorman was very enthusiastic, proactively parked my car, and helped with my luggage, putting it on a luggage cart to be sent to my room later. The room itself was clean; aside from the bedding, which I think could be improved, everything else was satisfactory. The hotel thoughtfully provided weather forecast cards for the duration of our stay, and guests could choose their own pillows. After a tiring day of exploring, they even sent a foot bath tub with herbal packs. Honestly, for a hotel within this community, I think this level of service is excellent. Breakfast was also good, with a wide variety of options. The local specialty, steamed shrimp dumplings, was particularly amazing and definitely worth trying. The only downside was that it got quite crowded during meal times. It would be perfect if guests could be informed to book a time slot in advance, so they only have to queue for a few minutes when they come down. The shuttle bus was also very convenient for getting around the community. All in all, I highly recommend it!"

But my family found it too remote and inconvenient, and they'd head to the main park as soon as it was bright out 😂. If you love peace and solitude, go for it. "Pros: I booked a 3-day, 2-night package that included either a hot spring experience or a golf experience (60 balls). The individual charges for these weren't expensive. If the weather is bad, you can still enjoy the indoor hot springs. The large lawn is perfect for relaxing, and the sand is fine, which my child loved at the beach. Suggestions for improvement: My 7-year-old child, just over 1.2 meters tall, was charged an additional 59 RMB at the restaurant. I suggest this policy be improved. Even if the meal fee were just included in the package price upfront, it would be better. I've stayed at many family-friendly hotels where meals for children are either complimentary or not charged extra. An additional charge feels unpleasant. The food quality was also mediocre. It seems the shuttle bus service within the park is no longer running, even though there are signs indicating departure times. I recommend calling ahead to confirm before waiting."
