GGuest UserThis is a hotel that I will definitely come back to. I am very glad that I chose Yunsong among many Aranya hotels. It was worth the trip.
There are many hotels with good hardware strength, but the service of this hotel is really comfortable and reassuring, which is really rare.
In terms of basic services, during our stay, all our meals and travel were arranged by the hotel, with good recommendations and timely responses.
Let me talk about a few small things that made us feel very warm during our stay.
The first thing was that it happened to be my husband and I’s wedding anniversary during our stay. The hotel did not bring out pre-made products, but made fresh cakes for us. I have eaten welcome or anniversary cakes in many hotels, but the high level and good quality of the desserts at Yunsong Hotel are what I am willing to pay for. It is definitely not inferior to any high-end dessert shop in Beijing, leaving us with very good memories.
The second thing was that there was a slight bulge on the door leaf of the hotel’s shuttle bus. My husband accidentally bumped his leg when he got on the bus, and he said something casually after getting on the bus. Less than ten minutes after we returned to the hotel, the waiter knocked on the door and brought Yunnan Baiyao, saying that the waiter went to the pharmacy to buy it after seeing my husband hit. Fortunately, the medicine was applied in time, and the swelling subsided the next day.
The third thing was that it was a little rainy on the second day of check-in. After dinner, we thought it was just right to avoid the rain, so we went to Liangzi for a massage. After the massage, we found that the hotel sent a message to remind us that it was raining heavily outside, but seeing that we had not returned to the hotel yet, they were worried that it would be inconvenient for us to return to the hotel without an umbrella, and asked us if we needed to send a car to pick us up. It was already more than eleven o'clock in the evening, but the hotel still sent a car immediately. A few minutes later, the car arrived and we went out and found that it was raining heavily. The hotel staff brought two oversized umbrellas and protected us all the way to the car, so that we returned to the hotel safely without getting a drop of rain in such a heavy rain.
Although it was not a big deal, I could feel that the hotel was paying attention to the safety and comfort of every guest.
I would like to thank Li Bin and every member of the hotel for their care for us. I look forward to meeting you again at Yunsong next time.

Environment: It's located in the center of the park. Although some areas were under construction during my stay, I didn't experience any inconvenience.
Service: You just need to register your license plate in advance, and everything will be smooth. Complimentary snacks and drinks were provided. The location is also fantastic, making it convenient to get anywhere. There's a shuttle stop for the park's transportation nearby.

GGuest UserThis hotel is perfectly situated in Aranya Phase 6, right by the sea. It's a tranquil spot amidst the bustle. The rooms facing east offer stunning sea views, while the west-facing rooms are Loft style. I was initially worried about noise, but after staying for two nights, it was fine. I booked a room with breakfast, and there's a good selection of both Western and Chinese options, which was convenient as it saved us a trip to the canteen. The hotel provides free shuttle service for transfers, and the room came with complimentary fruit and various beverages – a very thoughtful touch. If you don't manage to get a sea view room, you can still catch the sunrise from the public terrace on the second floor. A special shout-out to our butler, she was incredibly attentive and provided excellent service – a definite plus! I've stayed in B&Bs in the park twice before, but this hotel experience was great, particularly due to the meticulous service.

The lobby manager's service is very sincere and enthusiastic, and he is considerate and responsible to the children. It feels like a five-star hotel. The waiters are also very enthusiastic and caring to the children. Because I brought my children with me on this trip and I had a lot of luggage, the waiter brother always smiled and rode an electric bike to help pick up and drop off the luggage. The room is facing the sea, and you can watch the sunrise in the room. The hotel is just outside the beautiful seaside. The children went to the sea and caught some sea urchins, conchs, starfish, and hermit crabs. They had a lot of fun. I will come again next time.

YYumendelierenWhen checking in, all the staff at the front desk (at least four) were not very kind, not enthusiastic at all, mechanical, and it was obvious that there was a lack of training and disorderly. During the processing process, I asked me to pay a 200 deposit. I said that the food bar in the room was charged. I was afraid that the guests would not pay for it. I decisively refused and clearly told me that I would not eat. The staff at the front desk immediately changed their faces from mechanical processing to ignoring... I just made do with it for one night. What to say, I found out that the room next door was a wedding room. It would be very noisy early the next morning. In order to rest well, I asked for a room change. A staff member who changed the room for me made me feel like a spring breeze. It should be a deputy manager at the front desk (this kind of hotel position can't be so detailed, I have the impression that the badge shows this position), and I didn't have time to ask the name. Not only did I actively solve the problem, but also gave me two breakfasts, and the attitude was very good. To be honest, if it weren't for this staff, I wouldn't have five-star praise. I hope the hotel can praise this staff well.

ZZhuxiaoxionghuoAfter a year, I came to Yudao again. The baby can play independently. I decided to live in Yudao Resort so that I can play happily.
Facilities:
The hardware is OK, but it needs some maintenance. The network only has a unified wireless network for the entire park. Maybe it's more than one person? The network quality is not very good. I contacted the customer service and they will actively deal with it, but the result is average. Forget it. Fortunately, there is another TV in the suite to watch Journey to the West, which solves the entertainment of the baby's room.
As a suite, some hardware still needs to be optimized. The mattress may be a point that is more entangled this time, but fortunately it is big enough.
Hygiene:
The sanitation trea**ent is not bad. At least there is no offensive problem on the surface. The cleaning lady also changed it in time. The child vomited milk twice and came to change it in time. One time was in the middle of the night. Thank you very much.
Environment:
The environment of the resort is nothing to say. It is full of green and blue. There are beaches and green land everywhere. Children have fun playing in various children's facilities. The indoor hot spring is also good. The tolerance of children's play is very high. The water temperature is moderate and very clean.
Service:
Service is the best experience of this time. From the beginning of entering the park, whether it is the staff of the resort or the staff of various positions in the hotel, they are very enthusiastic, always smiling, and will take the initiative to provide convenience for the children, which is great.
Suggestions:
1. The suite provides independent network laying, the cost will not be very high, but the experience is completely different. The existence of the suite must be different from that of parent-child or other room types. It is not just the existence of the suite because of the large space.
2. The decoration and furniture should be maintained or replaced. Although it looks okay, there are still some problems in use. I have privately informed the front desk when checking out. I hope you will adopt it.
In general, it is still a very cost-effective holiday choice with a good experience. In just 4 days and 3 nights, adults and children are always satisfied, especially the service is very satisfactory. I look forward to visiting again and will definitely come again.

CCandiceyuequqiIt was a good decision to stay at Senzeyuan. I read a lot of guides and they all said that hot spring hotels are too crowded, too humid, and too noisy. In fact, it is true. My child's eyes were inflamed, so I ordered eye drops to be delivered. The shuttle bus brought them to the front desk of the hotel. The service was very considerate, and they also gave me souvenirs before I left. To be honest, the beach experience was crowded and dirty. The water quality was not very good, and there were jellyfish everywhere. I was stung several times. But overall, it was a very happy family trip.
