Special praise to my housekeeper Zhou Shuang, timely communication, timely problem solving, reasonable needs can be met. Let's talk about the room first, you can see the deer and alpaca directly from the room, and you can also go directly to the beach from the back door. There are many places to play in the entire fishing island, because it is very large, and the trip depends on the hotel's free shuttle bus, but it is on call. Besides breakfast, 68 people can be said to be worth the price. Other places to eat can be said to be the normal price of the scenic spot, not black. If you don't want to go out, you can also order a takeaway to the door of the room. Overall it is recommended

FFanzhancuifoThe living room has a TV and sofa, the kitchen has a stove, range hood, refrigerator, pots and pans, and the bathroom has a washing machine and all the necessary items. There are even toys for the children. The balcony has a convenient area for smoking. The room was super clean, and the sheets and blankets were spotless. The room was also exquisitely decorated. The room manager was excellent and incredibly attentive. I would definitely choose this guesthouse again when I come to Anaya because of the wonderful experience. The street view is also beautiful, and the Fifth Canteen is right downstairs, which is super convenient. It's also very close to the beach; you can walk to most of the famous attractions within a 5-10 minute walk. The host even thoughtfully provided fruit. Highly recommend this place! 👍

GGuest UserDuring the Comedy Festival, rooms were scarce, but I managed to snag a loft room. The layout was well-designed, the mattress super soft, and there was a large tea table, plus complimentary espresso. Even better was the hotel's service – every guest gets a dedicated butler, which was incredibly thoughtful! I highly recommend Ins; I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time. Hopefully, I can book an east-facing room to enjoy the unbeatable sea view!

YYumendelierenWhen checking in, all the staff at the front desk (at least four) were not very kind, not enthusiastic at all, mechanical, and it was obvious that there was a lack of training and disorderly. During the processing process, I asked me to pay a 200 deposit. I said that the food bar in the room was charged. I was afraid that the guests would not pay for it. I decisively refused and clearly told me that I would not eat. The staff at the front desk immediately changed their faces from mechanical processing to ignoring... I just made do with it for one night. What to say, I found out that the room next door was a wedding room. It would be very noisy early the next morning. In order to rest well, I asked for a room change. A staff member who changed the room for me made me feel like a spring breeze. It should be a deputy manager at the front desk (this kind of hotel position can't be so detailed, I have the impression that the badge shows this position), and I didn't have time to ask the name. Not only did I actively solve the problem, but also gave me two breakfasts, and the attitude was very good. To be honest, if it weren't for this staff, I wouldn't have five-star praise. I hope the hotel can praise this staff well.

MMLS755What an amazing place!!! We stayed at the Senzeyuan Hotel which is nicer than the other two hotels in my opinion. Service and cleanliness was excellent and the ladies at the front desk were so helpful and kind. Feng Ting patiently gave us information and quickly responded to any requests we had during our stay. We were very close to the beach and hot spring / water park. There are so many things to do! I went with my daughters and they had a great time. The show and beach party was their favorite! We enjoyed our dinners at the western cafe by the beach. I wish there were more restaurants and things opened but I understand not many people come to the beach in October.
I also want to thank the staff at the hot spring/ water park for being so caring. My daughter had a minor emergency and they were very concerned and even walked us back to our room. We felt very taken care of and will definitely be back!

GGuest UserI usually skip breakfast when I travel, but the breakfast at this restaurant still surprised me. This is the last day of my trip. I walked west from Shanhaiguan to the Gold Coast. I stayed here and it was the best night I slept in the three or four days I was away. The bed was big and the bedding was comfortable. The key is that the curtains were thick. I didn't know it was dawn and I almost overslept. Maybe it's not the peak tourist season now, so there are not many people. The yard is big and quiet, with new Chinese style decoration, flowers and grass outside the window and a river, which suits the temperament of young people like us. Not bad, not bad

GGuest UserEven during the Dragon Boat Festival holiday, AKA still attracts many visitors, especially those with children. It's understandable, given the large lawn perfect for running around and the beach for digging in the sand. The lobby staff were incredibly enthusiastic and helpful with check-in, accommodating our requests and responding promptly, which made our stay with the kids very comfortable. The concierge at the entrance also helped with our luggage, except for one staff member who insisted my husband move the car. My husband explained that the car wasn't in the way and that our child was asleep and needed to be carried to the room. The staff member then looked at me, and I said my back hurt and I couldn't carry them. That interaction dampened the mood a bit. However, the other staff members were excellent; they understood the difficulties of traveling with children and that happy kids mean relaxed parents. We loved the oil tank mini-train, playing soccer on the big lawn, and swimming in the small pool. I do wish the small pool had supervision. There were so many kids swimming in it, but many adults were treating it like a foot-washing basin, rinsing off sandy feet and even walking in with their slippers! Children are delicate, and I hope this small pool can be supervised too. Catching the sunrise is very convenient – you just go down to the beach!

But the room facilities are average - there is no refrigerator, the windows cannot be opened or closed, and the luggage cart at the front desk is not easy to use.
