The room is also very clean, without any odor (except for a little odor on the second floor, which may be because it has just been renovated) When I left her alone in the room, she didn't bark because of separation anxiety. Downstairs is the sixth canteen~ The environment is good and the food is delicious
The weather is just right now, not too cold or hot, and the sun is not too hot. The puppy is having a lot of fun! Come again next time!

MMoguamoguAmong the three hotels I've stayed at in Aranya, Yin Hotels boasts the fastest shuttle service in the entire area, and the butler was incredibly thoughtful. We originally booked a Sky Seaview Room, but since we had a child with us, they upgraded us directly to an unbeatable Ocean View Room for more comfort – we even got to experience the 'Jackson Wang special,' haha. Given the cold, rainy weather, they'd even call us when the shuttle arrived so we wouldn't have to wait outside and risk catching a cold. The service was very meticulous.
In other hotels, the shower water would leave my skin feeling very dry, but their water must be softened because showering there was quite comfortable.
Clean bedding, convenient transportation, and absolutely stunning views – it's the undisputed best choice when visiting Aranya.

AAnonymous UserSpent 3 nights at this hotel during the holiday season and highly recommend this hotel. The hotel is located right at the beach which I believe is called Golden Beach. It is very peaceful and the rooms are well kept. The hotel workers are also very kind and helpful, they recommended some good restaurants around the neighborhood. I really had a good time at this hotel.

YYumendelierenWhen checking in, all the staff at the front desk (at least four) were not very kind, not enthusiastic at all, mechanical, and it was obvious that there was a lack of training and disorderly. During the processing process, I asked me to pay a 200 deposit. I said that the food bar in the room was charged. I was afraid that the guests would not pay for it. I decisively refused and clearly told me that I would not eat. The staff at the front desk immediately changed their faces from mechanical processing to ignoring... I just made do with it for one night. What to say, I found out that the room next door was a wedding room. It would be very noisy early the next morning. In order to rest well, I asked for a room change. A staff member who changed the room for me made me feel like a spring breeze. It should be a deputy manager at the front desk (this kind of hotel position can't be so detailed, I have the impression that the badge shows this position), and I didn't have time to ask the name. Not only did I actively solve the problem, but also gave me two breakfasts, and the attitude was very good. To be honest, if it weren't for this staff, I wouldn't have five-star praise. I hope the hotel can praise this staff well.

GGuest UserThe Fisher Island resort hotel is quite good. However, we encountered some problems that needed attention to improve their services. First, there was a receptionist at the first station. He was rude in giving instructions to the taxi driver. Second, the room was not so clean. The carpet is not tidy and the room smells cigarette. In general, Fisher Island Resort Hotel has good amenities. Good for the children who like playgrounds and activities. Swimming pools are plenty for young and old to enjoy. But they need to be careful because it's so slippery. This hotel.has a lot of activities to do. I will recommend this to the whole family.

MMLS755What an amazing place!!! We stayed at the Senzeyuan Hotel which is nicer than the other two hotels in my opinion. Service and cleanliness was excellent and the ladies at the front desk were so helpful and kind. Feng Ting patiently gave us information and quickly responded to any requests we had during our stay. We were very close to the beach and hot spring / water park. There are so many things to do! I went with my daughters and they had a great time. The show and beach party was their favorite! We enjoyed our dinners at the western cafe by the beach. I wish there were more restaurants and things opened but I understand not many people come to the beach in October.
I also want to thank the staff at the hot spring/ water park for being so caring. My daughter had a minor emergency and they were very concerned and even walked us back to our room. We felt very taken care of and will definitely be back!

GGuest UserThe room had a sea view with Shaun the Sheep decor, which my child absolutely loved. We could even watch the sea from the balcony. They provided a children's toilet, and kid-sized toiletries and slippers. The restaurant food was quite good, and there's a kids' play area. The hotel has its own lawn and a private beach. Both the lawn and the sea were very clean, and there were many water activities available. We came the weekend before May Day, and even the speedboat rides were already running.

MMinajThe environment is amazing, it's a new hotel and really great. The only downside is the lack of service, but it might be because of the May Day holiday rush. If you're looking for a quiet and clean place, this is it. Don't go to the hot spring hotel, it's like a crowded market. The food at Fisher Island has always been pretty bad, hope they can improve that.
