MMinajThe environment is amazing, it's a new hotel and really great. The only downside is the lack of service, but it might be because of the May Day holiday rush. If you're looking for a quiet and clean place, this is it. Don't go to the hot spring hotel, it's like a crowded market. The food at Fisher Island has always been pretty bad, hope they can improve that.

The room is also very clean, without any odor (except for a little odor on the second floor, which may be because it has just been renovated) When I left her alone in the room, she didn't bark because of separation anxiety. Maybe the smell here can give her a sense of security! Maybe she smelled the good feedback from her peers? ?? Kitchen
Downstairs is the sixth canteen~ The environment is good and the food is delicious
The weather is just right now, not too cold or hot, and the sun is not too hot. The puppy is having a lot of fun! Come again next time!

GGuest UserThis hotel is truly excellent – small, yet exquisite and beautiful. The location is superb, directly facing the sea. The environment is lovely, with standalone buildings. The rooms are great – spacious, bright, and come with a bathtub. The service is outstanding; there are always staff members greeting you right at the entrance. Everyone, from the entrance to the front desk, restaurant, and guest rooms, is gentle and friendly. The housekeeper was also incredibly attentive and thoughtful. It's definitely a place worth returning to often.

AAnonymous UserSpent 3 nights at this hotel during the holiday season and highly recommend this hotel. The hotel is located right at the beach which I believe is called Golden Beach. It is very peaceful and the rooms are well kept. The hotel workers are also very kind and helpful, they recommended some good restaurants around the neighborhood. I really had a good time at this hotel.

YYumendelierenWhen checking in, all the staff at the front desk (at least four) were not very kind, not enthusiastic at all, mechanical, and it was obvious that there was a lack of training and disorderly. During the processing process, I asked me to pay a 200 deposit. I said that the food bar in the room was charged. I was afraid that the guests would not pay for it. I decisively refused and clearly told me that I would not eat. The staff at the front desk immediately changed their faces from mechanical processing to ignoring... I just made do with it for one night. What to say, I found out that the room next door was a wedding room. It would be very noisy early the next morning. In order to rest well, I asked for a room change. A staff member who changed the room for me made me feel like a spring breeze. It should be a deputy manager at the front desk (this kind of hotel position can't be so detailed, I have the impression that the badge shows this position), and I didn't have time to ask the name. Not only did I actively solve the problem, but also gave me two breakfasts, and the attitude was very good. To be honest, if it weren't for this staff, I wouldn't have five-star praise. I hope the hotel can praise this staff well.

GGuest UserThe room is in the scenic area, and the beach is a five-minute walk away. The room is a suite, including tickets for four people. The facilities are complete, the room is clean and comfortable. Thanks to the housekeeper Wu Shuyu for his thoughtful guidance. He has been guiding us to travel conveniently before we checked in, and he responded to many questions promptly and quickly.
The scenic area is very big, and both children and adults have a lot of fun. It was a pleasant trip,

She made my experience smooth and even surprised me with a complimentary room upgrade. Room was so clean, luxurious and comfortable.

GGuest UserThe Fisher Island resort hotel is quite good. However, we encountered some problems that needed attention to improve their services. First, there was a receptionist at the first station. He was rude in giving instructions to the taxi driver. Second, the room was not so clean. The carpet is not tidy and the room smells cigarette. In general, Fisher Island Resort Hotel has good amenities. Good for the children who like playgrounds and activities. Swimming pools are plenty for young and old to enjoy. But they need to be careful because it's so slippery. This hotel.has a lot of activities to do. I will recommend this to the whole family.

GGuest UserThe room had a sea view with Shaun the Sheep decor, which my child absolutely loved. We could even watch the sea from the balcony. They provided a children's toilet, and kid-sized toiletries and slippers. The restaurant food was quite good, and there's a kids' play area. The hotel has its own lawn and a private beach. Both the lawn and the sea were very clean, and there were many water activities available. We came the weekend before May Day, and even the speedboat rides were already running.
