"The hotel environment is decent, and it's pet-friendly with good service. The showerhead in the bathroom seems a bit old, but the water pressure is still okay. The wet and dry separation is a plus. We got a free upgrade to a sea-view room, which was nice. There are charging stations downstairs, which is convenient, though charging is a bit pricey at 1.55/kWh. I'd recommend coming back early if you go out at night, otherwise, you might not find a parking spot and have to park on the street in front of the hotel. It's not too far from the Coastal Market, so you can take a leisurely stroll there if you don't mind the walk. Watching the sunrise in the morning is quite lovely. The area around the hotel is a bit desolate, so you'll have to eat breakfast at the hotel. The buffet breakfast is 28 per person and offers a good variety."

I was quite surprised that even during peak season with a high volume of guests, the service remained well-organized, responsive to every request, and the shuttle bus was convenient and punctual. I would definitely choose Anlan again on my next visit to Aranya."

I've been to Aranya many times, and this stay at Nuo'an Yuanjin exceeded my expectations, largely thanks to Wendy's professional and meticulous service. Before we even arrived, Wendy proactively shared important information about entering the park and luggage transportation arrangements. Knowing we had large luggage, she informed us of the shuttle pick-up and drop-off points in advance. During check-in, she patiently explained all the hotel's amenities and services, clarifying anything we didn't understand. During our stay, we unexpectedly changed our plans and wanted to inquire about luggage storage and late check-out. Wendy patiently helped us check room availability and offered sound advice. When we wanted to find a quiet walking path in the park, she used her experience to plan a route for us, avoiding crowded areas. She was also very quick to respond to our daily requests for extra bottled water, disposable amenities, etc. I could tell she was very familiar with the entire Aranya park, having all sorts of information at her fingertips, and communicated with genuine warmth and friendliness. The room was well-maintained and clean, and the hotel overall was quiet and elegant. When traveling, a reliable and helpful housekeeper can save you countless troubles. Next time I visit Aranya, Nuo'an Yuanjin will be my first choice, and I'll specifically request Wendy as my housekeeper!"

"We had a wonderful five-day, four-night stay at Arcadia. The hotel butler greeted us warmly, upgraded our room to a sea-view, and even helped with our luggage. They left daily messages asking if we needed anything, which was so thoughtful. The hotel environment is excellent, with a spacious lawn where kids can play soccer. It's also very close to the beach. In front of the hotel, there's a swimming pool, and the hot spring center has various hot tubs and pools. Every evening, there's a bonfire party on the beach. Overall, there are so many activities – it's a great place for families with children. The breakfast selection is rich, offering a wide variety of delicious food. The rooms are clean and hygienic, with comprehensive facilities and a sufficient supply of drinking water daily. In summary, we had a delightful five days at Arcadia and made beautiful memories. We'll definitely be back next summer."

I'm a light sleeper, so I specifically requested a quiet room, and they assigned us a corner room. However, there wasn't much to do within the Rushi Hai area itself."

The resort has so many water activities: various courtyard pools, a giraffe 🦒 water village, and the kids had plenty to do all day without having to go to the island. The water seemed clean, and the lifeguards were very responsible and on duty, making it reassuring for parents to watch over them. The kids played from morning till night, and couldn't be pulled away. I probably even dreamed of paddling in the water! The fireworks during the fireworks festival were also amazing. Summary: If you're a family with children, especially one with a water-loving child, Yutian Qilihai Resort is definitely worth a visit! The attentive service is worry-free, and the water park is large and fun enough for kids to let loose while adults can relax and enjoy their vacation. We're already planning a return trip!
