Came here to celebrate our wedding anniversary with my wife. It truly lives up to its reputation as Aranya's top private guesthouse and a truly flawless hotel. The butler team, both the guys and girls, went above and beyond to fulfill all our wishes and give us the ultimate experience. The three peaceful days flew by, and we really got to experience what it's like to have a home in a beachfront villa. We already miss it dearly the evening we checked out.

I stayed here for five nights during the Spring Festival and never got tired of it. The cat in the loft room is very happy and jumps up and down. When we first checked in, we could still smell something like 🐶 as soon as we entered the room and on the pet mat on the second floor (because we have a dog at home, but we didn't bring it out this time), but it didn't affect us much. Later, it either dissipated or we got used to it. The door of the room leads directly to the outdoors, so it is a bit cold when you open the door in winter. Also, it is easy to dirty the floor once you enter the room, and small animals are running around in the house, so you have to pay more attention, change your shoes quickly, and wipe them clean. The cleaning lady provides sufficient supplies every day, which is a very good feeling. It saves the trouble of calling and having them delivered if something is missing, and the place is also kept very clean. It might be too cold a few days before the Spring Festival. It was very cold at night on the first floor of tatami. The warm air from the air conditioner could not reach there, and there was no floor heating there, so people could not sleep there. After a few days the temperature came up and everything was fine. I don’t know if they can install floor heating or other heating measures there in the future. I will stay there again and hope it gets better.

During the Comedy Festival, rooms were scarce, but I managed to snag a loft room. The layout was well-designed, the mattress super soft, and there was a large tea table, plus complimentary espresso. Even better was the hotel's service – every guest gets a dedicated butler, which was incredibly thoughtful! I highly recommend Ins; I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time. Hopefully, I can book an east-facing room to enjoy the unbeatable sea view!

Environment: Absolutely fantastic, clean and comfortable. I forgot to take a picture of my room on the 3rd floor, but it had a small balcony with a direct sea view. The room was a bit small, but perfectly fine; it didn't feel cramped since I didn't bring a large suitcase! On the ground floor, there's a coffee shop and a Sichuan restaurant. There's a car rental place right across the street, and the beach is just a short walk across the road. Super convenient! It's incredibly quiet at night, which is a huge plus for light sleepers. Facilities: The hotel has its own shuttle service that can take you anywhere. The resort also has free shuttle buses that stop at various points; the resort is very large. All buses within the resort are free, but the shuttle bus costs 2 RMB per person, which is still great value for money! Service: The service was truly impeccable. All the staff were incredibly enthusiastic and patient, making you feel that the hotel was worth every penny.

Room: The room was excellent, clean and tidy. Waking up every morning and opening the curtains to see the endless ocean view was incredibly uplifting. Service: We had a butler WeChat service, and we could simply tell them our breakfast preferences in advance, and they'd prepare it. They accommodated all our requests, ❤️ (heart emoji). Transportation: Calling the shuttle bus was incredibly convenient. We just told the front desk, and it arrived in a few minutes. Compared to other big hotels in Aranya where you have to queue for a car, this was much more convenient. Complimentary: They arranged a birthday setup in advance, with a flower bucket and a bottle of wine. My mom was very happy with her birthday. The scenery was particularly beautiful. What was really unexpected and delightful was the complimentary photography service. The family photos taken by the sea turned out wonderfully; my parents were very satisfied, and we got the photos within minutes. Other: The spa was also unexpectedly comfortable; I'd definitely want to experience it again next time. The technique was professional.

The hotel environment is lovely, with an innovative design concept. From the king-size bed, opening the curtains reveals a truly healing view. The room is spacious and well laid out. It would be even better if the floors were wiped without leaving water marks, the room had a fresher scent (there was a slightly fishy smell after mopping), and the toiletries were a bit more refined. Breakfast is served next door at Luyu Restaurant, and the management there could use some improvement. When we went at 9:30 AM, there was no one to seat us, so we had to find a table ourselves, and no one was clearing tables promptly. The food selection is adequate for its price point, but the display fridge for bread and pastries had noticeable hygiene issues, both externally and internally. Overall, this hotel has clear pros and cons, but the timely butler service, excellent views, top-notch design, and clean, friendly animals make it worth trying.

Changling Yudao Resort Family Trip – A Real Experience From May 31st to June 1st, our family of three visited Changling Yudao Resort in Nandaihe. Overall, the value for money was excellent, making it perfect for short trips with kids. Here's a full breakdown of our stay and activities: **1. Super Affordable Package Price** We purchased an all-inclusive package for just over 600 RMB, which included accommodation, breakfast for three, and a full entertainment pass for the park, including the hot springs. The pricing was incredibly fair and didn't feel inflated at all, making it very family-friendly. **2. Rich Park Entertainment, Tons of Free Activities** All basic attractions within the park – like the mini-train, sightseeing buggies, boat rides, and Ferris wheel – were free. Plus, there were continuous special performances: * **Stunt Stage Show:** Impressive scale with amazing sound and light effects, providing an excellent visual experience. * **Stunt Car Show:** Thrilling and exciting, with fantastic sound, light, and electric effects creating an immersive atmosphere. * **'Chi Wen Jiu Jiu' Bubble Event:** An immersive bubble ocean that the kids absolutely loved. * **Exclusive 'Silver Tickets' from the hotel:** We used these for traditional games like ring toss, beanbag toss, and 'touhu' (pitch-pot), winning more 'silver tickets' to exchange for other activities. It was a lot of fun! * **Petting Zoo:** Perfect for kids who love small animals. * **Brand New Water Park (opened June 1st):** Featured a full range of water activities, as well as outdoor fun like big grass slides. The variety of activities was impressive. **3. Clean and Comfortable Accommodation, Exceptionally Warm Service** The guest rooms were neat and clean, and we even received complimentary fruit upon check-in – thoughtful details that made a difference. After a full day of playing, the park's sightseeing buggies were incredibly convenient; you just waved, and they stopped for you. We happened to meet the hotel's Deputy Sales Director, who actively asked for our feedback on accommodation, entertainment, and dining, and even gave us a thoughtful small gift. Although the hotel's standard checkout time was 12 PM, the kind sales staff extended it to 1 PM for us, showing great flexibility and understanding. **4. Excellent Pre-Arrival Service, Smooth Entry Process** The day before our arrival, a sales representative proactively contacted us via WeChat to confirm our itinerary and accommodation details. They also helped us arrange entry QR codes in advance, saving us from queuing at the entrance. The entire entry process was smooth and hassle-free, and the sales staff was enthusiastic and responsible. **5. Reasonable Dining Prices** The prices within the park were very reasonable, without much markup. The free buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including various hot stir-fried dishes, with both taste and selection being excellent. **6. Hot Spring Environment** The hot springs are divided into indoor and outdoor areas, with over a dozen pools of varying temperatures, so you're sure to find one that suits you. There were many service staff diligently cleaning and even helping to look for children. Near the water, staff constantly reminded children to wear swimming caps and to be careful not to jump in, ensuring safety. The environment was also excellent. Overall, Yudao Resort offers a wealth of activities, thoughtful service, and affordable prices. It's incredibly family-friendly and highly recommended for families planning a short getaway with their children.

When checking in, all the staff at the front desk (at least four) were not very kind, not enthusiastic at all, mechanical, and it was obvious that there was a lack of training and disorderly. During the processing process, I asked me to pay a 200 deposit. I said that the food bar in the room was charged. I was afraid that the guests would not pay for it. I decisively refused and clearly told me that I would not eat. The staff at the front desk immediately changed their faces from mechanical processing to ignoring... I just made do with it for one night. What to say, I found out that the room next door was a wedding room. It would be very noisy early the next morning. In order to rest well, I asked for a room change. A staff member who changed the room for me made me feel like a spring breeze. It should be a deputy manager at the front desk (this kind of hotel position can't be so detailed, I have the impression that the badge shows this position), and I didn't have time to ask the name. Not only did I actively solve the problem, but also gave me two breakfasts, and the attitude was very good. To be honest, if it weren't for this staff, I wouldn't have five-star praise. I hope the hotel can praise this staff well.

The hotel's location was excellent, right opposite the Chiwen Jiujiu Stage, with a mini-train shuttle station right outside. Showering after swimming was also very convenient. However, two days and one night was a bit rushed. We didn't even try the indoor hot springs on Yudao Island, only the outdoor ones. The park's performances were plentiful, one after another, quite packed. A whole day of activities would have been overwhelming. Consider this a first-time visit, but next year I'd stay three days and two nights. The room was a bit damp. I didn't use a blanket all night, and my pajamas felt damp when I woke up. This is probably a common problem with seaside accommodations. I also felt the air conditioning in the room wasn't very effective. The breakfast was okay. Next year when I visit Yudao Island, I'll probably stay within the park again; convenience is its biggest advantage.

Arcadia is a well-established entertainment complex with meticulously maintained pools, lawns, and beaches. We booked a pet-friendly room, and upon check-in, the resort arranged a shuttle to take us to Zone 3. The room was incredibly spacious, with great natural light, and they even provided a pet welcome kit, which thoughtfully included tick repellent spray. Right outside our door were a lawn and a pool, which our dog absolutely loved, and our child had a blast too. It's definitely a top choice for family trips! Our personal butler regularly checked in to see if we needed anything, which was a very thoughtful touch. All in all, I highly recommend Arcadia!
