"The room was generally clean. The bathroom had a 'caution hot water' sign, but the white font wasn't very noticeable; I'd suggest changing the font color. From the room to the kitchen and then to the balcony, the entire place felt just like home. What I loved most was the incredibly comfortable bed and the delicious breakfast. The front desk staff was very welcoming, and the kitchen auntie and other staff members were also incredibly friendly. Since I was the last one to have breakfast, I felt quite pampered. "There was a slight hiccup during check-in. I hope the front desk staff receive more training. We arrived around 12:30 PM and were told check-in was at 3 PM. We left our luggage and went to the park for a bit. Around 1 PM, my child was tired, so I asked the front desk if we could check in early. The staff told us to wait. After waiting for about ten minutes, I asked again if we could check in. The staff member replied, ”I'm not the cleaner, so I don't know how much longer it will take,” which was a very rude attitude. Afterwards, a manager came to assist, and we were able to check in around 2 PM. From then on, the staff's attitude was very good. They even offered a free opportunity to feed the lemurs and said they would give us small toys at check-out. We left in a hurry and didn't pick up the toys. The room was just average, but it included two days' admission tickets, which made it quite worthwhile. I'll bring my child back to visit if I get the chance."

I'd like to specially commend the service – the parking attendants, front desk staff, and other service staff were all very warm and polite.
