I stayed here for five nights during the Spring Festival and never got tired of it. The cat in the loft room is very happy and jumps up and down. When we first checked in, we could still smell something like 🐶 as soon as we entered the room and on the pet mat on the second floor (because we have a dog at home, but we didn't bring it out this time), but it didn't affect us much. Later, it either dissipated or we got used to it. The door of the room leads directly to the outdoors, so it is a bit cold when you open the door in winter. Also, it is easy to dirty the floor once you enter the room, and small animals are running around in the house, so you have to pay more attention, change your shoes quickly, and wipe them clean. The cleaning lady provides sufficient supplies every day, which is a very good feeling. It saves the trouble of calling and having them delivered if something is missing, and the place is also kept very clean. It might be too cold a few days before the Spring Festival. It was very cold at night on the first floor of tatami. The warm air from the air conditioner could not reach there, and there was no floor heating there, so people could not sleep there. After a few days the temperature came up and everything was fine. I don’t know if they can install floor heating or other heating measures there in the future. I will stay there again and hope it gets better.

During the Comedy Festival, rooms were scarce, but I managed to snag a loft room. The layout was well-designed, the mattress super soft, and there was a large tea table, plus complimentary espresso. Even better was the hotel's service – every guest gets a dedicated butler, which was incredibly thoughtful! I highly recommend Ins; I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time. Hopefully, I can book an east-facing room to enjoy the unbeatable sea view!

Environment: Absolutely fantastic, clean and comfortable. I forgot to take a picture of my room on the 3rd floor, but it had a small balcony with a direct sea view. The room was a bit small, but perfectly fine; it didn't feel cramped since I didn't bring a large suitcase! On the ground floor, there's a coffee shop and a Sichuan restaurant. There's a car rental place right across the street, and the beach is just a short walk across the road. Super convenient! It's incredibly quiet at night, which is a huge plus for light sleepers. Facilities: The hotel has its own shuttle service that can take you anywhere. The resort also has free shuttle buses that stop at various points; the resort is very large. All buses within the resort are free, but the shuttle bus costs 2 RMB per person, which is still great value for money! Service: The service was truly impeccable. All the staff were incredibly enthusiastic and patient, making you feel that the hotel was worth every penny.

When checking in, all the staff at the front desk (at least four) were not very kind, not enthusiastic at all, mechanical, and it was obvious that there was a lack of training and disorderly. During the processing process, I asked me to pay a 200 deposit. I said that the food bar in the room was charged. I was afraid that the guests would not pay for it. I decisively refused and clearly told me that I would not eat. The staff at the front desk immediately changed their faces from mechanical processing to ignoring... I just made do with it for one night. What to say, I found out that the room next door was a wedding room. It would be very noisy early the next morning. In order to rest well, I asked for a room change. A staff member who changed the room for me made me feel like a spring breeze. It should be a deputy manager at the front desk (this kind of hotel position can't be so detailed, I have the impression that the badge shows this position), and I didn't have time to ask the name. Not only did I actively solve the problem, but also gave me two breakfasts, and the attitude was very good. To be honest, if it weren't for this staff, I wouldn't have five-star praise. I hope the hotel can praise this staff well.

What an amazing place!!! We stayed at the Senzeyuan Hotel which is nicer than the other two hotels in my opinion. Service and cleanliness was excellent and the ladies at the front desk were so helpful and kind. Feng Ting patiently gave us information and quickly responded to any requests we had during our stay. We were very close to the beach and hot spring / water park. There are so many things to do! I went with my daughters and they had a great time. The show and beach party was their favorite! We enjoyed our dinners at the western cafe by the beach. I wish there were more restaurants and things opened but I understand not many people come to the beach in October. I also want to thank the staff at the hot spring/ water park for being so caring. My daughter had a minor emergency and they were very concerned and even walked us back to our room. We felt very taken care of and will definitely be back!

The hot springs were great, and the kids loved playing there. We happened to arrive just in time for the first day the new Ferris wheel was running, and YYDS strongly recommends experiencing it. There are new projects under construction in the park, and it looks amazing once it's finished.

I usually skip breakfast when I travel, but the breakfast at this restaurant still surprised me. This is the last day of my trip. I walked west from Shanhaiguan to the Gold Coast. I stayed here and it was the best night I slept in the three or four days I was away. The bed was big and the bedding was comfortable. The key is that the curtains were thick. I didn't know it was dawn and I almost overslept. Maybe it's not the peak tourist season now, so there are not many people. The yard is big and quiet, with new Chinese style decoration, flowers and grass outside the window and a river, which suits the temperament of young people like us. Not bad, not bad

The hotel environment is lovely, with an innovative design concept. From the king-size bed, opening the curtains reveals a truly healing view. The room is spacious and well laid out. It would be even better if the floors were wiped without leaving water marks, the room had a fresher scent (there was a slightly fishy smell after mopping), and the toiletries were a bit more refined. Breakfast is served next door at Luyu Restaurant, and the management there could use some improvement. When we went at 9:30 AM, there was no one to seat us, so we had to find a table ourselves, and no one was clearing tables promptly. The food selection is adequate for its price point, but the display fridge for bread and pastries had noticeable hygiene issues, both externally and internally. Overall, this hotel has clear pros and cons, but the timely butler service, excellent views, top-notch design, and clean, friendly animals make it worth trying.

Our stay was made excellent by our butler, Mengmeng. She was incredibly helpful, reminding us about nearby attractions and breakfast times. Even late at night, around 9 PM, she was still available to assist with any issues. We could also arrange visits to Arcadia Beach with her in advance, completely free of charge. The room itself was exactly as pictured, and the large pool was a huge hit with the kids who love to swim. The underground parking with charging stations was a great convenience for us driving ourselves.

Food: The breakfast selection is extensive. During peak season, there's a queue to get into the restaurant, but it's well-managed and not chaotic, with food replenished promptly. The buffet dinner offers average value for money. Accommodation: Check-in was incredibly slow; it took 20 minutes per person. Even with four counters open, each line was very long. In the room, each person gets one bath towel and one small face towel, but no hand towels or bathrobes, and no bath mat. The shower door doesn't close properly, so there's water all over the floor after showering. The 50L electric water heater means the water runs cold after one person with long hair showers, so for multiple people, you need to wait at least half an hour between showers. The balcony screen door either doesn't close securely or, if it does, it gets stuck and won't open. We had to call maintenance twice to pry it open. The hardware facilities are far from 5-star standard. Transportation: There are many cars within the park, and parking spots are only available quite far from the main building. There's only one vehicle entrance/exit, and each time you enter the park, you queue for at least 10-20 minutes. More entrances/exits should be opened. Activities: The large lawn is excellent, and there are many flowers. The beach sand is fine and clean. The outdoor pool is also very good. The overall exterior environment is pleasant. I recommend the Yutian Qilihai scenic area; it's like a mini Chimelong and was more fun than expected. Complaints: On the accommodation floors, there are 5-6 small supermarkets and restaurants interspersed among the guest rooms. From my room, I could hear the women sitting outside the supermarkets chatting loudly with each other until 9 or 10 PM when they closed. I've stayed in all kinds of hotels, but this is the first time I've encountered supermarkets and restaurants located right amidst the guest rooms. There's a significant price difference for rooms booked through different channels. The people ahead of me in line booked via TikTok and got a much cheaper price, plus free entertainment activities. I felt a bit ripped off.
