I stayed here for five nights during the Spring Festival and never got tired of it. The cat in the loft room is very happy and jumps up and down.
When we first checked in, we could still smell something like 🐶 as soon as we entered the room and on the pet mat on the second floor (because we have a dog at home, but we didn't bring it out this time), but it didn't affect us much. Later, it either dissipated or we got used to it.
The door of the room leads directly to the outdoors, so it is a bit cold when you open the door in winter. Also, it is easy to dirty the floor once you enter the room, and small animals are running around in the house, so you have to pay more attention, change your shoes quickly, and wipe them clean.
The cleaning lady provides sufficient supplies every day, which is a very good feeling. It saves the trouble of calling and having them delivered if something is missing, and the place is also kept very clean.
It might be too cold a few days before the Spring Festival. It was very cold at night on the first floor of tatami. The warm air from the air conditioner could not reach there, and there was no floor heating there, so people could not sleep there. After a few days the temperature came up and everything was fine. I don’t know if they can install floor heating or other heating measures there in the future.
I will stay there again and hope it gets better.

YuchenxianshengOverall, it was unexpectedly good. Before booking, I read some reviews and was a bit hesitant, as some mentioned outdated facilities or a new renovation smell. However, after reading all the hotel reviews in Aranya, almost all had some negative comments. So, considering the value for money and location, I chose the Anlan Hotel. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised. The doorman was very enthusiastic, proactively parked my car, and helped with my luggage, putting it on a luggage cart to be sent to my room later. The room itself was clean; aside from the bedding, which I think could be improved, everything else was satisfactory. The hotel thoughtfully provided weather forecast cards for the duration of our stay, and guests could choose their own pillows. After a tiring day of exploring, they even sent a foot bath tub with herbal packs. Honestly, for a hotel within this community, I think this level of service is excellent. Breakfast was also good, with a wide variety of options. The local specialty, steamed shrimp dumplings, was particularly amazing and definitely worth trying. The only downside was that it got quite crowded during meal times. It would be perfect if guests could be informed to book a time slot in advance, so they only have to queue for a few minutes when they come down. The shuttle bus was also very convenient for getting around the community. All in all, I highly recommend it!

Guest UserDuring the Comedy Festival, rooms were scarce, but I managed to snag a loft room. The layout was well-designed, the mattress super soft, and there was a large tea table, plus complimentary espresso. Even better was the hotel's service – every guest gets a dedicated butler, which was incredibly thoughtful! I highly recommend Ins; I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time. Hopefully, I can book an east-facing room to enjoy the unbeatable sea view!

I stayed for one night, thinking this would be my go-to hotel for future visits. The service was so good, I was almost sad to leave! It's right across from the ocean, and much less crowded than the auditorium area. There's a small room on the second floor perfect for watching the sunrise, and the view is absolutely stunning. Downstairs, you'll find a coffee shop and restaurant. They offer free and enthusiastic pick-up and drop-off services for wherever you need to go, which was a huge plus! 🫶 (I'm not a shill, I promise. I'm usually too lazy to leave reviews, but I genuinely enjoyed my stay here. And no, I didn't get anything for this review 🫶)

Anonymous UserThe hotel environment is lovely, with an innovative design concept. From the king-size bed, opening the curtains reveals a truly healing view. The room is spacious and well laid out. It would be even better if the floors were wiped without leaving water marks, the room had a fresher scent (there was a slightly fishy smell after mopping), and the toiletries were a bit more refined. Breakfast is served next door at Luyu Restaurant, and the management there could use some improvement. When we went at 9:30 AM, there was no one to seat us, so we had to find a table ourselves, and no one was clearing tables promptly. The food selection is adequate for its price point, but the display fridge for bread and pastries had noticeable hygiene issues, both externally and internally. Overall, this hotel has clear pros and cons, but the timely butler service, excellent views, top-notch design, and clean, friendly animals make it worth trying.

When checking in, all the staff at the front desk (at least four) were not very kind, not enthusiastic at all, mechanical, and it was obvious that there was a lack of training and disorderly. During the processing process, I asked me to pay a 200 deposit. I said that the food bar in the room was charged. I was afraid that the guests would not pay for it. I decisively refused and clearly told me that I would not eat. The staff at the front desk immediately changed their faces from mechanical processing to ignoring... I just made do with it for one night. What to say, I found out that the room next door was a wedding room. It would be very noisy early the next morning. In order to rest well, I asked for a room change. A staff member who changed the room for me made me feel like a spring breeze. It should be a deputy manager at the front desk (this kind of hotel position can't be so detailed, I have the impression that the badge shows this position), and I didn't have time to ask the name. Not only did I actively solve the problem, but also gave me two breakfasts, and the attitude was very good. To be honest, if it weren't for this staff, I wouldn't have five-star praise. I hope the hotel can praise this staff well.

MLS755What an amazing place!!! We stayed at the Senzeyuan Hotel which is nicer than the other two hotels in my opinion. Service and cleanliness was excellent and the ladies at the front desk were so helpful and kind. Feng Ting patiently gave us information and quickly responded to any requests we had during our stay. We were very close to the beach and hot spring / water park. There are so many things to do! I went with my daughters and they had a great time. The show and beach party was their favorite! We enjoyed our dinners at the western cafe by the beach. I wish there were more restaurants and things opened but I understand not many people come to the beach in October.
I also want to thank the staff at the hot spring/ water park for being so caring. My daughter had a minor emergency and they were very concerned and even walked us back to our room. We felt very taken care of and will definitely be back!

Guest UserThe Fisher Island resort hotel is quite good. However, we encountered some problems that needed attention to improve their services. First, there was a receptionist at the first station. He was rude in giving instructions to the taxi driver. Second, the room was not so clean. The carpet is not tidy and the room smells cigarette. In general, Fisher Island Resort Hotel has good amenities. Good for the children who like playgrounds and activities. Swimming pools are plenty for young and old to enjoy. But they need to be careful because it's so slippery. This hotel.has a lot of activities to do. I will recommend this to the whole family.

I usually skip breakfast when I travel, but the breakfast at this restaurant still surprised me. This is the last day of my trip. I walked west from Shanhaiguan to the Gold Coast. I stayed here and it was the best night I slept in the three or four days I was away. The bed was big and the bedding was comfortable. The key is that the curtains were thick. I didn't know it was dawn and I almost overslept. Maybe it's not the peak tourist season now, so there are not many people. The yard is big and quiet, with new Chinese style decoration, flowers and grass outside the window and a river, which suits the temperament of young people like us. Not bad, not bad

Pros: I booked a 3-day, 2-night package that included either a hot spring experience or a golf experience (60 balls). The individual charges for these weren't expensive. If the weather is bad, you can still enjoy the indoor hot springs. The large lawn is perfect for relaxing, and the sand is fine, which my child loved at the beach.
Suggestions for improvement: My 7-year-old child, just over 1.2 meters tall, was charged an additional 59 RMB at the restaurant. I suggest this policy be improved. Even if the meal fee were just included in the package price upfront, it would be better. I've stayed at many family-friendly hotels where meals for children are either complimentary or not charged extra. An additional charge feels unpleasant. The food quality was also mediocre.
It seems the shuttle bus service within the park is no longer running, even though there are signs indicating departure times. I recommend calling ahead to confirm before waiting.
