"This was my first time visiting Yutian Qili, and I decided to stay at the official Giraffe Hotel. It turns out I made the right choice. The day before check-in, a staff member proactively called us to add us on WeChat and shared some park entry guidelines. From the moment we entered the park gate to checking in, staff members were always there to guide us patiently. Once we got to our room, we even had attentive butler service. Shuttle buses and pink mini-trains were readily available throughout the park. The room was cozy and clean, making our stay with a child stress-free. The room facing the park was quiet and had a great view. After soaking in the hot spring, it was very comfortable to rest indoors and sleep soundly until dawn. 2. The hot spring is the biggest highlight. The elders reported that the hot spring was really excellent, with many pools suitable for visitors of all ages. Children can play on the slides, rafting, and surfing areas, while elders can enjoy various themed pools with good temperatures and clean water. 3. It's the closest hot spring to the sea, and the most unique hot spring in the North China region. I will recommend it to other friends to visit Fisher Island together again."

"This time in Aranya, we chose the Tangshe Pet-Friendly Hotel. It's right by the beach, making it super convenient to watch the sunrise and feed the seagulls! We booked the Linfeng Loft, which was spacious. The first floor had a sofa lounge area and a bathroom, and the second floor was the bedroom – perfect for staying with a dog! The room was restocked daily with plenty of free bottled water and drinks, and upon check-in, we received a doggie goodie bag with a disposable water bowl, poop bags, and a small towel – so thoughtful! ❤️ Even though it's a pet-friendly hotel, the room was incredibly clean, with no fur or odors at all! You can even bring your pets to breakfast! This is truly the top choice for pet parents, and all the staff were so friendly. The complimentary travel photoshoot was absolutely stunning! They were patient with my parents, from the doormen and shuttle drivers to the restaurant staff and housekeepers, all were thoughtful and enthusiastic. The manager was also very caring towards them, for which I'm very grateful. Additionally, the hotel breakfast at the Chuange restaurant was very rich and delicious; the homemade yogurt was particularly good. I will definitely choose Yinlu again next time I visit Aranya."

The lake views are absolutely stunning, on par with the sea views, which are just a short walk away. The resort includes an InterContinental Indigo Hotel, offering a variety of rooms and private hot spring suites (akin to stacked villas). There's also the more budget-friendly Rushi Apartments. Apparently, a new high-end hotel is under construction and should be ready for occupancy by summer. Additionally, the resort is equipped with various restaurants and entertainment venues. While not as extensive as Aranya, its main advantage is fewer crowds. For shorter stays, it's perfectly sufficient. **Transportation:** Driving to the resort requires parking in one of the main parking areas: near the hotel lobby, Rushi Restaurant/private hot spring suites, or the town's dining area (closer to the beach). Notably, the resort has ample parking spaces and charging stations, including both fast and slow chargers. This is incredibly convenient and distributed across different parking zones to meet the needs of guests in various areas, making it extremely friendly for electric vehicle users traveling from Beijing. Furthermore, there are electric shuttle carts that run every ten minutes, very punctually and conveniently, and both people and dogs are welcome aboard. The resort also offers rentals for bicycles, parent-child bikes, pet bikes, and even electric bikes, catering to everyone from kids to seniors, including pets. **Amenities & Services:** The hotel offers excellent spa, yoga, and sound bath healing services/classes. The spa rooms are very spacious, with meticulous facilities. All toiletries are from POLA (Japan), and sound bath therapy is fully equipped. The yoga and dedicated sound bath healing classes have a wonderful environment, and the instructors are excellent. These are definite highlights of the hotel. There are also kayaking and various other water sports available. During the Qingming Festival, it wasn't quite warm enough, so more indoor activities and kayaking were observed. **Room Facilities:** The hotel facilities are very new, and the design in all areas is well thought out. The lake-view private hot spring rooms are fantastic; they're small suites with beautiful views outside the window, and you can also soak in a bath within the room. The ground floor has a small courtyard, and the second floor has a small balcony. **Hotel Service:** The hotel service is excellent and very professional. Staff actively inquire about guests' stay experience and various needs, almost always accommodating requests. **Pros:** The biggest impression is the tranquility. Compared to the bustling crowds of Aranya, it's a much more pleasant experience. You can genuinely stroll around the scenic area quietly with your kids and dogs, watching the sunrise and sunset, and gazing at the starry sky (the hotel provides detailed information on sunrise/sunset times and locations, and both the lake and sea are perfect for stargazing). **Areas for Improvement:** The breakfast is quite ordinary, and the number of good restaurants within the resort is limited. There's room to improve the variety and quality of breakfast, and perhaps attract more high-quality restaurants. In summary, it's a worthwhile and honest hotel that I'd happily revisit."

What truly stands out, though, is the incredible service throughout the entire Aranya resort. It truly makes you feel at home. Every staff member across all departments at the hotel provided service with a smile and a patient demeanor. The Guest Relations department, in particular, is the best, most prompt, and most thoughtful I’ve ever encountered in the service industry. Even in the current market, they always respond immediately and provide comprehensive care and assistance to guests. They truly embody the idea that service is the primary productive force.
