Clean and comfortable. Both the elderly and children enjoyed it. The children's room had bunk beds, and both kids were very happy. The hotel is located in Phase 4, making it very convenient, with many supermarkets and restaurants nearby.

This was my first time celebrating my birthday in Aranya, and I chose what's considered the best hotel here. It truly lives up to its reputation and is worth every penny, immediately setting the bar high for future trips! We had a wonderful and delightful three-day, two-night stay. If I ever come back, I'll definitely choose this place again! **Environment:** Extremely comfortable, a quiet haven amidst the bustle. A small gate leads directly to the beach in just a three-minute walk. Non-guests aren't allowed in, and the soundproofing is excellent, offering maximum privacy. There was no noise at night, ensuring a very high quality of sleep. Relaxing by the pool was incredibly pleasant. **Hygiene:** Excellent. Supplies were replenished promptly, and the room was tidied. Turn-down service was provided at appropriate times. No insects, and the dehumidification worked very quickly. **Facilities:** Upscale and modern, ergonomically designed. The in-room bar offered a wide variety of drinks, including beer, soda, cola, and water. Umbrellas were provided at the room entrance and were of high quality; during a strong gust of wind, other umbrellas failed, but the hotel's umbrella held up perfectly. **Service:** The front desk communicated with us in advance to confirm our arrival time and high-speed train schedule. A professional partner car service picked us up; although we booked a comfortable car for two, a business car arrived, and the driver was very patient – incredible value for money! There's a WeChat group where all requests were quickly responded to and resolved. The service was thoughtful, attentive, and respectful of boundaries. A big thank you to General Manager Rosalie Luo, Front Office Manager Li Bin, Restaurant Manager Peter, and Private Service Managers KIKI, Levi, Kelly & Leo for helping us book restaurants, handling purchases and pick-ups, and recommending delicious food in advance. Upon arrival, we were offered afternoon tea and a guided tour of the park. When it hailed on Sunday, they immediately offered to bring us an umbrella. Transfers to any location in Phases 1-9 were always prompt. Since it was my birthday, they thoughtfully decorated the room and surprised me with a small cake, which was delicious! 😋

一進到民宿就感覺到了滿滿的心意，更讓我們一家的親子旅行變得更加完美！！！因為有兩個寶寶，所以很多用品都需要雙份，老闆都不厭其煩的按需提供，房間的洗漱用品，小零食，都能看出，是老闆精心挑選的品牌，感覺不像在外邊住，像是回到了家，超級超級贊！床圍欄，寶寶餐椅，嬰幼兒小零食，玩具，積木，整體的色調，孩子一進到房間裏，就玩起來了，非常開心，房間的軟裝傢俱，夜市經過特意的挑選，沒有尖角，圓形的茶几，孩子特別願意爬上去玩，還有很多要誇的，誇不過來啦，哈哈，反正，下次一定還會帶娃去的，老闆生意興隆！！！已經期待下次入住了！（對了，給成人準備的零食和飲品也超級贊！）

I stayed here for five nights during the Spring Festival and never got tired of it. The cat in the loft room is very happy and jumps up and down. When we first checked in, we could still smell something like 🐶 as soon as we entered the room and on the pet mat on the second floor (because we have a dog at home, but we didn't bring it out this time), but it didn't affect us much. Later, it either dissipated or we got used to it. The door of the room leads directly to the outdoors, so it is a bit cold when you open the door in winter. Also, it is easy to dirty the floor once you enter the room, and small animals are running around in the house, so you have to pay more attention, change your shoes quickly, and wipe them clean. The cleaning lady provides sufficient supplies every day, which is a very good feeling. It saves the trouble of calling and having them delivered if something is missing, and the place is also kept very clean. It might be too cold a few days before the Spring Festival. It was very cold at night on the first floor of tatami. The warm air from the air conditioner could not reach there, and there was no floor heating there, so people could not sleep there. After a few days the temperature came up and everything was fine. I don’t know if they can install floor heating or other heating measures there in the future. I will stay there again and hope it gets better.

The room was absolutely satisfying – clean, tidy, and decorated with an artistic, stylish flair. The customer service agent went out of their way to help us pick a room in Building 6, which was right by the sea. We literally stepped out and were at the beach! Plus, there's a lively creative market street downstairs. The staff were incredibly thoughtful and attentive throughout our stay. It was a truly pleasant trip.

The view of the room is super super good, bright and comfortable, especially clean, well-equipped, the housekeeper is also very responsible, recommend it to everyone

Let the cleaning clean the kitchen utensils and tableware carefully. The induction cooker and hot pot are prepared. I also warmly recommended the Muslim restaurant. The room was cleaned very clean and the room was warm and warm. The children's amusement facilities at the homestay are professional and complete, and the children have a great time. They are noisy to come to the pool to play on the water slide in summer. I made an appointment with my girlfriends to bring the children back during the summer vacation.

23年來阿那亞住在這裏就感覺很好，這次和兩閨蜜領着孩子我們三家六口人又一起選擇住在這裏了！首先房間很乾凈，住着非常舒適。房間格局設計的很合理，家用電器及日常用品一應俱全，和家裡一樣，能洗衣服兩個陽台都可以晾曬，能做簡單的飯菜煮粥煮雞蛋麪條什麼的，我們的早餐都完美的解決了，陽台可以望海，正好看到教堂，風景超美，小區樓下有泳池孩子玩的很開心，下樓就是社區的中心區域。園區巴士線路在這裏彙集，去哪都方便，離海邊步行六七分鐘的距離，每次都有呆不夠的感覺！房東人很熱情，因為是第二次入住還給我們買了水果禮盒，真的感覺有種家的温暖！以後每次來都會選擇住這裏，真心評價，我們的實拍視頻！強烈推薦！

The room was okay, but not great value for money. It cost 3200 yuan for two nights, but the facilities were quite outdated. For example, the TV seemed slow to respond, the washing machine didn't have a dryer, and the water heater was an old-fashioned 60L model, requiring a 15-minute interval between showers. I had a bicycle parked outside, but was told it wasn't allowed; it took up a lot of space. However, Aranya has its own prices, so it was within budget. The owner was nice. I'll definitely stay in hotels next time; the service in this guesthouse is lacking. The receptionist's attitude was poor. They were about to leave without informing me beforehand, and when I arrived to check in, they told me they were closed. They didn't show me the exterior of the apartment or the room beforehand; I had to go up and get the key myself. There was absolutely no guidance service. Thumbs down.

[The experience of staying at Aranya B&B exceeded expectations! 】This time I stayed at Anaya B&B which completely overturned my understanding of short-term rentals! Minimalist design furniture, every corner is full of artistic atmosphere. The courtyard is clean and tidy, with parasols, tables and chairs. The housekeeper sent a travel guide 3 days in advance and prepared welcome snacks when we checked in. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the sound insulation is excellent, and the shuttle bus can reach the Lonely Library. I highly recommend it whether it’s a family trip or a vacation with girlfriends. I will definitely visit it again next time I come to Anaya! Great value for money!
