This hotel's service was so impressive it brought tears to my eyes! They responded instantly 24/7, from the moment I arrived until I checked out. Their service absolutely blew 95% of the luxury hotels I've stayed in recently out of the water. The service was genuinely warm and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. Not only did they queue for us at restaurants and shuttle us there, but they even escorted us directly to our table! That was an incredible bonus! The entire team was vibrant and energetic, leaving me with a sense of nostalgia. It felt like staying at a friend's house for a while, and I actually experienced withdrawal symptoms after leaving, haha – a truly unique experience. A big shout-out to all the staff! Even the cleaning staff were polite and understood our needs. This hotel is definitely worth trying!

I stayed here for five nights during the Spring Festival and never got tired of it. The cat in the loft room is very happy and jumps up and down. When we first checked in, we could still smell something like 🐶 as soon as we entered the room and on the pet mat on the second floor (because we have a dog at home, but we didn't bring it out this time), but it didn't affect us much. Later, it either dissipated or we got used to it. The door of the room leads directly to the outdoors, so it is a bit cold when you open the door in winter. Also, it is easy to dirty the floor once you enter the room, and small animals are running around in the house, so you have to pay more attention, change your shoes quickly, and wipe them clean. The cleaning lady provides sufficient supplies every day, which is a very good feeling. It saves the trouble of calling and having them delivered if something is missing, and the place is also kept very clean. It might be too cold a few days before the Spring Festival. It was very cold at night on the first floor of tatami. The warm air from the air conditioner could not reach there, and there was no floor heating there, so people could not sleep there. After a few days the temperature came up and everything was fine. I don’t know if they can install floor heating or other heating measures there in the future. I will stay there again and hope it gets better.

Come to Anaya with my mother, finally live in a long-term friendship home. The hotel is retro and restrained, and every corner is very beautiful. The ”first chapter” we stayed in had a small terrace, facing the North Shore Auditorium, with a comfortable view. The welcome gift is very rich, the hotel theme canvas bag, Lujia body milk, and a variety of snacks and drinks. The taste of the Yumar series of washing in the room is also fresh and just right, and these details are very good. The location is also suitable for slow shopping. Downstairs is the HAY Home Store and the file newspaper pavilion, opposite the North Shore Auditorium, a few steps to Chuntai and D+dd. The whole block is a good-looking store, it is very easy to eat and stroll. The hotel's meal coupons can be selected from the eighth canteen, the ninth canteen or a→z Coffee, and there is no special card for breakfast, which is very friendly to the late star. The hotel also has its own shuttle bus, which is very convenient to go to the beach near the north shore, without going all the way to the sun. Finally, I praised the staff, who were very patient and friendly throughout the stay, and the communication was very comfortable. If you come to the north shore, you really want to live again. 🤍

The butler service is thoughtful and meticulous, responding promptly and thoroughly to any requests, with gentle and attentive care. Escape the hustle and bustle, and discover a gentle, healing seaside journey amidst the tranquil ocean views.

Environment: Absolutely fantastic, clean and comfortable. I forgot to take a picture of my room on the 3rd floor, but it had a small balcony with a direct sea view. The room was a bit small, but perfectly fine; it didn't feel cramped since I didn't bring a large suitcase! On the ground floor, there's a coffee shop and a Sichuan restaurant. There's a car rental place right across the street, and the beach is just a short walk across the road. Super convenient! It's incredibly quiet at night, which is a huge plus for light sleepers. Facilities: The hotel has its own shuttle service that can take you anywhere. The resort also has free shuttle buses that stop at various points; the resort is very large. All buses within the resort are free, but the shuttle bus costs 2 RMB per person, which is still great value for money! Service: The service was truly impeccable. All the staff were incredibly enthusiastic and patient, making you feel that the hotel was worth every penny.

The overall experience inside the room was very good. The environment was quiet and elegant, and the bedding quality exceeded my expectations, providing a high level of comfort. The private indoor hot tub was a great feature, allowing us to fill and adjust the water whenever we wanted, offering excellent privacy and convenience, which I really appreciated. The room's facilities were well-maintained, contributing to a pleasant basic stay. The hotel's main selling point, the indoor and outdoor double hot tubs, was a key reason for choosing this place. However, the actual experience with the outdoor hot tub was very disappointing. We couldn't autonomously fill or adjust the water temperature in the outdoor tub; every time we wanted to use it, we had to specially contact staff to come and operate it. If we wanted to change the water, refill it, or adjust the hot/cold temperature midway, we still had to repeatedly call staff to enter the room. Soaking in a tub is supposed to be relaxing, but the frequent need to interact with staff made the process too cumbersome, completely destroying the sense of relaxation a private hot tub should offer, greatly reducing its practicality. Furthermore, the outdoor hot tub lacked privacy. Although it had an electric awning, the surrounding obstructions were limited, and there was visual interference from outside. To bathe in the courtyard, you had to wear a swimsuit throughout, unlike the indoor tub where you could be completely at ease, further diminishing the advantages of the courtyard hot tub experience. Breakfast was a set meal, not a buffet. Although the food was said to be exquisite, the portions were small. For guests with a normal appetite, or even those who eat a bit more, it would be difficult to feel full. So, in the end, I opted not to have the hotel breakfast and chose to dine elsewhere in the resort. During my stay, the hotel's outdoor areas were also undergoing renovation. To get to the beach or the public pool, we couldn't take a direct route and had to make a significant detour, which not only wasted time but also reduced the overall smoothness of the holiday trip. Another detail that made me feel the hotel lacked thoughtful consideration was this: for a boutique hotel that isn't small in size, when I requested a larger bathrobe from housekeeping, the hotel couldn't provide one. All bathrobes in the room were a single, fixed size. Guests with different body types would find the fit varied greatly; those who are a bit larger or taller would feel restricted and uncomfortable. Bathrobes are meant for relaxation, and the lack of basic size differentiation shows very crude attention to detail, significantly reducing the level of thoughtfulness. In summary, the room's interior hardware, sleep experience, and indoor hot tub are all commendable, at an above-average standard. However, the outdoor private hot tub, while seemingly a highlight in design, has an extremely unhumanized service process, which significantly lowered the overall experience. If you're coming specifically for the outdoor private hot tub, you will be noticeably disappointed.

The room is relatively new and comfortable. It is not very convenient to eat nearby, but it is OK if you drive. The hotel breakfast is OK, the variety is not too rich but it is clean and hygienic, and the service is also good. It is not good to wait for the room inspection before checking out.

The room was spacious, with separate bathroom and shower rooms. The sink was conveniently located near the entrance. The window offered a great view of the street. The central air conditioning worked well and was relatively quiet. There were parking spaces in front of the hotel, and since I didn't go on a weekend, I was able to park. The sweet potato and corn porridge at breakfast were particularly memorable – they were sweet, sticky, and delicious. Other dishes included hot vegetables like green beans… It was decent for a hotel in a small town, and shopping and dining options were nearby…

I have stayed in this hotel many times. It has a great location and is convenient for travel. There are many restaurants near the hotel. But the room facilities are average - there is no refrigerator, the windows cannot be opened or closed, and the luggage cart at the front desk is not easy to use. Compared with the small county of Changli, this is quite good.
