Well, it was such a disappointment!
I’ll start from the pluses it’s a nice view and beach, but that’s it, you can find the same on the other parts of Phi-Phi.
The staff is weird! Waitresses will not pay attention to you at all, so if you want to make an order you need to wait for a long time or go and take a menu yourself.
After I check out I noticed that I forgot my swimsuit in the room (that’s for sure, because we saw it yesterday night, checked out today morning and checked all of our bags for thousands times) we decided to call them, they said they didn’t find anything, so we kept checking our bags, we called them again for double check the room, but they didn’t pick up the phone. So, if you forget something there, you’ll not take it back.
They don’t have room service, I said if they can help me to bring my order to the room and they said no, I should do it myself, but room is pretty high on the cliff, also we asked to give us a guy who will help with the baggage to bring it down for check out and when we asked him to wait for 5 min cause we didn’t finish packing yet, he left, so we needed to ask them again.
It’s a nice place, but awful staff and service, go somewhere else
