"I came here by car, and one thing I really love is the spacious parking area with plenty of availability. We also received great assistance from one of their staff members, which made our stay even more comfortable. From my room, I could enjoy a beautiful view of the Zamzam Tower. Even from the main road, the VOCO Makkah building is clearly visible because it is actually very close to Masjid al-Haram. Although we didn’t need to walk, the hotel provides a shuttle bus service for pick-up and drop-off. Whenever we arrived at Ajyad Terminal, the VOCO bus was always ready and waiting to take us back to the hotel in the Misfalah area. I highly recommend this hotel. The price is affordable, but the service truly feels like a five-star experience. I love it so much 🤎"

"We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay at the Hilton Suites Makkah (Jabal Omar). Its biggest advantage is its close proximity to Masjid al-Haram. You can reach it in just a few minutes on foot, which is especially convenient for Umrah pilgrims. The rooms are spacious, clean, and modernly furnished. The beds are very comfortable, and the air conditioning system works perfectly. There's quality cleaning service every day. The view from the window is also very beautiful. Breakfast is very rich and delicious, with a variety of national and international dishes available. The staff are very polite, prompt, and ready to help. The check-in and check-out process was quick and smooth. This hotel is very suitable for both family trips and guests coming for pilgrimage. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit. "Good hotel, standard room, average cleaning but improved with personal input and employing self cleaning techniques, staff is great but young men are not fully trained for a thorough cleaning, this can be improved. Friendly staff, ready to help from receptionist to the security guards and porters. Hotel looked much nicer and cleaner in general due Ramadan outlook. Didn’t try food, we been out and about. I am staying in this hotel since 2017 occasionally and must say there seems staff shortage after covid, which if considered can help improving services again. Overall I surly will recommend staying at the hotel 💚"

"After a few initial hiccups with room size, maintenance issues, and the card system at reception, the kind Guest Manager upgraded us to a suite on the 25th floor—what a thoughtful gesture! The proximity to the Haram makes the whole experience so much easier, especially when returning from prayers. You can literally see the Kaabah from the hotel exit, and being near the Clock Towers gives you easy access to shops and restaurants. The breakfast was absolutely amazing—top-class food served by very nice Bangladeshi staff who were attentive and kind. Funny enough, after all the sweat and crowds at the Masjid, returning to the hotel and smelling its freshness was such a relief. *************. The hotel usually offers gahwa, water, and dates after Salah, which is lovely—but as a heads-up, it tends to run out quickly, so not everyone always gets some. The views (if you opt for the higher, more expensive rooms) are incredible. The beds and pillows are very comfortable, making it easy to rest after long days at the Haram. Overall, despite minor hiccups, the excellent service, stunning location, and comfort make Marwah Rayhaan by Rotana highly recommendable. *************, it made our Makkah stay much more comfortable and memorable."

"Food excellent for what I paid. Not Jumeirah or Conrad standard but value for money yes. Room was really good for what I paid. Would have liked a rainfall shower but everything worked and room was clean and spacious. Front desk were helpful and kindly allowed me and early check in and 2 hours late check out which was great as my train was 5pm and normal check out was 12.00pm. I would stay again because if the price but when I usually visit Makkah with family we stay at Jabal Omar Hotels which are closer to the side of the haram we prefer. Its about a 5 min walk for someone myself but with family it will be more like 10 mins to the new extension of Harqm."

"The hotel is pretty good. I arrived early, even before dawn prayers, and had booked a twin room because I couldn't find a king-sized bed online, only for guests with special needs. I called the hotel number, but no one answered. When I arrived, I spoke to reception to fill in my details and asked about parking in the underground lot, but they said it was full. I said, ”No problem, I'll just go perform Umrah.” The reception staff, especially Abdul-Ilah, were great; he gave me a room with a single bed. I returned at 9 AM, and the room was ready, and they even found a parking spot for me. Thanks to employee Lujain. As for the room's cleanliness, it was generally good, but I did find some hair on the bed. The restaurant was excellent; I only took the breakfast package, and there were new dishes every day, so it would be suitable for longer stays. The bus schedule was punctual for me, probably because there wasn't much traffic. The return trip can be confusing sometimes because the hotel name isn't always displayed on the bus. It would be difficult for families because the distance from the bus drop-off point to the main gates of the Haram or the markets in the towers is quite far. If you're staying for a short period, like one or two days, and don't need to go to the Haram constantly, it's a suitable option considering the price and quality. The only issue they need to resolve is answering phone calls, as that was the only problem I encountered. Special thanks to the reception staff and security managers."
