GGuest UserAn amazing and charming hotel away from stress and crowds but close to great shopping and sightseeing. The lobby, bar and restaurant is also a great place to meet up with friends. Loved the style and would recommend it.

- Hotel is conveniently located near the Alexanderplatz, which many consider the Centre of Berlin.
- Check-in and Check-out was handled quite fast
Bad:
- At 8:45am the cleaning lady came into our room without any prior notice. She didn’t knock the door or ring a bell (not sure if the rooms have a bell). My wife was just about to get herself dressed. That‘s a heavy violation of every guest’s privacy! When I confronted the receptionists about the incident, she just made a note on a doodle sheet and said she‘ll talk to the lady. Very unprofessional handling of both the cleaning lady and the receptionist. Trust level = 0
- No Fridge, no locker, no amenities in the room. Considering that we‘ve paid 130€/ night in early May that‘s a bad price-performance ratio
- At first we‘ve received a room right next to the elevator despite clearly ticking the box for not getting a room next to the elevator during the booking process. This was changed afterwards, but was still annoying.

First of all, the hotel is so beautiful. It looks like a garden. I enjoy it.
Then, foods are delicious and some of them are amazing. Most important reason
is that the bed is so big and soft that I don't want to get up every morning.
It's wonderful here. I can't believe it that I must leave. I want to live here
again if I come to this city again.Thank you.Sincerely yours a guest.

ただ場所が安全な所ではなく殴られて強盗に遭いそうになったので出かける時、特に夜は注意が必要です。
この地区ではアラブ系の人を多く見かけ、強盗しようとした人もアラブ系でした。

WWEIDONGIt is about 15 to 20 minutes walk from the railway station. It is also very convenient to go to the railway station by car. There is a large supermarket across the road from the hotel, and there are few other shops. The hotel facilities are relatively old, there is a small elevator, the front desk is staffed 24 hours a day, a hotel with a good price/performance ratio, the kitchen facilities are relatively few, only a stove, no oven and other facilities. The door key is also very old.
